Welcome back my dear reader, and be ready for my first anthology in the Mairuma fandom! Kalego and Momonoki are one of my favorite couples, so let's open the repository and write something for them, shall we?

As a classic week, we have 7 prompts, and they will be in this respective order: Love letter, Teaching, Feelings, Seasons, Alternate Universe, Happy Family, and a surprise for the free day hehe.

If you want to hear more about my fics, life and some random stuff, you can find me as @DYP_Lf on twitter. With no more to say, enjoy this new anthology my dear people!

The moons of the Netherworld were already setting to make way for the dawn to break. The first rays of light came out a few at a time and gave the signal that a new day was approaching in Babyls. The first alarm in the main tower of the place was already giving the warning that all the teachers had to get up. Some wanted to have an extra five minutes to rest, others were excited for a new week of teaching, and there were other teachers who simply followed the daily routine as if it were normal.

Kalego on his side already had everything ready for the week. He had his notes and his spells ready, as well as the list of every student in his class and his stamp for those who got bad grades. There was only one more thing to do. Something that, although it seemed simple, took him a whole weekend to do because of how much of a perfectionist he was, and to make sure he would finish on time, he decided not to sleep that night.

He was already used to staying up all night, so it didn't bother him to keep moving in the hours where silence and darkness abounded. For him, it was the best time where he could concentrate on his duties because of the quiet that occurred during those hours. However, he would stay up if it was to review papers or exams. This time, he had stayed up to do something that was new to him.

He was writing a letter to Momonoki.

He remembered when Raim came into his office a few days ago. She always continually teased him about how cold he was to everyone, but that last conversation turned out to be different. She told him that he should express some gratitude with certain demons who genuinely appreciated his presence and continuously helped him. She affirmed to him that his job and his dreams of being a great teacher at Babyls would not have been possible without the support of certain demons, and if had he wanted to go alone against the world, he probably would have come off as a common demon, someone with a precarious teaching system, or Sullivan would have simply removed his employment contract for being a total jerk.

Kalego wanted to show his anger because those comments were already starting to irritate him, but he hated to admit that Raim was right. There were demons who held his hand through all his stages in Babyls, demons who put up with how cantankerous he was. At the very least he should express a thank you to those few who stood by him through it all. According to Raim, he should stop being Kalego for two minutes and show his friends that he wasn't a gray rock.

He decided to follow her idea so that she would finally leave him alone, asking her what she would recommend him to do as a thank you. Kalego was thinking of doing something formal, something that would not be so noticeable and follow the protocols of the high-ranking families of the Netherworld.

Raim couldn't help but tell him that it was boring his way of thinking, but seeing his tastes, he said that the best way to express his thanks and appreciation to someone was with a special letter. A letter where he would show all his sincerity to a specific demon and express the affection he might feel for this one, of course, if he understood what "affection" was.

And when she finished speaking, Raim gave the instant recommendation of who he should give a special letter to. Morax Momonoki.

For a moment, he was surprised at how quickly Raim mentioned Momonoki's name. But he knew why she mentioned her friend. Momonoki was the only one on the school staff who helped him every day of the week, plus the two of them shared a long-standing history. From having a mentor-apprentice relationship to having a fully professional relationship where they both worked to protect their treasures, she was practically the only person he didn't hate even in his worst dreams.

He could be a cold stone with no feelings, but he knew what respect and appreciation was when someone showed it.

That thought stuck with him, and he decided to make a letter for her. It was neither too long nor too short, it was of considerable length, but one that highlighted everything positive about her. Although he knew that there was no such thing as a perfect demon in the Netherworld, except for the Demon King, she had the best traits that made her look much better than the rest of the demons in Babyls.

And there he stayed, a whole night in the dorms to be as calm as possible and concentrate on his letter. Luckily, there were always rooms left over and he took advantage of being in an empty one to avoid distractions. Two nights in his apartment and one night in Babyls were necessary to finish that writing since he had never done anything like that before. However, once he released the pen from his hands, he was relieved.

Once he finished, he picked up his letter and decided to give it one last read, to make sure it was coherent and in order.

"Dear Momonoki. If you have received this envelope, it is not for you to be alarmed or worried. The formality of delivering some important documents in Babyls with a special envelope is something strict that all staff must follow, but I assure you that this letter is not for academic, technical, or professional purposes as I typically send to most of our colleagues. I tell you in advance, you should not be afraid if you think that the content involves something that puts your position as a teacher at risk or if you think that I am going to criticize something about your teaching. I'm here to talk about something more personal regarding you."

He wanted to try to go with a more formal introduction, but he knew Raim was going to criticize him if he did something too empty and would probably keep coming into his office to bother him. And he wasn't going to ask the director or Opera for help, knowing that they could make his problem worse.

For now, it was a good start, and he continued reading.

"You started out as a woman in search of the same dream as us, and seeing your progress as a teacher is something that I admire about you. I have watched you grow since your first day in Babyls, and I cannot describe the passion you have to guide our treasures to be the bright future of the Netherworld. As your former mentor, I am proud of you Momonoki; However, I don't think I have to talk to you in a simplistic way now. I would like to express the following words with a deeper perspective."

Kalego had understood well in a way that it wasn't a letter with boring or informative content, it was a letter expressing appreciation towards Momonoki.

"Read this part that I write not as the teacher you normally see in classrooms, but as someone known and close to you. This letter is addressed with the objective of giving enormous gratitude to you. I very much appreciate your presence and your assistance in every moment that you were by my side at Babyls, you are a totally sweet woman to me and to all the people who know you, and I am sure that many share the same opinion as me. You are an admirable demon, someone captivating in the eyes of many, and someone who understands well the principles that a respectable demon should have."

The memories of him with Momonoki came to his head like rays of light. He remembered how she was the one who attended his lessons perfectly, someone who was nice and sweet to him. Unlike her grandfather and certain members of her family, she had an unmatched simplicity and charisma.

If it hadn't been for her and the times where she substituted for him in class or brought him a casual little tea, he probably would have released his evil cycle on one of his colleagues. He may have been angry with many of the teachers, but Momonoki was the exception.

"You have done more for me than you can think. You have helped me when I couldn't attend teaching on certain days, you have helped me when I needed a hand revising final exams. I want you to always consider that your kindness and your presence is unique to my life. It makes me happy to have you here with me, and I wouldn't want anything to separate us from this elegant environment like Babyls. So, I want you to remember that, if there is any problem you have with teaching or with any procedure, do not hesitate to ask me for help with that simplicity that you express, and I will be welcome to give you a hand. Even though I may be stressed at times or just don't feel like talking to someone, I will never deny the request of someone who has done a lot for my life."

Raim told him that he should be careful with what he wrote, not to show any anger or discomfort as he always put in his memos. As he read his words, he tried to see if these were the right ones to send to Momonoki. He understood that she wasn't as blunt as him, and that meant that this time he didn't have to sound too cold.

He wanted to assure her that she had someone to trust, besides a colleague who wouldn't want to see her corrupted by some fool on the school staff.

"This letter is full of words just for you. Words that are made with total sincerity. No other professor has that image as respectable or tolerable as you, you are that demon that represents the greatness of the Morax family and the self-effort that one should be proud of. I could say much more, but since this is a small letter, I must take a limit. However, remember that to me, you will always be the elegant and captivating Momonoki who makes this place so much more enjoyable. Never forget that here you have a colleague who will be by your side for whatever you need, just as you were always there for me. The only thing I ask of you is that this letter remains secret, in order not to raise suspicions among the director and to avoid opening any disciplinary procedure according to school regulations."

The last thing he wrote was an exaggeration, but he wanted to be careful that someone made a broad interpretation of the regulation. However, he trusted Momonoki. She could be the one to take care of him if he was sick and he would be relieved.

"And I repeat, if you have any doubts about something, do not hesitate to ask me for sure. Because no one is born knowing, and I would love to continue teaching you as I have done in past years. I hope you have a good day. Sincerely, Naberius Kalego."

Kalego smiled seeing that everything was fine and perfect. It was his first informal letter, but he felt he had done an excellent job. It was written with a unique delicacy, showing his feelings as Raim said, and it was directed at the demon that he would probably never hate in his life. She had all the positive traits that he appreciated.

He didn't know it, but his cheeks flushed slightly. His heart was pounding a few times, but due to lack of knowledge of his feelings, he thought that the heat in his room was affecting him.

He had finally finished his letter. And just in time because after looking at his watch, he was already going to start his work shift.

"Just in time."

He put the letter in a small purple envelope and kept it in his notebook. He began to prepare to leave. He put on his uniform and arranged his hair perfectly, putting on perfume to have a good image in front of everyone. That dark and terrifying image that everyone knew perfectly well. A few minutes later, he was ready to head to the classrooms.

It had been a good idea to finish the letter in Babyls' dormitories, because if he had done it in his apartment, he wouldn't get to school on time and would have a reduced salary for being late.

Once he left his room, he received the typical greetings from his colleagues on the way to the staff room. Some of them he saw were motivated, others were simply looking for some coffee for the morning. Around there he also kept an eye on some students in case they wanted to make some mess, but luckily, it was a quiet morning in the hallways and fields of the school.

After arriving at the staff room, he met the person he wanted to see at that moment.

"Momonoki-sensei?"

Momonoki had her back turned reviewing her latest exams, but she jumped in surprise when she heard her name with that special masculine tone. She almost dropped the papers to the ground but managed to catch them all in time.

"K-Kalego-sensei? G-good morning." The girl became nervous when she heard Kalego's voice, quickly turning to him. "W-what brings you here?"

"It's a new start to the week, Momonoki-sensei. You know I must come here to prepare the last of the classes. But before I start my routine, I come to give you this." Kalego held out the purple envelope in front of her. "It's something for you in gratitude for all the help you've given me so far."

Momonoki was waiting for him to ask her about the weekly reports or just for him to ask her how she was doing. But she never expected that he was giving her a gift.

"F-for me? Aren't you getting wrong with this?"

"Yes, it's for you."

Momonoki's face turned red as a tomato, an expression that wasn't ignored by Kalego who was left confused.

"Are you ok, Momonoki-sensei?"

"Yeah! I'm fine!" she screamed as she tried to hide her blushing face from him.

Momonoki quickly put her papers on the table, while she took a deep breath. She looked like she had run out of air. Kalego tried to get closer, but she gave him a signal to tell him that she was fine. After calming down, she approached Kalego, receiving the letter as if she had received gold in her hands.

Kalego sensed that she was probably like this because of the closed atmosphere and the nerves of the new week. That was his only conclusion.

"Alright." Kalego said. "I'm leaving to teach the classes on my schedule, read it when you are free and don't forget to take the daily attendance of your classrooms. And if you want to ask me something, tell me in advance. Now, if you excuse me."

Kalego left the teacher's room, and once the door closed, Momonoki could no longer hide her nervousness from him. Mostly he reported some notification to her with memos or with notes he left on her desk, there was no in-between. But this time it was an envelope with a letter that had a unique appearance, with that purple color that differentiated it perfectly and that she received personally from him. That meant it had to be something very important, more important than everything she did at Babyls.

Momonoki didn't waste any more time and opened the letter, carefully reading every word written by Kalego.

"And with that, we end our seduction session today."

Raim enjoyed seeing her students every Monday. She saw everyone's effort and how each one became an exclusive and charming demon every time she finished a session with each of them. She even felt happy to see how Clara had a special charm, a charm that impressed her every day.

It had been a successful class, and it was just time to give the conclusions before leaving.

"Remember girls, always try to see your style of approach to your targets because the first impression is what attracts, and..."

Raim's phone rang at that moment, interrupting what she was saying. She grabbed her phone and was about to hang up immediately, until she saw Momonoki's name on her screen. If she called her in the middle of class, it meant it was important. Although in reality, she only had five minutes left in her class, so she had time to talk to her.

"You can put your things away, if you have any questions, I will be happy to help you after answering this call."

She moved to a corner so that her students wouldn't hear, while they began to chat or simply put their books in their backpacks. She answered the call, curious to know why her friend was calling her at such an hour.

"Momonoki?"

"Kalego wrote me a letter!"

The surprise was so great that Raim almost dropped the phone from her. The teacher was confused for a moment, wondering if she had heard correctly or if it was her imagination.

"Excuse me?"

"K-Kalego. He...gave me a love letter. He just wrote something... just for me."

For a moment she thought she was dreaming. She didn't know how credible her friend's words were, because Kalego and love were two unrelated words, but it was at that moment that she remembered the conversations she had with Kalego in his office. She thought he had ignored her and left her advice behind, but Kalego had done the impossible. She had written a letter to Momonoki.

And the best thing? She had loved what he did.

"I see that you have followed my advice, haven't you Kalego?" she thought.

The inner emotion covered the teacher's body, and she couldn't help but smile at that moment. She was excited to hear more, but she knew duty came first.

"You must tell me every detail Momonoki. I've already finished my class, I'm on my way to the dorms."

"O-ok! I'll wait for you there! My Devi, this is not a dream!"

She ended the call, and after returning to her desk, she realized that Clara had approached her to ask her some things about class like she did every time she finished a lesson.

"Did something happen, lovely-sensei?" Clara noticed Raim's smiling expression.

"Nothing to worry about Clara. Just smile, that makes you look more attractive to everyone."

As she listened to Clara, she was happy to know that her friend's dream was coming true in a curious way. The incredible thing was to think that Naberius Kalego had done such an action. Maybe if one ignored how cold and dark he was, one could see a better demon that would make any lady captivate. Maybe there was something more that Momonoki had seen in him, and even though she couldn't see it, she was going to support her in having his prince charming.

Her little plan had worked, and with some hope, she could get those two together as a happy couple.
