The voice has a distorted demonic voice. He snaps his finger as a giant puff of black smoke appears. That smoke also has two red eyes staring at the dark figure

The figure turns to the smoke cloud
Mephisto: I am Mephisto. And I am the reason why you are like this, demon lord
Mephisto smiles again. The black smoke calms down
Demon lord: So your the one who showed signs that I would die in that girls body?
Mephisto: Why yes~
Demon lord sighs before the smoke got larger as it was the size of a human being, then it started to clear up. After the smoke clears, a person was standing in its place
