To paraphrase Nina, "Don't judge a hunk by his abs." A gorgeous exterior will collapse in on itself if the inside is rotten. Is Lance a rotten S.O.B. or just a victim of circumstance?

Lancelot Harwood, when faced with adversity, had choices to make – just like anyone else. He made choices that were bad choices. They benefited himself, and often deliberately hurt others. He'd been hurt, so he took control by hurting back. That's not a win, that's a loss.

He's scheduled for release in 30 years or so, provided he behaves. No worries there, mind you. Behaving is something he does so well.
