"Oh my god" Sooyoung turned to Jaemin who was looking at his phone with a shocked look on his face "this can't be real"
"Alright instead of narrating what's happening" started Sooyoung "can you please just tell me before I rip the phone out of your hand"
"We're invited to the Royal ball next week" said Jaemin, showing Sooyoung the messages "I can't believe this"
"What do you mean we're invited to the Royal ball?" yelled Sooyoung, scaring an old lady who was reading with her grandson "sorry ma'am"
"Are you serious? We're actually invited to one of the most inclusive parties of the county?!"
"I guess I am yeah" said Jaemin "no jokes or anything"
"Oh my god we need to decide what to wear!" exclaimed Sooyoung "we should definitely match"
"Won't we look like a couple then?" said Jaemin "trust me, you won't enjoy the ball if there are people asking us if we are dating every five minutes"
"So what?" said Sooyoung "best friends can co-oridnate outfits"

"Excuse me, the language that you are using is outrageous!" the old lady looked angrily at Sooyoung as she dragged her grandson out of the library "you should be ashamed of yourself"
"Sorry ma'am!" called Sooyoung, as the old lady shut the door "please come back again"
"What?" Jaemin was giving Sooyoung a look as her eyes made its way back to him "I can't help it if I swear! it just happens"
"I know that" laughed Jaemin "just maybe next time don't shout it out loud"
"Fine" said Sooyoung "now, let's get back to the outfits"
"A delivery for Na Jaemin" The friends looked up as they saw a delivery man surrounded by what it looked like thousands of boxes.
"Did you order something?" asked Sooyoung "without my knowledge???"
"I'm not the cause of this delivery" said Jaemin "it must be someone else"
"Someone else?!" exclaimed Sooyoung "so some random person just sent us lots of boxes"
"Probably" said Jaemin "excuse me sir, can you tell us who sent this delivery"
"Give me a second to check the paper" said the delivery, picking up the paper from his pocket "its from Mr Lee Jeno"
"Lee Jen- Oh my god the king sent us this?!" yelled Sooyoung, running towards the boxes "Jaem pass me the scissors"
"Alright calm down" said Jaemin, as he walked over with the scissors "Thank you sir"
"Have a nice day" said the delivery man, before walking away "goodbye"
"He's got us more books!" exclaimed Sooyoung "how did he knew we needed more books?!"
"I told him when we were talking" said Jaemin, as they opened up more books "he said he would help by giving us more books but I didn't think we was being serious"
"I said he didn't have to-"
"but he did!" finished Sooyoung, as she took books out "ooh its so obvious"
"What's obvious?" asked Jaemin, stacking the books on the bookshelves "go on tell me"
"He.likes.you" spelled Sooyoung "Did you understand that?"
"Nana has a boyfriend?" Max was stood behind Jaemin, his mother sitting at a table on her phone "who would date him?"
"Alright who let you back in here?" exclaimed Jaemin "you're banned"
"What did I do?" asked Max "I did nothing"
"You destroyed a bunch of books you little-" Jaemin put his hand on Sooyoung's "I wasn't going to swear. I was going to say child"
"That's a good insult" said Max, sarcastically "you should brush up on your insults"
"You should step away from these books" said Sooyoung "and could you please leave?"
"No" said Max, walking away "oh and can you get me a drink and snack?"
"W-what?" stammered Jaemin, raising an eyebrow "why is this six year old so rude?"
"Ugh this library is so ugly" Sooyoung glared at Max's mum as she spoke loudly "I don't know why it's open, it's not as good as the other library. Thank god Max destroyed their books, they deserved it"
"Alright I'm done" Sooyoung strutted towards the woman and Max who were not even reading books "you two need to leave right now or I'm calling the police"
"You can't call the police on us asshole" scoffed Max's mum "we did nothing wrong"
"I have plenty of reasons as to why I can" said Sooyoung, taking her phone out "now make your choice"
"We're not fucking leaving" said Max's mum "you have no right"
"I'd listen to her if I were you" And there they were, the princes and princess standing in the doorway. They had angry looks on their faces as they stared at the mother and child.
"Y-your maj-majesties" stuttered Max's mum, as she stood up from the table "w-what a-are you doing here?"
"Shouldn't you be leaving?" asked Donghyuck "the clock is ticking"
"Y-yes we will go" said Max's mum, as she quickly stood up grabbing her stuff plus Max's hand "oh and here's the money for the damages, I'm sorry"
"Oh thank you" said Jaemin "now I feel bad"
"ha you wish" scoffed Max's mum, as she took the money back "you don't deserve it"
"Goodbye assholes"
"What the fuck" yelled Sooyoung "come back here! you owe us money you bitch"
"Whatever" called Max's mum, as she threw the money on the floor "you suck"
"Well thank goodness she's gone" said Sooyoung, picking up the money "and we got the money!"
"And a pile of books"
"Thank you for the books Jeno" said Jaemin "you really did-"
"I wanted to help" laughed Jeno "now, let's help put the books away shall we?"
"Yay!" cheered Hyejin "and afterwards can we read together?"
"Of course" said Jaemin, smiling at Hyejin "I love reading with you"
"Aw" cooed Sooyoung, as she watched Jaemin and Hyejin interact "they are so cute"
"Hey Jaemin, I don't recognise this author" said Jeno, as he held up a book from the bookshelf "is it newly released?"
"Let me-" As soon as Jaemin saw the book that Jaemin was holding, his heart dropped. The book in Jeno's hands was full of memories, happy and sad.
"T-thats the book my mum wrote for me" stuttered Jaemin "she would always read it to me when I was little and also when I was upset"
"I would always read it from time to time when I feel lonely or when I miss her
"Oh I'm so sorry" Jeno walked towards Jaemin and pulled him into a hug as the other cried "I am so so sorry"
"I thought I lost it" sobbed Jaemin, as Jeno patted his back "thank you for finding it"
"Is nana ok?" asked Hyejin, as she looked at Jaemin and her dad hug
"He's ok honeybee" said Sooyoung, kneeling down to be at Sooyoung's height to comfort her "just a bit sad"
"I'm sorry nana" said Hyejin, as she moved closer to her dad and Jaemin, joining them in the hug
"Thank you honey" said Jaemin, as Jeno picked her up to hug her better "I appreciate it"
"Well, I didnt expect myself to cry today"
"I haven't seen you cry in ages" said Sooyoung "so i'm glad you did"
"Now why don't we take a biscuit break?"
"Oh yes" cried Jaemin, wiping away her tears "I'd love a biscuit right now"
"And maybe once we finished packing the books away, we can read this special book"
"Are you sure Jaem?" asked Jeno "you don't have to, I know its personal to you"
"Well I want to share it with others" said Jaemin, as he looked at the book "that's what my mum would have wanted"
"I'm sure its a lovely book" said Hyejin "I can't wait to read it"
"But first biscuits!!" squealed Sooyoung "no offence Jaem"
