Mazikeen winced and slowly got out of Jazz's alt-mode to look up at the angry medic,
"Heyyy, Ratch, how's it going?"
Ratchet glared at her,
"You left the building without telling ANYONE! Do you know how reckless that is without any memories?!"
Then he pointed at Jazz,
"And you! You know that we must keep a close optic on Mazikeen until she gets all her memories back!"
Mazikeen winced and walked up to Ratchet,
"Ratch, you aren't listening to me,"
"What?! Yes, I am!"
"Are you, Ratch?"
"YES!"
"You sure, Ratch?"
Ratchet nodded and crossed his arms,
"Of course, I am, Mazikeen,"
Mazikeen rolled her eyes and smirked at him,
"I thought I told you to call me Maze, Ratch. I think I told you a million times over the years,"
Ratchet's optics widened in realization,
"You have your memories back!"
Mazikeen laughed and smirked up at him,
"Took you long enough,"
Ratchet glared at her and put his servo down for her to get on,
"I need to do scans. How did you get them all back?"
Mazikeen blushed and smiled nervously at him,
"Uh, let's discuss that with everyone,"
Ratchet narrowed his optics and looked over at Jazz. He pointed his free servo at him,
"Get over here before I start throwing wrenches. I just told Optimus to gather everyone in the hangar,"
Jazz sighed and transformed and looked at Ratchet,
"What are the chances of you not throwing a wrench at me?"
"Zero percent."
Jazz groaned but followed the two. They got to the hangar very quickly and saw everyone waiting for them. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe were first to notice them enter and quickly ran over to Ratchet and grabbed Mazikeen,
"AERO!"
Mazikeen laughed and hugged their digits,
"How the fuck did you two know?"
Sunstreaker smirked,
"The bond reopened, Aero, of course, we knew,"
Tex immediately ran up to her from his spot on Sideswipe's shoulder and tackled her into a hug,
"MOM!"
Mazikeen laughed as she fell back onto Ratchet's servo,
"Tex!"
Tex burst into tears, and Mazikeen felt her heart break at seeing the Energon leaking from his optics,
"Oh, Tex,"
Tex shook his head,
"Y-You f-forgot m-me,"
Mazikeen sat up and hugged him tighter,
"Sweetheart, I knew you deep down. I just...I just couldn't understand why you were so familiar. I'm sorry,"
Tex slapped her shoulder,
"Don't do it again,"
Mazikeen laughed and hugged him tighter,
"I promise,"
Prowl cleared his throat,
"I would like to know how you retained your memories,"
Mazikeen immediately blushed and glanced over at Jazz, who also had a blue tint on his cheeks. Will narrowed his eyes at the two from his spot on Ironhide's shoulder,
"Mynx,"
Mazikeen groaned,
"Okay, okay...So....uh-"
Samantha rolled her eyes as she sat on Ironhide's head,
"Come onnnn. Out with it,"
Mazikeen rolled her eyes and opened her mouth, but Jazz beat her to it,
"I kissed her, and that gave her her memories back,"
Everyone stopped and stared at the two in complete shock. Samantha was the first to get over the shock as she laughed and flew up with a cheer,
"HAH!!!! PAY UP SUCKERS!!!!"
Mazikeen and Jazz's jaws dropped in surprise,
"WHAT?!"
Will groaned,
"Oh my fucking god,"
Barricade smirked,
"Frag yeah, you guys gotta pay up too! Arcee, I believe you owe me first!"
Arcee groaned and looked at Barricade with a glare as she pointed at him,
"You sabotaged this somehow. I don't know how. But you did,"
Eddie smirked,
"Oh, I am rich,"
Mazikeen narrowed her eyes,
"What the frag is going on?!"
Jazz nodded,
"I would LOVE to know too!"
Optimus sighed and looked at the two with a small, amused look,
"You two have cost a lot of us cash,"
Mazikeen tilted her head,
"What?"
Elisabeth groaned,
"There goes like a tenth of my earnings,"
Samantha laughed,
"You shoulda known better!"
"How the fuck would I have known?! Maze is the one that wears the pants in this relationship!"
Mazikeen felt her confusion grow as the minutes passed,
"WHAT?"
Chromia sighed,
"Alright, alright. Everyone fess up,"
Will winced as Mazikeen looked at him,
"Well?"
Will sighed,
"Alright, alright. A while back, Epps, Fig, and I made a bet,"
Mazikeen narrowed her eyes,
"What kind of bet?"
Epps scratched the back of his neck,
"Oh, just a harmless bet,"
Mazikeen glared at them,
"Oh, really?"
Eddie sighed,
"Yeahhh,"
Mazikeen gasped,
"Eddie?! You too?"
Eddie blushed and nodded,
"Yeahhh, when I found out about it, I joined,"
Mazikeen narrowed her eyes,
"Who else?"
Everyone except Barricade, Samantha, and Jazz raised their hand/servo. Mazikeen and Jazz gasped,
"OPTIMUS?!"
Optimus shrugged,
"It is a human tradition, and we wanted to partake in it,"
Jolt nodded,
"Yeah, it was a good...um...what's the word?"
Kaitlyn smirked,
"It is a good way to bond as a team!"
Mazikeen groaned,
"What was the bet?"
Will sighed and looked around,
"One of you Autobots should say it,"
Jazz narrowed his optics,
"What is going on?"
Eddie rolled his eyes,
"You guys, they won't attack us,"
Mazikeen narrowed her eyes,
"Oh really?"
Eddie slowly walked right to Sunstreaker's foot and looked up at Mazikeen as Ratchet put her down on the floor,
"Um...so...funny story,"
"Mhm, I am listening,"
Eddie winced,
"We all made bets on how long it would take you and Jazz to confess to each other!"
Mazikeen and Jazz blinked at him and looked at everyone else in utter confusion. Mazikeen crossed her arms,
"What? You made bets on that???"
Will shrugged,
"Yeah, we did,"
"WHY?!"
Arcee laughed,
"Because you two have been oblivious for years,"
Elita-One sighed,
"You cost me a lot of cash,"
Mazikeen frowned,
"Wait....Then what was Ham talking about?"
Samantha smirked proudly,
"I said that Jazz would kiss you first while EVERYONE else said you would kiss him first!"
Mazikeen blushed and her jaw dropped while Jazz felt like he was overheating. Barricade smirked,
"I was the only Autobot that thought Jazz would get the guts to kiss you first,"
"CADE?!"
Barricade shrugged,
"Listen, I love you, Squishy, but you were not getting the guts to kiss him first,"
Samantha smirked,
"So! Bitches pay up!"
Mazikeen glared at them,
"Hey! Shouldn't we get some of the money?! The bet was about US,"
Tex shook his head and poked her,
"You took too long,"
Mazikeen's eyes widened in shock,
"EVEN YOU?!"
Tex crossed his arms,
"I had faith."
Eddie laughed,
"Alright, guys, fork over the cash!"
Alexandra groaned,
"This is so unfair,"
"ALEX?!"
Rosalyn shrugged,
"Hey! It's not our fault your so fucking slow!"

Elisabeth sighed,
"Goodbye, money,"
Mazikeen simply stared in shock as everyone gave Eddie two hundred dollars. Ratchet smirked and crossed his arms,
"And now. My cash, hand it over,"
"RATCHET?!!!!"
Jazz's jaw dropped, and Mazikeen gapped at him,
"WHAT THE FUCK?!"
Ratchet chuckled as everyone handed him twenty dollars. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe grumbled and looked at Mazikeen,
"Why the fuck couldn't you two have done this last year,"
Mazikeen's eyes widened,
"What the fuck is going on?!"
Samantha laughed,
"You two have been giving all of us a headache! It's about fucking time!"
Will sighed,
"I can't believe how far off I was,"
Mazikeen narrowed her eyes at him,
"How far were you?!"
Kaitlyn burst out laughing,
"He thought it would take a few months!"
Will sighed,

Jazz looked at Optimus,
"How long did you say?"
Optimus patted his shoulder,
"I thought it would take one year,"

Eddie handed Mazikeen a slip of paper, and Ratchet handed Jazz a data pad,

"None of them would let Barricade and I join since we joined so late in the bet, so we made our own bet with them."
Mazikeen sat down and sighed,
"I can't believe this,"
Tex smiled and patted her shoulder,
"Don't worry, mom! Now we don't have to shove you into a closet together!"
"I'M SORRY, WHAT?!"
Will shrugged,
"We were getting tired, Samantha was the one that suggested it,"
Mazikeen glared at the wizard,
"What the fuck?"
Ratchet grumbled,
"Okay, okay. Come Maze, I need to do an examination to see if everything is working correctly,"
Mazikeen sighed,
"Alright,"
Ratchet transformed into his alt-mode, and Mazikeen climbed into his passenger side,
"Jazz, you wait for her in her room. Tex, you can come,"
Sunstreaker and Sideswipe frowned,
"What about us?!"
Ratchet glared at the twins,
"I need her to have no distractions. Everyone go away,"
"Damn,"
Mazikeen laughed as she felt the wave of disbelief flow through her from the twins and Barricade. Ratchet drove off immediately and transformed as soon as he got into the medical bay,
"Okay, what happened?"
Mazikeen sat down on the counter,
"Well, he k-"
"I don't want details about the kiss, Maze. As happy as I am for you, I need to know what happened while you were gaining back your memories,"
Mazikeen looked down at her hands and sighed,
"Um...it was a lot. It felt like my skull was getting cracked open, like my heart was getting split in half...all I felt was pain as the memories came crashing back. But, then Barricade called out to me through our bond. I don't know what he did but he stopped the pain when his holo-form came,"
Ratchet frowned in confusion,
"Where was Jazz?"
Mazikeen blushed,
"Um...he kinda...sorta...ran away after he kissed me,"
Mazikeen looked up at Ratchet and saw his optic twitching as a wrench somehow appeared in his servo,
"WAIT!"
Ratchet narrowed his optics at her,
"No, no, Maze. Jazz should have never run away from you just for kissing you-"
"He felt guilty!"
Ratchet frowned,
"Why?"
Mazikeen sighed,
"He...He thought that he was taking advantage over me cuz I didn't remember everything but he did...I ran after him after Cade got me back to normal, and we talked about it."
Ratchet sighed and ran a servo down his face,
"You two are going to offline me,"
Mazikeen laughed and hugged his digit,
"You love me,"
Ratchet raised his wrench at her,
"You are so very lucky I do!"
Mazikeen laughed and smiled at him,
"I know, I know...I missed you,"
Ratchet sighed and smiled softly at her as he patted her head with his digit,
"And I missed you,"
Mazikeen smirked at him,
"I knew you would,"
Ratchet rolled his optics,
"Shut-up. Go get some rest,"
Mazikeen laughed, and Tex hugged her arm,
"I am coming,"
Ratchet shook his head,
"Ep ep ep, let Maze and Jazz have some time alone. You are my assistant for the night,"
Tex gasped,
"What?! MOM!"
Mazikeen laughed and patted his head,
"Tex, sweetheart, I will come pick you up with Jazz in the morning, alright?"
Tex sighed but nodded,
"Alright,"
Mazikeen laughed and hugged him,
"Love you,"
