Rhaella Targaryen was born in Pentos in 117 AC. She is the daughter of Daemon Targaryen and Lady Laena Velaryon. Her two older sisters are Baela and Rhena Targaryen.Unlike her older sister Baela, Rhaella's dragon egg never hatched in her crib, much to her father's dismay
