~Early next morning ~
As Zeus and Hera were busy bickering as usual, they didn't notice Violette coming inside the dining room.
Sitting down, she cleared her throat to get their attention,
Which she did.
"Good morning to you two "
"Oh, Violette, good morning to you as well, how did you sleep last night? "
Hera beamed.
Her attention now away from her husband.
"I slept well, thank you "
The younger woman replied when a maid came and served her tea.
Taking the teacup in her hand, she basked in the heavenly aroma before sipping.
"I will head out after breakfast and-"
Before she could finish her sentence, Hera interjected.
"My dear, I was thinking about us going to shopping together "
Violette deadpanned,
"But, didn't I inform yesterday that I'll be moving out early?"
Violette noticed Zeus' strange behaviour,
"You're awfully quiet today, what are you scheming? "
Zeus was caught off guard with this,
But laughed it off.
"Nothing, just excited about Ragnarok "
Violette still didn't believe him, but chose not to question further.
After breakfast was done,
Zeus wandered off with Hermes,
While Hera and Violette was left back.
"So, shall we go my dear "
The young maiden nodded.
~With Zeus ~
"What do you think of the new goddess, Odin? "
The supreme Norse god only nodded,
A small gesture for anyone who didn't know him, but for people who knew him, it spoke many words.
The two were taking a stroll around Valhalla,
The warm breeze blowing against their skin.
It was after a short moment, that the Allfather spoke up,
"I find her rather more of a human than a goddess, she is rather calm and decisive, a very good attribute to have "
He seemed to be praising the young goddess.
Zeus chuckled,
"Have you perhaps finally found Thor's bride to be? "
Odin stared at the latter with bored eyes and an unfazed expression,
The ravens were the ones to speak,
"Lord Thor will be a great husband for Lady Violette "
The black raven flapped its wings in agreement.
"Yes, Thor is a formidable warrior"
Zeus nodded, looking over the horizon.
~With Hera and Violette~~
"What do you think of this Violette? "
"Umm... Provocative? "
She sweatdropped.
The dress was rather see through, could see what a person would be wearing inside.
"Oh don't be so modest Violette, we Greek gods rather find it attractive to wear this type of clothes "
Hera gushed out, thinking about the time she met Zeus and their youth days.
"That is anything but attractive "
The latter pointed out.
"Hush dear, someday you will have to wear this for your husband too"
Hera giggled, thinking about the Greek gods that are after the maiden's affection.
"Then please know, I'm not getting married anytime soon "
Violette bluntly rejected the idea.
"Here, try this one then "
Staring at the dress she contemplated before taking it inside the changing room to try it.
After changing, she came out, showing the dress to Hera.
The latter blushed at how beautiful Violette looked.
"Oh honey, you look gorgeous "
The dress was a blue shade with violet flowers on the waistline, the arms were long and a bit wider at the end, though the dress showed her cleavage, overall it was beautiful.
"I'm glad this dress is long though "
Violette remarked.

"Honey, we're home "
Hera bursted through the door, carrying alot of shopping bags.
The maids came and carried the bags away.
"It seems we have a guest "
Violette looked at the woman,
"An unexpected visitor? "
Hera shrugged it off and walked towards the living room with Violette following behind.
Violette POV
Entering the spacious room, there were three people, Zeus, Hermes and another god.
"Hello honey, well well, who do we have here, Lord Hades, its good to see you "
Hera beamed.
Looking at the other individual, I was shocked at who it was,
'Shit, that's Hades? '
'I hope he doesn't know about the drama with Poseidon and have come to take me to imprison me in Helheim'
Then Hera turned to me and smiled, I sweatdropped,
"Look who do we have here, Lord Hades, I believe this is your first time meeting her.... "
I obviously knew something was up.
3rd POV
Hades greeted the woman and his eyes moved to the younger goddess behind.
"...oh? "
Zeus snickered.
"Look who do we have here, Lord Hades, I believe this is your first time meeting her.... "
Hera lightly pushed Violette infront of the elder god.
She remained calm outside, but was actually panicking.
"Why yes actually, its a pleasure to meet you, I'm Hades"
The elder god stood up, took Violette's hand and gently kissed it.
This gesture made the young goddess blush,
Hera silently squealed at the interaction,
Violette bowed,
"Greetings , Lord Hades, God of the Underworld, its a pleasure to meet you as well"
"Oh? So you have heard of me and my affiliation? "
Hades smirked.
Violette blushed more and pouted, looking away,
"Yes, I have heard about you, an elder god, but its just that I haven't seen or met you in person "
"Aren't you adorable, little goddess "
Hades remarked before going back to the sofa.
Hera went and sat beside her husband.
"As you might discuss some important matters, I'll take my leave, it was nice meeting you, Lord Hades"
She bowed, turning to leave the room.
As she was about to exit the door,
"Do stay, Lady Violette"
Her eyes widened, her body too stunned to move,
Hera and Zeus internally snickering.
She turned around and was met with Hades' intense gaze, but somehow his eyes looked soft.
"Come now, don't be shy, I don't bite... Unless you want me to"
Hades blurted out without any regard for the two other people in the room.
By now, Violette was a blushing mess, her ears turned red,
Hades was absolutely loving her reactions to his words,
"My goodness, Lord Hades, you're making her nervous "
Hera squealed.
Hades merely smiled and turned towards the young maiden,
"Now then, come "
He held his hand out,
Violette had no choice but to accept the gesture,
Taking his hand, he led her to sit by his side.
Hera was practically beaming with joy,
"You two look so good together "
Violette was a blushing mess,
Looking at anything but Hades.
Hades amused by this, called out to her, gaining her attention,
"I have prepared a gift for you, lady Violette "
"Huh, for me? "
"Yes, princess"
He picked up the wrapped gift that was lying on the table.
'Was that there all this time? '
'What?... Princess...? '
She was now on the point of passing out.
"O-oh, thank you very much, Lord Hades"
She took the gift and looked at it,
There was a withered rose carefully placed on top of the gift,
"Is it alright if I open it? "
"Go ahead, its for you after all"
Her delicate fingers pulled the ribbons and opened the gift,
Surprised, her eyes shined so bright and a smile crept up her lips.
The three individual found this adorable.
"Oh, my favorite book, how did you know? "
"It was just a guess, You look like someone who loves reading books"
Hades chuckled.
"Yes, I do love books "
Violette was now much more comfortable with Hades.
But there was one question Violette wanted to ask,
"If you had to guess by looking at me, that means.... you have seen me at some point of time "
"You are right, at the council meeting "
Hades replied.
"Oh, that explains it"
Violette smiled, holding the book close to her chest.
"Thank you so much for the gift, I really love it Lord Hades, and the rose, for me roses like these never die, like the strong love and bond between two fated souls "
By now, Hades was enraptured with the young goddess, with everything she said or did.

He sat up, took her hands and kissed it.
Smiling, he looked up,
"Your very much welcome, Princess"
