Today I finally got the courage to tell Chris that there are some boundaries between him and Onika. Still what does she have that I don't?
"Chris, I need to talk to you."
"Wassup."
"About you and Onika."
"Lemme stop you there. Kae, I promise you there is nothing going on between us. We're done, I love you." He kissed my cheek.
"I hope so. But there will be rules with you two. There will be boundaries." He scoffed. I looked at him like he was crazy.
"What's funny?"
"Baby I'm a grown man. Ion need no rules or boundaries. Same goes for Onika."
"But you flirt with her like I'm not right in front of you. It makes me feel stupid."
"Baby you not stupid. And I don't love Nika, I love you. That's all that matters."
"Chris please promise me that you will not flirt with that girl ever again."
"I promise."
"Thank you." I sighed.

"Finally I got a day off." August smiled.
"You do but I don't. I'm stuck here with Chyna."
"You don't like me anymore, best friend? Hurtful." She put her hand over her chest and acted hurt. I laughed and hugged her. "No I love you big sis. I just get tired of work sometimes."
"I do too."
"Hey Chyna. How it been goin' wit' you and Michael?" She pushed me off and sat next to him.
"Its been so great. He been taking me on dates. He got me a promise ring." She showed us her hand. It was a beautiful ring.
"Wow sound like you and him serious."
"I hope it goes that far."
"I hope I get to have a relationship like that." I mumbled. I could tell August knew what was wrong with me.
"Chyna can ya give me and Nika a minute?"
"Aight. Its my break time anyway." She giggled and ran to the back. August motioned for me come over to him. "Sit down." He patted his lap. I sighed and sat down.
"I heard what ya said bout havin' a relationship like Chyna's."
"I do. Its just that every guy I get with, he ends up playing me, especially Chris." I let my head fall.
"I know what dat nigga did ta' ya. I told him ta' end for he broke ya heart. He didn't listen." I wrapped my arms around his neck. "Lemme take ya out ta'night. Just you and me."
"Okay. I'll go. Please don't make me regret this."
"Baybeh I promise you that you won't."
"I gotta get back to work. You staying?"
"Yea you gettin' off in bout 20 minutes." He said looking at his watch.
"Okay. Want something to eat? It'll be on the house."
"I'm hungry, but I'a leave ya a tip." He put a hundred dollar bill in my pocket. "Thank you." I smiled and kissed his cheek.
Christopher Maurice Brown
I was driving down to Nika's house because I was still tryna change her mind about not quitting. I saw August's car parked in her driveway. What is this nigga doing here? I got out, locked my car door and walked on her porch. I rung the doorbell but instead of Nika opening it, August did.
"Wassup Chris. Onika upstairs gettin' dressed. She'a be down in a minute. Come in." I followed him in and sat on the couch waiting.
"So where y'all going?"
"I wanna take her to the movies. I just wanna show her a nice time tonight."
"Cool."
"I'm ready." She walked downstairs. She looked sexy in a simple outfit. "Chris what are you doing here?"
"Oh it can wait till tomorrow. Have fun on your date." I left the house, trying not to hint the fact that I was extremely sad and jealous.
Onika Tanya Miraj
"What did he want?"
"Ion know but ya look beautiful. Ya ready ta' go?"
"Mhm. What movie are we gonna go see?" He opened my door. Such a gentleman.
"Dope."
"Doesn't Tyga star in that?"
"I'm going ta' support him. He actually havin' a party tomorrow jus' fa' dat."
"Cool."

"2 tickets fa' dope."
"Here you go, August Alsina." Thirsty hoes these days. We went over to get popcorn and other shit. "Get whateva' ya want."
"A pack of skittles, orange soda, and a large bucket of popcorn."
"Make that 2 packs if skittles, extra large bucket of popcorn and two large orange sodas." Damn I don't need to be fat when we leave. He handed the cashier a hundred dollar bill. "Keep the change." We grabbed our stuff and headed to theater number 2 where they were screening the movie.
"Can we sit in the corner? I don't like people watching me when I eat."
"Yea gone 'head." I chose seats in the middle but closer to the back all the way in the corner. "Why you don't like people watchin' ya eat? Its nun wrong wit' da way ya eat."
"I just don't. Like the way you looking at me right now."
"Oh sorry ma. My bad."
"Its cool."
The movie started. It started off good. I chomped on my popcorn, staring at the screen. Popcorn is the loudest food a theater could have. During the middle of the movie I started getting a lil bit tired. I stared over at August, whose eyes were focused on the movie. I lifted the armrest that separate us and cuddled up with him. I wrapped my arms around him and felt a peck on my forehead.

"You was tired wasn't you?" He asked me.
"Not really. I just wanted to cuddle with you. Like I'm doing now." My arms were tight around his torso. He chuckled and wrapped an arm around my waist. We were just walking around for no apparent reason.
"I should get ya home. Ya ready ta' leave?"
"No I don't wanna leave." I whined. "Ya gotta work ta'morrow."
"No I don't."
"Well I'm tired. I gotta take ya home. Lets go."

"I had a real good time tonight August. Thanks for taking me out."
"I had fun wit' ya silly ass too. Call me when I get home, matta' fact I'a call you." I giggled and kissed his lips. I waved to him and walked in the house.
