"Kotaro-kun, do you want to come over and watch a movie with Sei and me?" Aiko asked.
"Sure!" Kotaro smiled brightly on the other side of the phone. "Why isn't Sei-chan with Misaki-chan?"
"She has some family business so she can't join us." she explained. "Oh, wanna sleep here after the movie?"
"Got it. Uh? Sleep there?"
"Yeah, come on! You've slept here plenty of times."
"Ok! Give me the time to pack my things."
"Ok, see you!" she smiled and ended the call.
"So?" Seijuro asked from the kitchen where he was preparing some snacks.
"He's coming here." she smiled jumping on the couch and then fell on her back. "Ah~"
"You should help me instead of laying there like that."
"But you're asbsolute." she chuckled. "Do it yourself."
After twenty minutes the two of them heard the doorbell rang and Seijuro got up from the couch to open up the door.
"Hi, Sei-chan~!" Kotaro smiled wavig while holding his bag.
"Come in."
"Thank you!" he said and walked into the living-room. "Hi, Aiko-chan~!"
"Hi!" she said looking at the TV. "Wait a second. This match is amazing!" she smiled leaning closer to the screen.
"How is it going?" Seijuro asked walking towards her.
"Still 78 to 80! Come on, you can do it!" she cheered for the red team who was winning. "Just 30 seconds left..." she bit her lower lip and jumped on her spot when the player with the jersey with a 7 printed on it dunked a buzzer beater. "Yes! That's how you do it!"
"Choose a movie, you two." Seijuro said walking into the kitchen. "I'm taking some snacks."
"Sure." Aiko smiled. "So... what shall we watch today?"
"Is 'Now You See Me' ok?" he asked placing his bag behind the couch, next to his right foot.
"Fine. I love that movie!" she said turning towards him and smiled.
"So cute." he thought blushing.
Aiko turned towards the TV screen but before she could get up to pick the movie up Kotaro kissed her left cheek and hid behind the couch. She froze and started to blush, blinked a few times and turned towards him but she couldn't see him.
"Sorry." he whispered raising his head a little so that she could see only his eyes. "You look so cute when you smile..."
"I-" she opened her mouth to talk but Seijuro cut her off.
"What are you doing behind the couch, Kotaro?" he asked holding a tray full of snack and drinks.
"We chose the movie." Kotaro stated standing up.
"Really? What is it?"
"Now You See Me." Aiko answered.
"Ok." he placed the tray on the tea-table and sat on Aiko's right. "Let's start!"
~After the movie~
"Geez, everytime I watch this I understand a lot more!" Aiko said.
"We should go to bed now." Seijuro said. "Kotaro, come and help me prepare the guest room."
"Sure!" Kotaro got up and followed his ex-captain.
Once the three of them put on their pajamas they got into the guest room and laid on their futons, Seijuro was the closest to the door, Aiko was laying next to the wall and Kotaro was between the siblings.
"Good night, Sei, Kotaro-kun." Aiko said resting on her left side, looking at the wall.
"'Night." they said in unison.
~After 10 minutes~
"Aiko-chan? Are you sleeping?" Kotaro whispered but she didn't answer. "Uhm... Sei-chan?" he called moving so that he could face the ceiling.
"What?" he asked.
"Nothing. I can't sleep."
"Me neither. Let's tickle Aiko."
"Wha-Why?" Kotaro asked sitting up.
Seijuro got up, sat beside Kotaro then poked Aiko's waist.
"Sei..." she said annoyed. "Don't you dare."
Seijuro ignored her and started to tickle her.
"No, no! Stop it!" she exclaimed between laughs.
"Are you that ticklish?" Kotaro asked trying not to laugh.
"Kotaro-kun, help me!" she said laughing harder.
~Flashback~
"Stop running, Aiko!" Seijuro said chasing her.
"No! Onii-chan's going to tickle me if I stop." she said running towards the living-room.
"What makes you think that?" he asked once they were in front of each other with the couch between them.
Aiko run away as fast as she could but tripped on the tea-table. Seijuro took the chance and caught her then placed her on the couch and started to tickle her.
"Stop it!" she said laughing. "Onii-chan! It tickles! Mom!"
"What is it, honey?" their mother asked from the kitchen.
"Onii-chan's tickling me!" she laughed harder.
"Seijuro, don't tickle her too much." she chuckled.
"No fair calling mom!" he pouted crossing his arms on his chest.
"It is!" she stuck her tongue out at him. "What are you cooking, mom?" she asked running towards her.
"I can't cook with such a storm outside." she said. "I'm cleaning."
"Got it." Aiko nodded and then a thunder was heard. "Did you heard that, dad?" she jumped excited and looked at her father that was sitting at the kitchen table. "I bet that was super close."
"Yeah, it was!" he smiled ruffling her hair.
"Aiko! Come back and play with me!" Seijuro called.
"Coming." she smiled and run back into the living-room.
~End of the flashback~
After being tickled for a while, Aiko turned to face the wall. Once it started to rain Seijuro placed his right hand in front of Aiko to prevent himself from falling on her.
"Is she ok?" Seijuro thought.
"What are you doing to my girlfriend?" Kotaro asked causing Aiko to blush.
"Checking if she's awake." he lied. "Oh, someone's blushing here."
"Shut up, Sei!" she whispered hiding her face with her hands. "I hate you."
"As if." he chuckled. "Good night, Aiko." he smiled kissing her on her right cheek.
"Good night." she said and fell asleep.
Seijuro got up and tried to sleep as Kotaro laid back down looking at Aiko's back.
"Is it a problem if I touch her?" Kotaro thought. "Oh, well..."
Kotaro raised his right hand, moved it forward and touched her shoulder.
"Uh? What are you doing?" she whispered turning around. "Kotaro-kun."
"Nothing." he said moving his hand away.
"Where is Sei?"
"Here, sleeping." he said pointing at his back with his thumb.
"Why are you so close? Am I still dreaming?"
"Dreaming? Was she dreaming about me?" he thought blushing slightly.
"Ssh!" he placed his index on his lips. "If you said it out loud it will turn into a nightmare."
Aiko's eyes widened and she placed her hands on her mouth.
"Then... Good night, Ko-ta-ro." she smiled then closed her eyes.
"She dropped the honorific..." he thought blushing. "This means in her head I'm just 'Kotaro'."
~After 5 minutes~
"I'm going downstairs, Kotaro." Seijuro said getting up. "I can't sleep."
"Ok."
As soon as Seijuro closed the door Kotaro hugged Aiko from behind and inhaled her scent. After a while Aiko turned around and looked up.
"Uh?" she blushed. "Where is Sei?"
"Downstairs." he said as a flash lit up the room.
Aiko closed her eyes and started to shake. Kotaro hugged her and covered her ears before the thunder was heard.
"Kotaro-kun?" she whispered looking at him.
After twenty minutes the storm passed and Aiko moved closer to Kotaro.
"Thank you." she said blushing.
"Still awake?" he asked looking down.
"I can't sleep."
"How come?"
"I keep on thinking about a dream I had."
"What kind of dream?" he asked raising a brow.
"Not telling you. It's embarrassing."
"What if she's talking about that 'dream' where she called me without the honorific." he thought. "Let's try."
"Let me guess, then." he smiled and pushed her away a little so that he could look at her face. "Were you alone?"
"No."
"With your friends?"
"No."
"With Sei-chan?"
"He was in it too."
"With me?"
"Yes. With you and Sei." she blushed.
"At the park?"
"No."
"At home?"
"Yes."
"In this room?"
"Yes."
"Was I sleeping?"
"No, Sei was sleeping."
Kotaro blushed and hugged her tightly.
"I can't breath, Kotaro...-kun." she said.
"You can call me 'Kotaro' if you want to." he smiled burying his face in her hair. "You can drop the honirific."
"Ok..." she blushed tightening her grip on his T-shirt.
"I love you, Aiko." he whispered.
"I-I love you too, Kotaro." she smiled and closed her eyes.
