"REMIX..." Fat yelled out.
I chuckled as we all started singing the black version. Mae was just smiling ear to ear with Trey by her side. They were too cute I'm happy my friend finally found somebody who gives her the same energy/ love back.
Feeling an arm wrap around my waist, " You good?" I jumped a lil when Key whispered in my ear.
Nodding my head, "Yeah." Snapping outta my thoughts.
"Before we get to drinking I just wanna say thank you all for coming out here to celebrate my birthday with me. Uhmmm words can't describe how happy I'm truly am. Y'all make life worth living everyday. Not only are we celebrating me getting to see another year on this earth but also for that conniving bitch Kaylee for getting arrested today for what she did to my best friend. I'm happy you're getting the justice you deserve cause you didn't deserve that." She paused for a second trying to fight tears.
I could feel eyes on me and I instantly felt embarrassed for whatever reason.
Walking over to me, "I know you don't like being put on the spot like that but I had too because this is a great day." Hugging me. I hugged her back, "Now let's get fucked up for the both of us." Letting go kissing my cheek.
I gave an awkward laugh as everybody made their way over to us. Somehow Mae convinced them to do a group hug for me even though I ain't need it but I definitely appreciate it. Once everyone let go Key pulled me to the side.
Holding my hands, "You good ma?" Asking.
Nodding my head, "Yeah...you know uhmm just feel bad lowkey." Telling him.
"Why?" Raising his eyebrow up.
Shrugging my shoulders, "Cause it's pose to be her day and somehow I made it about me." I said.
Smacking his lips, "Serenity you good....you know Mae don't care bout that if she did she wouldn't have brought it up." Trying to make me feel better.
Sighing, "I guess." Trying to shake that feeling off.
"You wanna step away for a minute to get yoself together?" Asking me.
Shaking my head, "No I'm good."
He just stared at me and I could feel him staring at my soul. I wanted to breakdown and cry so bad but just held it. I didn't wanna seem like an attention seeking bitch. He gave me lil kisses on my forehead.
"Alright love birds that more than enough come get a shot." Mae came breaking us up. She looked at me, "You good?" Asking me concerned.
"Yeah." I said.
What the fuck? Is my face saying something completely different than what I'm saying. I could tell she ain't believe me but oh well I put on this fake smile and got "happy". Just so they could stop asking if I'm okay. Key gave me a kiss and we went back to the group.
Grabbing our shots, "This is for making it another year around this world and for Sin getting justice." Mae said.
We took them and started having fun. This definitely helped changed my mood.
•A Week And A Half Later•
"Welcome to my channel my name is Serenity! This is my first video on my channel. I'm going to be vlogging this lil travel day. My boyfriend is going on tour overseas so that's why I'm up so early looking fabulous. If you haven't gotten your tickets make sure you get them. We finnah head out in a few so I need to take a couple pictures before we go and while we at the airport." I said.
"Serenity we finnah be late." Key yelled out to me.
Taking my picture, "Okay I'm just fixing my hair." I said. Whispering, "There he go rushing me like he ain't wake me up late." Picking up my camera.
Smacking his lips, "You had 2 hours to do that." I could hear his footsteps coming to me.
I made sure I looked good as I walked out the bathroom we met face to face.
Giving him a kiss to try to calm his nerves down, "I'm done...see!" Showing him. Turning the camera on him, "Anything you wanna tell the people watching." Asking him.
Showing the time on his phone, "She gone have us late." He said.
Putting the camera back on me, "Alright now." Smacking my lips, "He acting funny since we lowkey running behind so I'm pick the camera back up when we make it to the airport." Turning the camera off.
Grabbing my butt, "You ain't have no choice but to be ready." He said rubbing my butt.
Lowkey getting excited, "And if I wasn't what was you gone do?" Testing him.
"Don't worry bout all that just know when I was done with you...." He stopped mid sentence. Slapping my butt, "We was gone have some real good understanding." He said.
"Come on now." Smacking my lips. "You gone have to show me then I guess." Walking out the house.
"Wait til we land." He said.
"Say less." I said
He locked up the house and we hopped in the truck. Key is going on tour overseas and since I ain't got no real job I'm going. I mean I was gone go anyways cause he don't like me not being by his side for too long. We made it on time and got through TSA kinda fast. Since I checked us in last night.
Turning on the camera, "Alright so we made it on time and just got through TSA. So I'm lowkey kinda hungry but we finnah go to the lounge and see what they have to offer up in there." I said. Putting the camera on him, "Okay Mr.Grumpy pants how are you feeling now that we made it?" Asking him.
"Shid I'm good I just need some food." He said.
Smiling, "You and me both. So we finnah go to the sky lounge and chill. Wait is that what it's called?" Asking him.
Shrugging his shoulders, "Hell if I know." He said.
"I don't know yeah we finnah go there til it time for our flight." I said.
I turned off the camera and we made our way to the sky lounge or whatever it's called. The food in there was alright something better than nothing. I've it was time to board I picked back up the camera and vlogged. We had a very long flight and once we landed he had to head to a sound check.
"Hey vlog! We landed and are now on the way to his sound check before we go check in the room." Rubbing on him. Turning the camera on him, "How you feeling?" Asking him.
"High key tired but I gotta get to da bag." He said.
Laying my head on him, "I'm not tried I'm lowkey getting hungry again but obviously we'll eat after his sound check." I said.
"You wanna stop somewhere to get you something?" He asked.
Shaking my head, "No I got snacks to hold me over." Telling him. "Uhmm I think I'm come back on camera when he's either at soundcheck or when we make it to the hotel." Cutting the camera off.
I put my camera in my bag and enjoyed the view.
"Are you really gone post that?"Asking me.
Shrugging my shoulders, "I don't know." I said. "Prolly not."
We made it to his sound check. I recorded some of it and enjoyed getting to see him perform. I think I could get use to this life. Being able to travel the world with the love of your life and see them live out their dreams.
