Introduction

There was a girl called Jaclyn. She had no surname because she belonged to no family. She is an orphan with no knowledge about what happened to her parents.
She was sad. She had been in the orphanage for her whole life and no one had come to say he wants to adopt her. That is why she is sad. She wants to have a family. She wants to know how it feels to be in a family, calling someone daddy and or mommy. Most of her friends had been adopted. They are only five eleven year olds excluding her. When the orphans in Heather's Home reach age thirteen and were not adopted, they were transferred to Home for Teens.
Home for Teens is an orphanage made for teenagers who have no parents. According to the law, once an orphan passes age sixteen, he or she can't be adopted.
It had been her prayer ever since she learnt how to pray to be adopted before she reaches thirteen because when she enter Home for Teens, there is a possibility that she would remain parentless for life. This was because people hardly adopted teenagers.
