The weekend was over and Fatima had to get back to work. At least she didn't have to rush since Zac was in town he could get Zaya off to school.

Zac ended up running some errands before heading home

Fatima had been working non stop since she got to the office she picked up her cup of coffee and it was cold eww she called Ebony but she wasn't at her desk. She went to the break room to make some fresh coffee

Fatima grabbed her coffee and went back to her office

Ebony: His voice is deep. So I did some digging and nothing came back on the mystery woman but I did find a social media but it wasn't to much on there either.
What if she probably undercover you know how you can't really find much but then there is a random social media page

Ebony: I don't know girl but I'll keep digging
Fatima: Okay I am about to head into this last meeting
Fatima grabbed her stuff and headed into the board room when she got to the door Kyle was already in the room
Knocking on the door
Fatima: Sorry I had this room booked for a case
Kyle: Me too looks like you are the person I am suppose to be meeting with
Fatima: And you knew this when you introduced yourself this morning

Fatima: So this gone be your first day in the building and a case you about to lose

Fatima: Just saying don't expect me to go easy I play to win

Fatima cleared her throat and closed the door. She made sure she flashed her wedding ring so he could see she was married. Because he had been laying it on thick ever since they met in the break room
Fatima: So it looks like your client doesn't want to settle even though we have evidence that contradicts the testimony he already gave
Kyle: Seems that my client believes that he has been setup and has proof
Fatima: Proof that is just now coming to light have you seen this proof
Kyle: Not yet
Fatima: So your team is stalling, if no proof is brought forth by end of business Wednesday then I am going to ask to go through with the settelment that was presented at the beginning. We have wasted enough time on this case and since you're the 3rd lawyer this client has went through I would advise you to move fast and have your client get his affairs in order.
Kyle just sat there speechless. One thing about Fatima she didn't have time for small talk and she took her job serious she didn't care who the hell Kyle was she wasn't losing this case.
Fatima: If you don't have anything else I say we are done
Kyle stood up to give Fatima a handshake

He watched as Fatima walked out of the room, he whispered under his breath soft enough to where Fatima didn't hear him

Zac tried to use his time wisely since Fatima and Zaya were not home he caught up on some work even though he wasn't suppose to be working.
Zac had the housekeeper come and clean the house from top to bottom. He did a little shopping for Fatima and Zaya. He tried to think of everything so it would be one less thing Fatima would have to deal with. He wanted to make sure she seen he was putting forth effort while he was home.
He was going to pick up Zaya and head to the store so he can prepare dinner before Fatima got home.
When Zaya seen her daddy she ran and jumped into his arms
Zaya: Daddy I like when you pick me up
Daddy: Daddy likes picking you up to princess. Grab your book bag so we can head to the store so we can get dinner started for mommy
Zaya: Mommy is going to be surprised and happy
Zac waved at Zaya's teacher
When Zac got to the store he put Zaya in the cart and started grabbing everything on his grocery list. He was going to make something simple but good Fatima loved seafood so he was going to do Marry Me Salmon over some mash potatoes with some asparagus. For Dessert he grabbed some stuff to make poundcake strawberry shortcake with ice cream.
In the ice cream aisle
Woman: Your daughter is so beautiful
Zac bringing his head from out of the freezer
Zac: Thank you
Woman: You're welcome handsome
Zaya: Hey only my mommy can call my daddy handsome
The lady chuckled
Woman: Oops my bad
Once thing Zaya was gone do was keep the women from around her daddy. She was Fatima's mini me for sure
They checked out and headed back home
Zaya sat at the table while Zac started dinner, he made sure he cleaned as he went so he wouldn't mess up. He ended up burning the first batch of asparagus cause he left them on the stove
The smoke detector went off, he had to open up the windows to let the funky smell out

Dinner was finally done and Zac had the table set
He went ahead and gave Zaya a bath so that after dinner she could go straight to bed so Zac and Fatima could have some alone time.
Fatima finally was home she was ready to take a shower and relax
Zac heard the garage go up
Zac: Mommy is here when she comes in say surprise
Zaya: Okay
Fatima opened the door

Fatima walked in and seen that Zac had the table set and dinner set out
Fatima: Awe babe you cooked it smells amazing

Fatima looked around and seen that the house was cleaned to
Fatima: You really don't know how much this makes me happy it's the little things thank you baby
Fatima washed her hands and they all sat down and ate as a family for the first time in a while
Fatima: You cooked all this by yourself
Zac: Yes Chef Zac Daddy know how to throw down in the kitchen
Fatima: Let me find out you been holding out on me
Zaya: He did burn something though
Zac: Dang Zaya don't tell mommy everything
Zaya laughed
Fatima: That's right mommy sidekick for life
Zac: It's okay I know it's 2 against 1 for now

After dinner Zaya brushed her teeth and Zac put her to bed
While Fatima took a shower Zac cleaned up the kitchen and put the leftovers away
Zac changed into his pajamas shorts and sat on chase watching tv
Fatima got out of the shower and slipped on a silk nightgown
