Donalds look of sincerity left his eyes, his expression turning colder than the snow that surrounded them. "That's a shame, you seemed so sure before. You're such a follower. I was hoping you'd be of some use. How unfortunate," Donald got back up, forcingly lifting Biden up as well.
"Trumpy.." Biden said, tearing up.
"Shush, dear, it will make this less painful."
"... what.?"
Before Biden could process Donalds words, the same knife that sealed Obama's fate was through his chest as well. Joe looked up at Trump, pure terror, and betrayal filled his eyes.
"I hope you can learn to forgive me, but then again, I don't really care."
Trump smirked, pushing Biden to the ground and walking away. This was it. This was really how his story ended.
Sometimes, we get happy endings, but sometimes, we just get endings. Sad endings do not exist because time moves on despite it all. You could go back in time all you want, but no matter what, nobody will be waiting for you no matter how hard you cry and beg for them to be.
