All that, they walk in and Kamari lets out a breath of relief, "Mari what the hell is happening?" Jimmy asks

"ORDA IN DA COURT!" The Judge shouts, Everyone turns to the judge, "Be seated."

"Kamari Green, Your accused of sexual assault and rape how do you plea?" The Judge asks
"Not Guilty!" Kamari shouts
"Ok...Will the victim step forward." The Judge
Katy walks forward and stands before the jury, "Ms. Barnes please tell the court today what happened." The Judge says
"Well I'll try." She says as she puts on the water works drawing a sigh of annoyance from Jamari, "I was trying to head to bed but then he stumbled in drunk because as I told the court everyone was drinking."
This draws eyes from Alejandra because that's not true.
"He said manny was sleeping and he said don't fight it it's gonna happen regardless and then...and then he raped me." Katy says crying

Kamari drops his head, "I'm sorry that happened to you...May the Defendant step forward."
Kamari gets up as Katy side eyes him smirking, "Kamari will you tell us your side of the story."
"Gladly. Everyone was drinking except for me and manny, I took her to bed and went downstairs to get my mom who was as well drunk and that's when Katy pounced on my black ass and tried to get with me, she grabbed me so I pushed her aside and walked away." Kamari explains
"I see, so you assaulted her." Judge says

"WHAT?!?!" He shouts at the top of his lungs
"You admit to assaulting the plaintiff." Judge says
"Judge I'm not saying your a dumbass, BUT HOW THE FUCK IS PUSHING SOMEONE ASSAULT YOU ACT LIKE I Chris Brown'd the bitch!" Kamari shouts
"Order!" Judge shouts, "You may be seated."
Kamari sighs and sits down, "Will Jimmy Brooks Step Forward." Katy's Lawyer says
Jimmy looks down.
"I mean roll forward." Lawyer says

"Jimmy, I see your a paraplegic. May I ask how that happened?" Lawyer asks
"Some guy Rick Murray shot me in the spine." Jimmy responds
"I see and was Rick Murray not the plaintiff's friend." Lawyer says
"Well yes but..." Jimmy says
"So it's true that Mr. Green was friends with a school shooter?" Lawyer asks
Kamari slams his head against the table.
"Ok he was friends with Rick beforehand!" Jimmy shouts
"Sure and would you say Kamari is violent?" The Lawyer asks
Jimmy pulls Mia off of the girl she's fighting, "Stop Stop!" Jimmy shouts
The fight dies down, "Ok let's all calm down here." Kamari says
"This is new a nigger is trying to stop a fight." Nic says, "And keep your bitch on a leash."
Kamari looks at Nic.
"Mari..." Jimmy says
"Nah!!!" Kamari shouts running ahead and Superman punching Nic to the ground, manny and Kamari jump the fucker.

The Jury all speak, Kamari closes his eyes and again drops his head.
"Thank you Mr. Brooks. I'd like to call on Ms. Nash." Katy's Lawyer says
Nashville Hot Chicken walks and sits down, "Ms. Nash is it true your friends with the plaintiff?"
"Yes." Ellie responds
"Ok has Kamari ever exhibited...negative behavior?" Lawyer asks
"Wh-That's not..." Ellie says
"Answer the question Ms. Nash." The Judge orders
Ellie looks down.
"Oh yeah you don't know Paige." Manny says
Paige walks over flipping her hair back, "Hello New Kid, Paige Michalchuk." Paige says holding out her hand.

Terri sighs, "A bit of both." Terri says
"Baby girl...YOU BARELY QUALIFY AS HUSKY, CALM YO ASS DOWN, GROW SOME HAIR AND QUIT BITCHING ABOUT SOMETHING YOUR NOT WORKING TO STOP!!!!" He shouts, Terri is surprised, "So if you remember that you'll be ok."
Terri is frozen as Kamari smiles and walks away.

"I really fucking hate this school." He says walking off screen.
"Yes..." Ellie says, Everyone chatters, "But what person doesn't it's a human right to be negative at times!"
The Lawyer smiles, "Thank You Ms. Nash, I'd like to call on my second to last person...Mr. Del Rossi." The Lawyer says, Marco walks up, "Mr. Del Rossi, has Kamari ever exhibited...violent tendencies?"
"You already asked..." Marco begins
"The question only Mr. Rossi." The Lawyer says
Marco looks to the side.
"I told you to shut up." The guy says spearing Kamari Into a wall, Kamari dodges a punch and then knees him in the stomach.
He then slams his back and then hops over him before kicking him in the back. The guy tackles Kamari and the two fight on the ground. Kamari palms him in the throat and throws him through a table.
He grabs a random drink that's apparently been spiked and pours it down the guys throat, Kamari backs up as the guy stands up.

Kamari and Rick are struggling eventually Kamari kicks Rick to the ground and disarms him, he grabs the gun and shoots Rick twice in the stomach.

"Only in self defense you expect him not to defend himself from other people!" Marco shouts
The jury again chatter, "I'll call on my final person...Manny Santos." Manny looks down before getting up and sitting, "Ms. Santos, How long have you been dating the plaintiff?"
"A year and 8 days." Manny responds
"Throughout your entire relationship has he ever...insulted you...maybe...contradicted you?" The Lawyer asks
Manny looks to the side.
"I really doubt you are because all you do is let other people influence your thoughts when will you learn, when will you learn it's your life and your choice?!" Kamari shouts angrily as he gets up and storms off

The entire gym goes silent, "So you're killing yourself to look like a supermodel who's probably 98.99% plastic?" He asks, Manny looks down, "You know how stupid that sounds right?"

The lawyer looks to the side and sees the jury speaking to each other, "I rest my case." He says sitting down
"I'll cease this court for a brief recess...return in 20 minutes." The Judge says slamming his gavel down
Katy walks over to Kamari who still has his head dropped, "Last chance Kamari, just date me and I'll make this all stop." She says
"Burn in hell." He responds
"You asked for it." She says walking away
We pan slowly and see Kamari is in fact crying, his mom, dad, and siblings all comfort him and his friends need to do something.
