Zaid smiled, a hint of happiness evident in his eyes.

Zaid said softly, his happiness evident as he walked towards Mubashira and stood beside her holding her hand. Mubashira, by now had understood that she has to play along and smiled at everyone.

Zaid whispered, his voice tinged with mirth.
Mubashira,s heart skipped a beat as she heard biwi sahiba. She looked at him and rolled her eyes playfully trying to mask the rozy hue spreading across her face.

Ayra looked at Mubashira and Zaid. The sight cut through her heart like a sharp knife.

Ayra let out a semi yell. She reached out and snatched the reports from Zaid,s hands.
The sudden action was accimponed by gasps of the people in the hall.

As they sat in the car, Mubashira looked at him.

Zaid asked turning to look at her, raising an eyebrow.

Mubashira confessed, a hint of vulnerability in her tone.

She asked, her voice was soft like a feather.
Zaid looked at her, his eyes a mixture of love and warmth and her heart pounding wildly in her chest as she got her answer.

She smiled feeling a wave of warmth coursing through her veins and looked ahead.
He smiled and caressed her cheek tenderly for a moment before clasping her hand again. She smiled and interlocked their fingers. Zaid smiled driving the car.

Mubashira said, half joking, half serious.
Zaid couldn't help but imagine the scenario. A very angry Mubashira clasping a hand against Ayra,s throat and Ayra coughing, her eyes closing and Zaid trying to calm Mubashira,s anger.

He let out a small yelp applying the brakes suddenly. Mubashira jolted forward but Zaid kept a hand ahead so that she doesn't get hurt and her head hit his the back of his palm instead.
Sorry tumhein lagi toh nahin?
Zaid exclaimed worried, cradling her face in his palms delicately looking for any injuries on her face but found none. He sighed in relief.
Don't worry Zaid I'm fine.
Mubashira said amused. Zaid breathed and smiled hearing her.
Kya hua cheekhe kyun?
Mubashira asked gently cupping his cheek.
Woh bas maine scenario imagine ker liya.
Zaid said with a sheepish smile.
Matlab Ayra ne sach mein aisa kiya hai?
Mubashira asked growing angry. Her hand clenching into a fist.

Zaid said softly.

Zaid said with a small laugh. Mubashira looked at him, her eyes full of disbelief.

She asked, her fingers twisting into her kameez nervously.
Zaid smiled and shook his head sideways.

He said casually shrugging his shoulders.
Mubashira looked at him shocked, gasping. Her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water as a wave of disbelief washed over her.

Mubashira said, her voice laced with shock.
