Time: To cause some trouble
Place: The vents
"Took you long enough"
Kate mumbled as AJ appeared in sight.
"Dude Wanda made cookies
I wasn't gonna miss out plus these vents
are confusing. I got lost a couple of times"
AJ huffed.
"Just a couple or?"
"5 I got lost 5 times"
"Of course you did.Right let's get
this show on the road, did you get them?"
AJ smirked as she pulled out a bag of rubber spiders that she had Sam source for her when he went to the store this morning.
"Brilliant, they're gonna shit their pants"
Kate laughed.
It was a Saturday morning at the compound, Nat and Clint were sent on a quick mission meaning they would be back around noon which meant AJ and Kate had got out of combat training today. Of course the duo had decided that they had to put their energy to good use and decided to invest in a day of pranking. Having planned it out strategically so that they were in the vents meaning they wouldn't be caught, they had a full list of pranks to get through.
The mischievous duo slowly and silently navigated their way through the narrow and tight vents, until they finally managed to find and locate their targets in the vicinity of the kitchen, where both Steve and Thor were playing a game of scrabble. Kate placed her finger upon her lip to signal for AJ to remain silent, and AJ gave a nod in a gesture of understanding, before proceeding to hand over some string and one of the plastic spiders to Kate.
"Scrumptiousible isn't a word Thor"
"Erm yes it is"
"What does it mean then?"
"It's means that something is scrumptious..ible"
"Stop cheating"
Steve scoffed.
"Fine, it's not a word"
Thor grumbled crossing his arms.
"Think of another word that starts with
S and ends in e with 14 letters"
"I don't know..
Scot..sta..S..SP..SPIDER"
"Thor that's not enough letters
that also ends in R not E try again
buddy" Steve chuckled at Thors attempts.
"No there's a SPIDER"
Thor screeched as he pointed
just above Steve's head.
"What?" Steve asked as he looked up
spotting the spider, he squealed, jumping
out of his seat. "Thor get it"
"No you get it"
"You're a god, man up!"
"You're captain America YOU MAN UP"
Thor cried as he cowered behind Steve.
"NO I DON'T LIKE THEM"
Steve yelled as he pushed
Thor in-front of him.
"NO WAY" Thor argued back
as he fled from the kitchen leaving
Steve behind.
"WAIT FOR ME"
Steve called running after Thor leaving their game of scrabble behind.
"Prank number 1 done"
AJ smiled proudly as she held the video camera up towards Kate.
"Did you get it Camerwoman
Or do we need to do it again?"
"Oh I got it all"
"Good let's get prank number 2
Up and running"

"Ava hurry up they're gonna be back any moment now, if Clint sees us he's gon-"
"Calm your beans stresshead I'm done"
AJ sassed back as she climbed back into the vents. "Plus he's gonna have a hunch it was us anyways"
"No we're blaming
Wanda and Peter"
"Of course we are"
The two had been up to all sorts of shenanigans throughout the day. They started off with the spider prank on Thor and Steve, then they found Bucky asleep on the couch so they of course decorated his arm with all sorts of magnets and stickers,they then decided to put temporary blue hair dye in Tony's conditioner and lastly of course they had to get back at the duo that had ditched them today. They ended their day of pranks by Bubble wrapping both Nat and Clint's bedrooms.
"A successful day of pranks
I would say" Kate said proudly
"Yeah but can we get food now.
I'm Hungry" Aj whined.
As the two entered the kitchen they halted at the sight, the place was a mess. It had been turned upside down, the draws and cupboards were wide open, pots and pans were all over the place.
"What the he-"
AJ was cut off by Steve, he was using a rolling pin as some sort of weapon and he had a cooking pot on his head.
"Don't come in here we need to catch a spider" Steve told the girls.
"It's huge"
Thor told the pair, like Steve Thor had also decided to use kitchen utensils as armor, he had a pan on his head, a cooking board as a shield in one hand and a wooden spoon as a weapon in the other.
"Thor I've got it.. never mind it's
just fluff" Steve yelled as he continued
to search high and low for the spider.
"Well we will leave you two to it"
Kate told the duo as she grabbed a bag
Of chips from the kitchen counter.
"Yeah catch you later"
Aj giggled as she followed Kate out the kitchen passing Wanda on the way out.
"Don't go in there wands
it's a shit show" Kate told her as she continued to head towards the couch.
Wanda looked at the two girls confused as they continued to head to the living room. She shrugged it off as she really needed to find her dad, something was happening to her and she didn't know what it was.
Wanda, indeed, entered the kitchen, and was quite taken aback at the utter mess that had emerged. It looked like someone had broken into the kitchen but she had to laugh at her father and Thor. She eyed them suspiciously as they scavenged round the kitchen frantically.
"What are you two doing?"
Wanda asked.
"Wands kiddo you can't be in here
there's a spider on the loose we think
it's poisonous" Steve told the girl seriously.
"Well can Uncle Thor look on his own
for a minute I really need your help"
Wanda whispered quietly to Steve.
Steve had been determined to find the spider but when he heard the crack in Wanda's voice, he knew he had dad priorities to take off. He looked over at Wanda, the girl color from her face had drained and her cheeks had tear stains.
"Thor you're on your own buddy"
Steve was quick to throw his Armour
And weapon down and take Wanda's hand
guiding them out of the kitchen.
"WAIT STEVE, YOU CANNOT LEAVE ME I-"
Thor turned around and to his surprise Steve had gone "YOU PUSSY" he yelled after him"

As they entered Wanda's room, Steve sat on his daughters bed waiting for wanda to take a seat next to him but she didn't, she instead, rather nervously and hazardly paced her bedroom. Wanda, was quite unable to state what was happening to her, or she felt an immense feeling of uneasiness and fear, her stomach felt queasy and her heart was pounding.
"Sweetheart what's wrong?"
Steve spoke gently.
Wanda stopped pacing and set her gaze upon her Dad. Steve could see the immense amount of fear within his little girl's eyes and his heart broke. Wanda was unable to resist the urge to cry anymore, and was reduced to a tearful and sobbing mess.
"Woah hey what happened?"
Steve rushed over to Wanda
and pulled her into a hug.
"I'm dying Dad, I'm gonna die.
I don't want to die" Wanda sobbed
into his chest.
"What?"
Steve asked confused.
"I DON'T WANT TO DIE"
"What do you mean?
You're not dying? What's going
On?" Steve's voice was laced with
concern.
"I'm gonna bleed out"
Wanda told him through her tears.
"Are you hurt?
Where's the blood?"
Steve pulled away from the hug and scanned his daughter for injuries.
"It's...it's.."
Wanda stuttered embarrassed.
"It's what Wands?"
"I'm bleeding out of my.. you know..
below" Wanda cried.
"Oh! OH"
Steve said as he came to the
realization of what the Issue was.
"WHAT? What's wrong with me?
I am dying arent I "
"Honey it's okay. You're okay"
Steve whispered gently as he pulled the girl back into the hug,kissing her on the head, he held her tightly and Wanda felt safe in his embrace.
"I'm not gonna die?"
Steve chuckled, "no wands you're not,it's just a period. Do you know what that is?"
Wanda shook her head No and Steve sighed,it could be a lot easier for him if she did. He had never planned this situation in his head because it had never crossed his mind until now.
"So it's a...basically what is is it's like this thing every girl well woman gets and you bleed out of your..no it's not it's just like well.." Steve stammered as he tried to think
of a way to describe periods, "let me call your mama and see if she's nearly home"

"So you see Wands, when a man and woman really love each other they reproduce together, reproducing is a gift it's-"
"Alright Rogers I've got it from here"
Natasha cut the man off as she entered Wanda's bedroom.
"Oh thank god, you two have fun"
He smiled as he quickly exited Wanda's
room.
"Oh Detka" Nat pulled
Wanda into a hug.
"Mama I'm dying"
"No you're not,it's just a period
it's normal"
"Do you get them?"
"No Detka I don't, we can speak about that after but let's sort you out first"

After Natasha had successfully delivered the extensive and thorough talk about the particular aspect of womanhood referred to as a period, and about the various kinds of products and tools available to help manage one, Wanda was indeed feeling much better besides from her stomach cramps. Nat told Wanda to have a lay down and pick a movie to watch while she quickly ran downstairs to get Wanda some tablets and a hot water bottle.
Natasha was a quite surprised when she returned downstairs,as she discovered Clint, giving a stern lecture and to both Kate and AJ in the living room.
"I have no idea what you're
talking about" Kate denied.
"Kate I messed up"
AJ whispered to the older girl guiltily. Her secret had been eating her up for the last 30 minutes when she had discovered what she had done wrong.
Kate sighed "Av what did you do?"
"I left the camera in uncle
Clint's room"
"Dammit AJ"
"No thank you AJ, thanks to you
You how have been busted"
Clint smirked proudly.
"What's going on here?"
Nat asked furrowing her eyebrows.
Ava-Jays eyes widened as her mother walked into the living room, the 9 year old shrunk into the couch in an attempt to make herself smaller and hide.
"These two thought they'd spend their day off pranking everyone. I would be proud as the video of Thor and Steve is hilarious but I'm not! I'm furious because they've bubble wrapped my entire bedroom." Clint informed Nat.
"Not your entire bedroom,
I couldn't reach the light"AJ mumbled causing Nat to chuckle.
"You won't be laughing when you see your room Tasha. They bubble wrapped yours too"Clint snitched,given it wasn't really snitching as she would know it was AJ and
Kates doing anyways.
"Oh is that so?"
Nat asked as she glared at
the girls trying not to laugh.
"I could reach your light "
AJ told her honestly.
"Of course you could" Nat rolled her eyes before sighing, "Kate,Ava go clean up the messes you've made today. That includes the kitchen"
"Nuh uh that was uncle Thor and
Dad"
"Yeah uh! It was your fault, clean up the messes and we can pretend this never happened"
"Fineeee"
AJ and Kate huffed as they got off the sofa and headed for the kitchen.
"Clint send me the footage of Steve and Thor please" Nat told him as she followed the duo into the kitchen.
"Holy fuck! This is gonna take forever"
Kate gasped as she took in the state of the kitchen.
"I've got this!"
AJ used her superspeed and
within a second the kitchen was spotless.
"If only you'd clean your room like that"
Nat smiled shaking her head.
