A sound of door opening manage to wake Jimmy, to his relief, both of his owner made it home safely.

"Oh hi Jimmy, how are you?
Did Mrs. Aline treat you well?" Oscar crouch down to scratch Jimmy's
"I think she's treating them too well, look at him. So chunky" After saying that, Max received a low hiss from Jimmy
"Now you make him madd!" Oscar chuckle
"I think I'm gonna take a shower, you wanna join?" Max said
"Sure, just go first, I'll follow later. Gotta feed these cutie snack first~" Hearing the word 'snack' managed to wake Sassy who run faster than a light.
After a long flight, Oscar is now craving for some snack that's not pretzel or some nuts.
Before he could cook something, Max pop out from the bathroom door-
"Gonna join me or gonna pass-?"
"I'm coming!"

They both are now cooking together in the kitchen with Oscar in a flower pattern apron and Max with his cat in toque apron.
"Do you want the soup with bell pepper or no?" Ask Max, who have the task to chop some vegetables
"No please! I hate those"
"You hate every vegetable schatje" He reply with a small chuckle
After a few minutes, he put every chopped vegetables to the soup while Oscar stir it slowly. It was perfect, the vibe, the scene, the activities.
God, if Max can freeze anything in this life then he probably will freeze this moment right now.
Slowly, he linger his arm around Oscar's waist and rest his head in his beloved shouldet
"I just received a message from Logan, he ask me to hang out in 2 days. Do you want to come?" Oscar ask
"No.. Don't want to ruin the moment for you two." He mumble
"Oh no you wont!"
"But does he also invite me?"
"Yes, but he say only if you want to."
"Well, I dont want!" Max then kiss Oscar's cheek then flee to sit on the kitchen counter
"But are you sure you're not tired? I don't want your health to..." He trailed off his word, Max know Oscar doesn't like it when they talk about his health
"I won't. I promise I'll take rest if I need to."
Max always loves it when Oscar hang out with someone, he need to be happy,
he deserves it, and Max will do anything to make him happy, but sometimes Oscar happiness is being taken away by his illness and Max can't do anything to it.
Is Oscar really are his to take care? He know there are many other person that can care Oscar better then he can, Logan for example.
The sound of Oscar turn off the stove and smile at him finally wake Max from his thought, maybe he did choose the right person, maybe Oscar really are meant to be his.
"Thanks schat" Max kiss Oscar again
"Haha, yes your welcome Max. Now let's eat shall we?"
"Your wish is my command~"
That night- morning-? Whatever you think 5 a.m is- was one of the calm moment in Max life that he always love-
Especially because his Oscar are there in the moment.

"Looo! Open the door or I'm gonna break it!" Oscar keep knocking for the seventh time
"YES YES- Sorry. Get a bit messy this morning" Logan sigh as he close the door slowly
"So to the pizza place we go!" Logan take his hand and start to run

As they wait for the ordered two slice of pizza to take away, they take as much breath as they can as if they're gonna die the next second
"God- sorry- this place known for the queue" Logan panting
"If- if I die- it's on you-" Oscar said, just as exhausted as Logan is.
"Sorry man, really. Kinda forget about your ill" Logan choked out
The word managed to make Oscar still, tensed to be exact. Logan notice that and he just know he is fucked.
"Hey- um- sorry." Luckily for him, the pizza has arrived and they walk out of the store in a now, akward situation.
"I'm sorr-" "Will you stop apologize?" Oscar cut him off. Completely piss off now.
"I know you are sorry. I know you care for me, I know it. I just- still doesn't used to okay? I know these day will come when people really need to mind it but, can we just- pretend it didn't exist?" Oscar continues
Hearing that, Logan takes Oscar somewhere more quiet then infront of the store
"Listen, I can do anything you ask us to do, I can pretend it didn't exist, hell I can even live my life pretending until the day I die! But I cant- I know- I know it's hard for you, to finally live the life you know will finally happen. But I don't want you to be silent when you know I make a mistake, I don't want you to be in danger, again.."
The last sentence fell out of Logan mouth as a whisper, low enough for Oscar to hear
"Okay, okay. I will told you, I will told anyone if they make a mistake. Just-
Please be patient, I'm trying."
"I'll wait, it's okay. Now let's eat yeah? The mood kinda ruined now but I don't want to ruin our plan especially our pizza!"
"Oh fuck you!" Oscar laugh as they walk together
"Fuck you too, man."
If a fans caught them acting crazy, maybe Oscar will not do clarification because this is one of the day Logan is happy, and Oscar is happy that his best friend are happy.
