You’ve stayed late to finish an assignment; your phone has died, and to your horror as you round the corner the last bus home is pulling away. Its freezing cold, you’ve decided to walk to a pay phone. The wind is whipping around you, rain pouring from the sky and you’re pretty sure you’ve gotten a little lost. You’ve been walking for hours and stumbled upon a farm house. Harry’s let you in, offered you a shower and clean clothes, you’ve gone from being a freezing cold wreck to feeling suitably warm. You join Harry in the kitchen where he’s making you a cup of tea.
Harry: you look a little happier then when you first got here.
You: I can feel my toes. You wiggle them through the socks he’s lent you, as well as his joggers and a hoody.
Harry: How’d you end up out here? You explain as he makes tea.
You: Any idea how I get home? Harry gives you a warm smile handing you his home phone.
Harry: Let them know your safe, tell them you’re at the farm house. With that storm you’ve got to spend the night with me I’m afraid. I’ll take you home tomorrow. You call home, and follow Harry into the living room. He sits you in front of the fire, offering you a cuddle as he flicks through some telly channels. Snuggling into your beautiful strangers arms you talk until you fall asleep.
