-six months later, last day of school-
a tall, dark haired senior was sprinting around the school, trying to find the familiar blonde haired girl he'd loved since they were thirteen.
he asked many people and they all either seemed confused or hadn't seen her. it wasn't until calum reached the music rooms that he knew where she would be. quickly, he strode down the corridor which held the music rehearsals rooms and knocked on each door. all were empty except for the last one he reached. as he knocked he heard the sound of a guitar being put down and footsteps, before the door swung open to reveal the beautiful face he loved.
"i- yes." was all he needed to say before her arms were wrapped around his neck and she was on her tip toes. calum leaned down to reach her in the middle, where their lips met. it was slow, full of love and content. of belonging and warmth and comfort, but still contained passion and desire. calum was the one to pull away, but abi was the first to speak.
"i love you, calum thomas hood, as i have since i was thirteen years old."
"now i can see how this ends now you know it was me."
