"Let me see the times you needed me and I wasn't there."

I hesitated as uncertainty flickered within me, staring at him with a mix of hesitation and doubt.

"Please," he pleaded, his voice carrying a sense of emotions.

I found myself looking into his eyes, where I saw a genuine plea.

After a moment, I sighed, feeling the weight of his request.

"They are ugly," I stated slowly, my voice barely above a whisper, as I prepared to delve into the painful memories.

But before I could continue, he interjected softly, his voice filled with reassurance.

"They are not," he said, gently squeezing my hand.

"They resemble how brave you were to endure all the pain alone, so they are beautiful."

His words caught me off guard, piercing through the veil of self-doubt that had clouded my perception for so long.

With his reassuring touch and unwavering support, I felt a sense of warmth and acceptance wash over me, easing the weight of my burdened heart.

He gave me that comforting look

Finally, after pondering for some time, I made the decision to show him.

With a hesitant hand, I grabbed the end of my top and slowly began to pull it up, all the while feeling his gaze fixed on my face.

I tossed the top beside me and sat there in only my inner, meeting his gaze as his eyes bore into mine.

In his eyes, I found a love and comfort I had been yearning for, a comfort I hadn't realized I'd been longing for all these years.

He reached for my hand slowly, leaning in to give me a light peck on my head.

"You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life," he reassured, sensing my tension.

His words washed over me, easing the tension in my body.

Cupping my cheek with one hand while the other still held mine

"Now and always, I'm by your side, whatever you go through," he reassured softly.

I nodded, tears welling in my eyes as his words touched my wounded soul.

He leaned forward once more, planting a tender kiss on my head before slowly pulling away.

As he took in my appearance, my heart raced with vulnerability.

His gaze fell upon the scars that marred my skin, remnants of the pain I had endured.

Some had faded with time, while others remained as permanent reminders of my past struggles.

I met his tear-filled eyes, feeling the weight of his emotions mirrored in my own.

He struggled to find words, choked by his own tears.

Pulling me into a tight embrace, he began to weep, his voice breaking as he spoke.

"You are so incredibly brave, my love," he managed to say amidst his tears, his words a balm to my wounded spirit.

Unable to contain my own emotions any longer, I cried alongside him, releasing the pent-up anguish that had been buried within me for so long.

"It was painful, so painful," I sobbed, the memories flooding back with unbearable intensity.

"He didn't listen to me, just did that... what did I even do to deserve that?" My voice cracked with sorrow as I poured out my anguish.

He held me close, his touch a source of solace as I continued to weep.

"I was so disgusted," I confessed, my words trembling with raw emotion.

With his gentle reassurance, I found the strength to speak my truth, no longer silenced by fear.

"You know, I was so afraid of him back then, but now... now I don't give a damn," I declared, my voice steady with newfound resolve.

"I'm going to make him pay, in the worst possible way," I vowed, my eyes blazing with determination as I met his gaze.

He listened in silence, his presence a pillar of support as I faced my demons head-on.

That bastard will surely pay, and I'll make sure she's the one to do it herself.

Seeing her in such agony, I couldn't hold back my tears.

The pain she had endured was unbearable, and I vowed to end her suffering.

He was already dead to me the moment I learned of his despicable actions.

She wept in my embrace for hours, her tears staining my shirt as I silently comforted her, offering solace with gentle kisses to her head.

Eventually, exhaustion overcame her, and she drifted into a fitful sleep, worn out from the weight of everything she had endured.

Carefully, I pulled her onto my lap, cradling her against my chest as I settled against the pillar where she had been sitting before.

I gazed at her tear-stained face, my heart swelling with anger at the things she had faced.

She had been through so much, and I was determined to ensure that he paid for every bit of it.

I kissed her forehead tenderly, holding her close as my eyes lingered on the scars that marred her skin.

She had a long cut on the side of her midriff which reached her abdomen

Unconsciously, my hand moved to caress it, eliciting  flinch from her before she relaxed into my touch.

I had never felt such fury before, a burning rage that consumed me from within.

Without hesitation, I reached for my phone and dialed a number.

"I need your help," I stated firmly

🍀

I ended the call and looked at her sleeping peacefully on my chest.

I gently stroked her hair to help her relax.

But we had to leave, so I searched for her top and carefully helped her put it back on without waking her.

She shifted slightly in her sleep.

"It's okay, just go back to sleep," I whispered softly as I continued to stroke her hair.

She sighed and drifted back into a peaceful slumber.

Slowly, I picked her up and carried her to the car.

After settling her in the passenger seat, I got into the driver's seat and started the car, heading towards our destination.

It would take nearly an hour to get there, but I was determined not to regret what I was about to do.

I promised myself that I would make him suffer as much as he made her suffer.

Looking at her sleeping so peacefully

The Shreesha, who was always cheerful and joyful, had hidden dark memories within her no one can even think about it.

She never received the support, love, and comfort she needed.

The pain she went through was unbearable, but there was no one there to help her heal.

My love is incredibly brave for going through all of this alone!

I vowed to fully heal her and love her unconditionally.

And I promised to confront her tormentor and make sure he faced his worst nightmare.

Steering in my sleep I slowly opened my eyes only to find myself in an unfamiliar room. I sat up, and looked around.

It looked like someone's office.

"What the heck, where the hell am I?" I exclaimed, feeling bewildered.

"Ayansh!" I called out, but there was no response.

I stood up and rushed towards the door.

Before I could open it, the door swung open, and Ayansh walked in.

He looked like he rushed here.

"What happened, are you okay?" he asked, seeing me tensed.

I didn't say anything and hugged him.

"Where were you and what the hell is this place?" I exclaimed, backing away and looking at him.

He was about to say something but was interrupted when someone entered the room. I looked back and saw a man entering the office.

I stared at him, confused.

"Don't stare at me like that!" he exclaimed.

I snapped out of my thoughts and glared at him.

"I'm not staring at you!" I exclaimed back.

He glared back at me and was about to say something.

"Chup rehe yaar, Agastya, phir se shuru mat ho ja," Ayansh interrupted.

Agastya?

"Maine kya kiya bhai! Apni bandi ko sambhal, yeh mujhe ghur rahi thi," he exclaimed dramatically, glaring at me.

"Will you stop, we have work to finish," Ayansh said sternly.

"Will someone tell me what's going on here, who is he, and where the hell are, we?" I exclaimed frustratingly.

I was already tired with everything that happened today; I just wanted to go home.

"Love, listen, I have something for you, just trust me, okay?" he said with a reassuring look.

I stared at him blankly.

"And he is my friend Agastya Rajan," he said, introducing the man who just got on my nerves.

"Friend? I'm your best friend, mate," he exclaimed, with an offended look.

"Yeah yeah, now come on, we need to take care of something," he said as he dragged me out of that room.

That Agastya guy followed us.

"Will you tell me where we are, or do you want me to find out by myself?" I stated.

"Just wait, love, you won't regret waiting," he exclaimed.

I fell silent after that.

He dragged me to some stairs.

We walked down from it.

And the sight in front of me left me shocked.

It was a dark, scrappy room, and there was someone tied up to a chair in the middle of the room.

When I saw the face of the man, I was left in utter shock.

It was Preetam Tomer, all bloodied.
