2 weeks later
"ELENA I NEED YOU TO WALK BEAR BEFORE SCHOOL!" kath yelled
"OKAY MOM!" i yell back
I grab my clothes, the outfit is plain but flattering.
(but have her look like a 9th grader)
I look at myself in the mirror, then realized I needed someone with lipgloss. I knew i forgot something
I smile when I pick up a bear. I walk down the grand stairs, to the backyard with bears leash letting him do his business.
Then I walked into the kitchen to grab a bagel with cream cheese.
"So are you excited for the first day of school?" kath asked
"Yeah." i say
"Shoot is that the time we have to go!" kath says
We both run to the car.
The fresh fall air consumes my nose.
I stare out the window as Katherine drives crazy trying to get to school on time. The one thing she always takes super seriously is education. "She wants to make sure that I don't just rely on my beauty." The mind is your greatest weapon.
As we pull up i start to lose the feeling of confidence when i don't see anyone i know.
"Are you getting out?" katherine asks getting annoyed after iv been waiting for a minute or two =.
"I dont see anyone i know." i say
"Youll be fine its not a big school." kath says
"Why are you being so incentive today." i say
"Im sorry, i know your gonna be fine, your a petrova." she says holding up my chin
"I know katherine." i say
"I love you." she says as i get out of the car
"Me too." i say
I look around as a couple people look at me.
Its big talk in a small town when new people move here.
I walk up the stairs and open the doors. There are those red lockers that will greet me for the next 4 years of my life.
I look down at my schedule, my locker is all the way down the hall.
I try to memorize my schedule but im not paying attention to my surroundings.
"Elena." bonnie says
I look up and see bonnie.
"Hey." i say.
"What class do you have first?" bonnie asks
"History." i say
