The final day of camp had arrived, the girls flew back to England a couple of days after the Australia game, and now Leah and Cameryn were up early packing their bags trying to sort between everything that had found its way to the floor.

"Not all of this can be mine," spoke Leah as she picked up item after item placing it into her bag.

"Well you are the messy one, so that would make sense," replied Cameryn as she picked up some of Leah's clothes and placed them into her own bag.

"Oi, can you quit stealing my clothes?" Leah fired back as she noticed that some of her shirts and hoodies were missing.

"You'll get them back when I see you in a few days," said Cameryn as she zipped up her bag with the extra articles of clothing.

"Why don't you just come with me back to Arsenal today?" asked Leah hopeful.

"I need to see my mum, I'm a 19-year-old who just left home for the longest time yet and has barely contacted her mother the whole time. I need to go see her but I'm legit heading back across in three days to join Arsenal and sign my contract."

"Do you have anywhere to stay?"

"So many questions, oh my gosh, and yeah I'm staying in one of the Arsenal flats."

"Ugh, stay at mine," responded Leah slightly disgusted at the fact Cameryn had the game to stay in a flat instead of at her house.

"Haha, sure if you insist," Cameryn fired back whilst grabbing her bag off the end of the bed and making her way to the door.

"No need to rush me, Cam," Leah spoke as she grabbed her bag too. A bunch of the girls were waiting in the foyer to hear the final messages of the camp and to say goodbye to everyone. Leah and Cameryn walked in and immediately walked over to Lucy and Keira who were standing with Georgia, Ella, Alessia and Mary.

"Thank you for making this camp so memorable guys," Cameryn said as she hugged each other of the girls. "I hope I get to do another one sometime soon." The girls all said words of thanks and appreciation, guaranteeing they would keep in contact.

Sarina soon arrived announcing the dates for the next England camp before saying farewell and thanking the girls for their efforts across the camp. As soon as the goodbyes were done, Leah and Cameryn darted out to their cars, some girls had cabs waiting to take them to the airport, but Leah and Cam were driving home.

"Text me when you get home?" asked Leah.

"Of course, I'll see you in three days," responded Cameryn as she hugged Leah tightly over the shoulders. Leah turned and placed a kiss on Cam's cheek before saying her final goodbye and climbing into her car.

Cameryn did the same and the silence of the dual cab absorbed her. It was peaceful, a completely different environment from the constantly bustling surroundings of the camp and basically any room within the hotel of England girls.

The drive back to Bristol took nearly three hours with the amount of traffic built up, but eventually, Cameryn found herself pulling into the familiar pebbled driveway. An expected Toyota Carolla was parked in the driveway too, belonging to a close friend.

Cameryn unpacked her bags from the truck rolling them up to the front door, where she fumbled her key as she attempted to open the door. Before she could properly insert the key, the door flung open and her brother stood in the doorway with open arms.

"Come here Cami," he said as he pulled his twin sister into his grasp, "I'm so proud of you." Cameryn's eyes started to tear up, but surprisingly, the audible crying was coming from her brother. She giggled to herself before finally consoling him.

"Thank you Jay, I couldn't have done it without your support, and without the help of Dad."

Jay nodded and was about to say something else before a voice broke through the house from the living room, "Are you going to bring her through, or not?!" called out from deeper into the house. It was their mother's voice, clearly annoyed by the fact Jayden was getting to spend more time with Cameryn.

"You better go see her, we made a deal that I could greet you at the door if I sent you straight through, and I think she's getting impatient."

Cameryn smiled in response and made her way into the house being trailed by her twin brother. As she walked into the living room she was taken into her mum's arms feeling the warm presence she missed being away from home.

"I missed you, Mum," Cameryn spoke into her mum's shoulder.

"I missed you too, we're so proud of you," Lianna said back.

Wyatt was seated on the couch and as their Mum released Cameryn he swooped in for the next hug, he was basically the same height as her so with his excitement of jumping up her nearly tackled her to the ground.

"Hi Wyatt," she said as she stumbled backwards.

"I missed you, Cameryn," he said hugging her tight. Wyatt wasn't the kind of person to give hugs but when he really missed someone or his emotions were running high he was one of the more affectionate people in the family.

The final hug was delivered by Jamie-Lee who had patiently waited for the family to get through their greetings. "Hi Cameryn, welcome back, it hasn't been the same without you around."

"Hi Jamie, I missed you too don't worry, thanks for being here. I missed you all and I'll tell you all about camp and the games and the new transfer offers that have come through in a second but I just need to go call someone."

Cameryn ran upstairs into her room that had been left untouched for weeks, she dragged her bags with her, dumping them at the bedroom door. Diving onto her bed she pulled her phone out and pressed on Leah's contact, not long after, the blonde's face popped up on the screen.

"Hi Le," she spoke as she looked over the blonde girl's face, "I'm home".

"Hi Cam, yeah I see that. How was the drive? How is the fam?" Leah asked.

"Yeah the drive was calm, a nice change to the hustle and bustle of camp. The family's good, they missed me, I don't know how to tell them I'm leaving in three days."

Unexpectedly, the door flew open behind Cameryn. "Cam who's that?" asked Leah from the other side of the phone. Jayden finally came into view, "this is Jayden, my twin brother."

"Hi, you're Leah Williamson, right?" he asked recognising her from the England team.

"Yeah, nice to meet you."

"Umm, Cami, what was that about leaving in three days, and did she just call you Cam?" Jayden asked honestly more concerned about the last thing.

"Leah, calls me Cam, we had a chat about it and I want her to use the nickname, it can't just sit in the the realm of 'Do Not Touch' for the rest of my life. Now, the second part, it's what I was going to tell you about when I came back downstairs, I got an offer from Arsenal, and I'm taking it. I'm heading back to London in three days to join the team and sign my contract."

Jayden looked slightly dumbfounded unsure of what to ask next. His choice of question was not one that either Leah or Cameryn expected.

"So are you two together?" he asked pointing between Cameryn and Leah on the phone screen.

Leah spat out the water she was drinking while Cameryn chuckled to herself, "No, we're not, just good friends".

"Oh perfect, does that mean you're single?" he asked next looking at Leah.

"Yes."

"Well you're best friends with Cami, maybe you'd want-".

"Jayden!" yelled out Cameryn in shock not needing her brother to get any further with that question. "Go back downstairs and wait for me to come back down to tell the fam about Arsenal. I've just got to send one more message."

Jayden headed back downstairs, shutting the door as he departed. Leah said she had to go meaning Cameryn had time to message Kyra before she headed back down. There was a response to the message from last night but Cam had left it all day before responding.

Kyra

hey, it's Cameryn, I had a great time today, and I hope you did too xx

hey Cameryn, yeah today was something new, I hope                                                                                          I get to see you at Arsenal in a few days xx

you definitely will, I'm heading over in three days

where are you staying? cause you could always stay at mine

I'm at Leah's but I'll swing by after signing the contract

Kyra was quick at responding making it very hard for Cameryn to find a good gap to head back down to her family. As she finally said goodbye, a scream echoed from downstairs, Cameryn ran down the stairs and into the living room where she expected there to be some kind of horrific scene. Instead, her mum was in tears, "You got an offer from Arsenal?!" yelled Lianna.

"Jayden! What happened to waiting?" Cami accused.

"She was asking questions, it couldn't wait," he spoke as he attempted to plead his case. Cameryn shook her head but began to share the details of the offer that she gained from Jonas Eidevall. Jamie-Lee was proudest of all being the only one who fully understood the drastic jump that is Bristol City to Arsenal.

After the family calmed down from the latest news, Cameryn began to catch up on her family's news. Wyatt had just been selected as Captain for his senior year and Jayden had finally started his internship at the hospital nearby - although doubted initially Jayden was proving that he could become a doctor and maybe one day come up with a way to repair aortic aneurysms more effectively. It was his way of making his dad proud and although not as fast-moving as Cameryn's choice of actions, it was promising and would eventually give way to a new cure.

"Jayden, Wyatt, I love you both, always and forever," Cameryn said as she got up to order dinner, "Remember that."
