I'm going to start with Levi's POV because I know I left it on a cliffhanger last time. I'll get to your POV later. Warning, this chapter gets very gorey. If you don't like gore, then I don't suggest reading this chapter. But, you will miss very important things if you don't read it, so the choice is yours. Enjoy!
Levi POV, From where I left it.
Eren orders one of his men to get someone, but I couldn't hear who he wanted.
"I wonder if you'll live through her. If you do, I get to have fun. If you don't, well, I get to watch you die."
Her? Who's her?
"Here you go, Boss."
I look up and see the smiling face of a psychopath that used to work under me.
"Hey, Levi! Do I get to dismember you today?"
Hanji.
Hanji used to work under Levi as his second-in-command. She used to guard his sister Mikasa. Until she turned on him and kidnapped Mikasa to get a chance to dismember Levi, that is. Obviously, Levi got Mikasa back and got out of there alive. Hanji has a weird obsession of dismembering people. The Jaegers promised her she could dismember more people if she came over to them, so she did. Priorities, am I right? He managed to beat her last time, but can he beat her this time? Keep reading, and you'll find out.
"What do you want, shitty four-eyes?"
She laughs. My nose crinkles in disgust. Her laugh is absolutely filty, and it really rubs me the wrong way.
"I want to dismember you."
She laughs again. Eren hands her a machete and throws me a stick.
"There you go, Rivialle. I'm not totally heartless."
I pick up the stick. "Fuck you, Jaeger."
"Right back at ya."
Hanji charges at me with the machete, but I wasn't scared of the machete. Hell, I wasn't even scared of her. As she charged me, I managed to dodge her first attack. But, her reflexes got better from the last time we fought. She quickly turned around and sliced my side.
I wince and hold over the wound. "You motherfucker! You'll pay for that!"
"No, I won't. Scream more, won't you?"
She charges at me again. Time slows down in my head.
What do I do? I'm unarmed because that was a condition to save F/N. What do I protect myself with? I'm still holding the stick. I can use this.
But, how?
What would that do against her machete? I don't see a way out of this. I'll just have to dodge at a good range until I think of something. She slashes again, and, this time, I get away with no scratches.
"Get back here, Levi!" She cackles again, drooling a little. "I want to dismember you~"
Think faster, Levi! You promised F/N you would see her again! Make that happen!
My eyes widen as I get an idea. Holy shit. That idea's crazy. Although... it's crazy enough that it might work. I run a simulation in my head. Oh fuck, knowing Hanji, she'll take the bait. I broke the stick in 2 and threw one of the pieces at Hanji.
She sneers at my action. "A stick? Are you mocking me? I've gotten much better from the last time we fought. This time, I'll dismember you."
I charge Hanji with the now sharp stick. Naturally, she side steps and elbows me in the middle of the back sending me down to the ground. She turns me so I'm on my back. She stabs me in the stomach. I bite my lip, bracing for pain.
Yet, I can't stop the scream of agony that rips from my lips.
Her smile gets even crazier. "Does that hurt, Levi? Please scream louder."
She stabs it deeper, but I bite my lip and force the tears down. Frustrated, Hanji takes the machete out and goes to stab me again. However, I knock her off me and grab the machete. I stab Hanoi, knowing it'll hurt like a mother.
She screams like there's no tomorrow.
"How does that feel, Hanji? You were a nice second-in-command. But, fortunately, everyone can be replaced."
I put my face next to her ear and whisper, "And, Erwin is a better second-in-command than you ever would be."
I remove my lips from her ear and slit her throat. Her blood makes a nice waterfall down her neck. I grab her body, groaning deeply as I heave it up, and throw it towards Jaeger. I start twirling the machete, ignoring the pain I feel in my stomach and side.
I spit blood and glare. "Who's next?"
"I'll make you pay for killing my second-in-command, Rivialle. After I kill you, I'll kill Smith and then your lady friend. Does that sound ok?"
I smirk. "Sure. If you can kill me. Oh but, that's right, Erwin can kick my ass when it comes to a fight to the death. So, I think he'd kill you before you can kill F/N."
Oh shit. I said F/N's name.
"F/N, huh? So, that's her name. Lovely name. I'll make her corpse beautiful and her death nice and painful."
I lift the machete. "If you can get to her."
Jaeger pulls out his machete and charges me. I smirk when I see he's way slower than Hanji. I can keep up with him. I would be able to beat his ass easily if I wasn't injured at the moment. He comes at me machete first. I hit the machete out of his hand in an instant and knock him down. I then pull him up to his knees by his hair. I hold the machete to his throat.
"You still gonna try to fight me, Jaeger? You're not even close to matching me in strength."
"Oh, yeah? Then explain to me how I beat Hanji easily before."
"You did, huh? She went easy on you. That's the only explanation."
I feel him start to tremble. "Maybe I went easy on you because you're injured and all."
"Yeah, right. You don't have the heart to go easy on me."
I look around me and see three men standing around me, wanting to interrupt the fight to protect their leader.
"Now, tell your men to shoot themselves in the head."
"What?"
I tighten the grip on Jaeger's hair and push the machete closer to his throat.
"Command your men to shoot themselves in the head. It's not that hard to tell them what to do. If they don't, I'll kill you right now. Defenseless. What will your parents think of you if you died defenseless in the hands of your enemy?"
"You don't have the guts to do it, Rivialle."
"I just killed a woman who used to be my best friend. My best friend, Jaeger. So, if you don't think I have the guts to kill you, then hold still while I slit your throat."
He blanches. "Shoot yourselves in the head right now."
They all reply, in unison, "Yes, sir."
The three men take out their guns and shoot themselves in the head. Their dead bodies fall to the ground.
Jaegar narrow his eyes. "There. Are you happy now?"
I let him go and walk over to one of his dead henchman and grab one of their guns. I point the gun at Jaeger and cock it.
"Are you ready to die, Jaeger?"
"No, and I'm not going to."
I can feel my limbs starting to shake from blood loss, and my vision blurs for the slightest moment. I make Jaeger move away from the door and open the door. I go outside and find a car, quickly highjacking it and driving it to the hospital.
Le Drive Skip
I park the car and get out, not bothering to close the door. I stumble into the hospital and up to the front desk.
"How can I he--Oh my god!!!!!!!!!
I collapse onto the counter and black out.
