~2 months later~
It was already the day. I was getting engaged to Karan today. A lot of emotions were coming up to my thoughts. I was thinking all bullshit about what will happen in after 3 days when I will be a married women.
There will be so many more responsibilities on my head. Mein khud ko handle nahi Kar pati main kiski aur ko kya hi handle karun. First when all this had started I was pretty sure That I could stop all this and i won't get married to him but it didn't happen. I couldn't tell anyone because of the love his family showed towards me. I knew me telling them that i dont want to marry they marry their son they will be extreamly hurt and i didn't want to hurt them after the amount of love they showed towards me. They treated me like there own daughter. His father even spoke to him about karan's point of view.
But my relationship with Karan was getting better. We were talking more now,and our conversations were more about how was work? How are you and not just about what the current situation was
My thoughts broke when one of the makeup artists said
Ma'am hogaya.. bohot sundar lagrahi hain aap she said with a smile

I looked at myself in the mirror and indeed I was looking good.
My brother came and walked me down the aisle where Karan was standing on the stage in his sherwani looking absolutely stunning.
We both sat on the stage prepared specially for us while the others were talking among themselves

She forwarded her hand indicating me to slide the ring on her finger and i did the same.
I then could feel her take my hands and slide the ring on my finger.
It felt like I was bride and i have all kinds of responsibility. Not like i didn't. I did but i dont think as much as her.
But i did not forget that i had to ask her something which was in my head since the time we went to meet guruji but i didn't say anything about it so I thought in the evening I will talk to her.
After all the rituals were done and all the guests were gone when I knocked on Tejasswi's door
After about a minute she opened the door and asked
What are you doing here?
I wanted to talk to you about something.. I said looking the door
So why are you locking the door? She asked nervously
Because I dont want anyone to hear us i answered sitting on the bed
Okay? She said indicating me to continue
Why were you so upset when we went to meet guruji and i told that we should maintain distance? I asked directly
She looked here and there awkwardly ignoring the question
Tejasswi I want an answer.. do you have feelings for me? I asked
Feeling? For you? You wish she said laughing

Then why were you upset? I asked smirking
Because you fucking acted like i was dying to fall all over you. I know i deserve love and i also know that i won't get that love from you. But still i am getting married because I dont want to hurt our families and you don't get to treat me like me that because of your past. I haven't done anything to you. I haven't broken you heart or whatever then why should i go through all this? Why do you expect me to go through all this. She said with tears flowing down her eyes.
I just wanted to hug her and calm her down and console her but i knew I couldn't. And I shouldn't so all i could do was
I am sorry tejasswi but i am doing this for a reason.
Yeah right for your company. You are no different from any other guy you are the same bloddy selfish people. Please just get out she screamed at me
Any other guy? What does she mean any other guy? Which guy has done what to her?

But you being the selfish man you are dont think about anyone's else's feeling do you? I dont want to talk Karan can you please just leave me alone she said unlocking the door. I had nothing to say so I just walked out closing the door behind me.
