Nora's POV
"You children take forever."Khione said and started taking steps to us.
"Take on more step and your toasted."I hissed and she stopped.
"Feisty like one are you daughter of Apollo?"She smirked.I growled at her.Very weird thing to do but I did it.
"Why are you doing this?"Rachel asked.She starred coldly at Rachel.
"Because I'm tired of being a minor goddess.I want to be one of the gods.Hera owes me so much from last time I saw her.Taking her daughter is prefect for revenge.The spirit of Delphi is different.Gaea trusted me.She needed someone to look after it and I am her number one goddess!"She said with pride.She is so getting on my nerves.
"You look more like a d-list goddess to me."Nico snapped.Burned!She shot him an icy glare and sent snow and ice to us.Alright Nora.Sun time.I made a ball of light hot enough to melt her ice and snow.
"I should have know.Curse you and your powers."She hissed at me.
"Thank you but it's more of a gift then a curse Elsa."I say.
"James Rachel go!"I say and they ran to the girl and the spirit of Delphi.Khione ran towards them but me and Nico charged at her.He swung his sword at her missing just by an inch.She sent ice towards him but he dodged.I swing my sword aiming for her arm but I missed.Are you serious?!I swear a bow is better that a sword sometimes.She noticed me and shot ice to me.It hit my arm and made my hole arm in ice.I stare at my arm in shock.Okay....never seen my arm in ice before.This is new.I imagine the sun in my hands and made a ball of light on my arm that was in ice and it melted it away.Nico was keeping her busy while the ice melted away.He managed to cut her on her arms and almost stab her.
"Aahh!Stupid demigod!"Khione hissed at Nico but he just smirked at her.
"Go to Tartarus."He spat.
Rachel's POV
"James Rachel go!"Nora yelled and we ran to the girl and the spirit of Delphi.Okay just let it free Rachel and you'll get you powers back.No more being called mortal at camp.Well I am one it's just very annoying.The girl didn't let us touch her.
"It's okay.We're here to help."James said holding out his hand.Hesitated, she took his hand.He broke her chains and I broke the man's chains(Probably her father) and took the spirit of Delphi.I let it out of this cage and it flew inside me.Feels so much better.More or less.The man was still in a daze but he was alright from what I've seen.
"Come on let go."I said and we all ran towards the exit.The man was in front of me and the girl was in back of me.James was in back of her.Nico and Nora were still fighting.We have to go now.
"Nora!Nico!"I yelled.Nora heard me but Nico was still fighting her.He swung at her stomach and ran towards us.They both ran towards us but Khione was hot on there trail.
"No!I will get my revenge!"She screamed graving on of us.James.
"James!"Nora yelled trying to run to him but Nico holding her back.Khione had an ice spike right onto his neck ready to kill him.
"The girl or he dies."Khione said with a hiss.
"I'll rather die myself then give her to you, you son of a-"Nora was cut off by Khione pressing the ice spike harder into his neck.James yelped.
"No stop."Nora plead.
"The girl first.Now."
Nora's POV(A/N:Sorry it might keep changing)
"The girl first.Now."She spat.This bitch.Hera's daughter walked forwards too Khione and James.I tried graving her arm but I couldn't.
"No.Stop."James said.She stopped walking.Blood was already poring from his neck.
"I told you everything was going to be fine, didn't I?"He said to her.She nodded.
"It is.You'll be fine."He manage to say.
"James what-"But before I could finish my sentence he elbowed Khione and she fell to the floor.But she manage to stab him in...the stomach.
"James!No!"I screamed.I made Nico let go and I ran to James.The girl stood there putting her hands on her mouth with small tears coming out of her eyes.Rachel grab her and pulled her back with them.I ran to James putting his head on my lap.
"James?"I whispered.Khione was trying to get up next too me.
"NO!"I screamed shooting a huge ball of light towards her.Right when it hit her she was gone.I faced James again giving him a soft whisper.
"James?"
"Hey Nora..."He whispered."I own you five bucks."I laugh a bit.
"No it's fine.I call off the bet."
"Suit yourself.Nora?"
"Yes James?"I cried.
"Stay Strong.Keep fighting.I'll be fine.I'll be with Emily."He whispered as I hold back a sob.
"You were always my big brother."I say giving him a small smile.
"I know."Nico comes next to me."Nico?"James asks.He looks at him.
"Take care of her.If not I will haut you ghost king."James says making a small tiny smile appear on Nico's face.
"I will."Nico said.
"Rachel?"James whispered.
"Right here."
"Make sure she doesn't get into any trouble."
"I promise."Rachel said letting a few tears fall from her cheeks.
"Hey daughter of Hera."James says.She was right next to him.
"I told you you'll be fine."He says and the girl gives out a small sob.
"Your not."She cries.
"Don't worry about me I'll be fine.I'll be with my sister."James manages to say and turns to me.
"Stay Strong little sis."He whispers.
"I know big bro.I know."I say and he's eyes close.I sob as tears poor down my cheek.Nico hugs me into he's shirt and let's me cry.My best friend is gone.My big bro.He was what I had left of home.
"Hey it's okay."Nico says.
"How?"I cry.
"I know he's okay remember?Son of Hades."He says.Right.He will be okay.
"Your right.He will be fine.He said stay strong."I say.
"Your right Nora.Stay Strong.Fatti Forza."He said.
"What language is that Nico?"I ask softly.
"Italian for Stay Strong Nora.Fatti Forza."He repeats.
"Fatti Forza."I say too feeling the words roll of my tongue.Then I see light shimmering around all of us.Even James.My eyes close for a minute and I feel Nico let go.I open my puffy red eyes and see myself in front of the gods.Oh shoot.Um sup?I wave my hand lazily.
"Nora Kay,Rachel Dare,Nico Di Angelo and Dianna Jones.Stand up in front of the gods."Zeus booms.Big Z.I stand up and notice James body is gone.Where is he?
"Thank you for saving the oracle and saving my daughter."Hera smiles.Bitch this girl is nothing like you.She doesn't not take other girls boyfriends and wipe there memory clean off.
"So you do admit she your daughter?"Zeus asks with a tiny bit of anger.
"Yes."Hera says calmly and firmly.Whispers rome around the gods.
"Enough!"Zeus booms making my ears hurt.
"Hera your child will be killed because of you breaking your vow-"Zeus stops looking at me raise my hand.
"Yes Nora Kay?"Zeus asks in confusion.I put my hand down.
"Well um before you kill Dianna I want to say something.You know how you have kids?Jason and Thaila?How come Hera can't have children if you have kids?"I ask.
"Well-um she vowed."Zeus stuttered.
"That's the thing she never vowed she just said because she was the goddess of marriage.It's kinda her job just like yours is being king of the world."I say.
"What are you saying child?"He asks.
"I'm saying that Hera hates your children right?"I ask leaving out the part that everyone hates Hera as well.
"So why can't you just ignore her like Hera does with your children?"I ask him.
"Just a question."I say.Zeus thinks for a bit.
"Um well we would have too vote on it of course.All in vote keeping the child alive?"He asks the rest of the gods.Hera,Apollo,Artemis,Aphrodite,Hesta,Poseidon,Athena and I think other gods raised there hands.
"Anyone voting on killing the child?"He asks and no one raises there hand.I thought so.She hasn't done anything bad.
"I guess you live Dianna Jones."Zeus says with a hint of disappointment.I smile and turn to Dianna.She hugs me.Whoa.Human contact.
"Thank you so much.Your going to be a great lawyer."She smiles.
"Well let me just live tomorrow before I think of that."I say smiling back.I hug Nico and Rachel.I let go.
"Wait."I say and raise my hand again.
"Yes Nora Kay?"Zeus booms.
"What happen to James?"I ask.
"He's in good hands.He's alright."He tells me and I sigh in relief.Good.My brother is fine.
"We will sent you back to Camp Haft Blood to your lifes.Thank you so much for you help."Hera smiles.I swear she isn't this nice.Plus the quest wasn't a choice.I look at my dad and he gives me a thumbs up.Wow that felt good coming from a god.He walks to me and turns small.And when I mean small I mean like teenager size.
"I'm proud of you Kiddo.Good job.Oh and I have something for you."Apollo says and take my bracelet off.He puts it in his hands and it changes color.It was blue and green nows it's blue and black.Awesome.
"Thought a bow might help you a bit more."He says.I nod.
"Thank you Apollo."
"Welcome kiddo.Good bye."He says and lights shimmers around us again and next thing I new was I was at the big house with Nico,Rachel and Dianna.Chrion,Will,Jason,Piper,Annabeth,Percy,Frank,Hazel and Leo with Calypso all look at us.I look Jason's way.
"Your sister says hi."I say and walk out.
