"My head...What was that?" You groaned as your hand reached up to touch your forehead. "The moment I felt that boy's flute...I felt like someone was in my head-" Feeling a presence around you, you silenced yourself as you began focusing on your surroundings.
"Y/N...?" Someone called your name out. Looking for who called out to you, you noticed it was Kougyoku. As well as Ka Koubun and some masked people in robes.
"Hm? Oh! Princess Kougyoku! How are you?" You smiled as you greeted her. Pushing back your pain you kept calm and collected as you offered them a small wave.
"Are you leaving already? Aw...just as I got to see you.." She mumbled sadly. "Don't worry Princess Kougyoku, I promised Judar to come see you all back at the Kou empire. So whenever I have the chance I'll stop by."
"Oh, that's great then! We can have a sleepover! Well if you want that is.."
"Hm, Kougyoku still gets nervous so cute." You thought as a soft laugh left your lips. "Of course Princess, we can have all the sleepovers you want! Anything for you."
"That's wonderful! I'm glad I can count on you whenever I need someone to hang out with." She smiled. "Princess we must get going!" Ka Koubun hurried Kougyoku.
Smiling at him, you continued to speak. "Well hello to you Ka Koubun." You groaned as you playfully rolled your eyes. "He is right though. You should probably get going, I think Judar is already starting a battle down there."
"Well, I hope we can talk properly once everything calms down. Goodbye Y/N I'll be waiting!" With her farewell, she and the others began to leave.
"Goodbye, Kougyoku take care of yourself." You said as you waved at her as well to Ka Kaoubun he gave you a quick nod. A few minutes had already passed but unfortunately, the earlier pain was still present.
"Damn it! This pain in my head is getting better I suppose but it still hurts." You grunted.
"I'm hungry, if I eat maybe it will help me...I think I packed some apples let me see-!" Suddenly your head began to spin, your vision getting blurry as you lay down your body flat against the carpet. You seemed to remember something.
"Y-Y/N!? I'm sorry I wasn't here. I-I could have h-helped you!"
"It's alright Ugo...I have him anyways.." You said referring to the person in your arms. "I'll always be with him for eternity. It's fine if I lost, just this once...." Tears streamed down your face as your vision faded to black.
You gasped realizing you had lost consciousness. "W-what?! I'm going crazy..." You mumbled as you let out a shaky breath. "But that boy, there was something about him. It felt familiar...I need to see him again. I want to...protect him!"
The sudden feeling of regret washed over you as the slight breeze from being outside left chills all over your body. Ultimately you decided to continue on your journey back home.

"Finally home..." You said to yourself as you finally entered your country. After successfully walking through the magic shield covering your country you finally felt at ease. "Welcome back home Dear Magi! How was your trip!?" A civilian said, walking up to you with a bright smile.
"It was fine thank you, I'll be heading back to the palace, don't be afraid to come find me if you need something." You said as you returned the warm smile.
"Of course my lady!" They said, happy that you their Dear Magi cared. "Oh, our Dear Magi is back!"
"Really!!"?
"Dear Magi! Welcome, back we missed you!"
"Thank you, everyone I missed you all too!" You smiled at everyone you passed by. Waving at them as well. "Here Dear have some cake!"
"Have some of mine too!'"
"And mine!"
"Dear Magi..." A young girl said as she walked toward you with a slight bounce on her step. "Yes, Yuzuriha?" You asked as you bent your knees to meet her level.
"Y-you remembered my name??" Her eyes widened as her heart was filled with joy. "Of course I did, what did you want to tell me?" You said as you ruffled her hair.
"Well, I made you this.." Hesitantly she extended a small box towards you. Opening it you found it to be a dessert of your favorite flavor.
"That looks delicious! Thank you Yuzuriha." You beamed as you closed the box. "I'll make sure to savor every last bite!" You told her with a smile. "I'm so happy!" She laughed in happiness.
You ruffled her hair as you thanked her once more. "Run along it's getting late your parents must be worried." You said as you stood up straight and encouraged her to go home. "Okay!" She smiled as she ran off.
Walking a bit more you finally made it to the front gates of your palace. Entering someone greeted you. "Oh Dear Magi! Welcome back!" One of the guards called out. "Thank you, is Father here?" You asked. "Yes, he is currently up in his study room."
"And Yukako and Ahara?"
"Outside, training." They answered quickly.
You nodded your head. "Hm, I see thank you very much. I'll be going now goodbye." Leaving, you quickly made it to Father's study room. Noticing that the doors were slightly open, you entered. "Father? I'm back from Baldbadd." You spoke as you brought the box the little girl gave you behind your back.
"Ah, Y/N. How did the meeting go?" He asked you. "I decided not to keep our alliance as you suggested. The wrong people rule the country. Also, Princess Kougyoku is planning to marry Baldbadd's king. If Kougyoku doesn't end up marrying him then there is no point in wasting time with them."
"Do you think you made the right choice?" He asked as he looked up from the papers in front of him. "I know I did."
"Fine, go rest up or actually...go see those troubling future rulers of ours." He huffed as he let out a groan.
"Alright, I'll go see them." Turning to leave, you made your way to the castle's main training grounds. Arriving you noticed both Yukako and Ahara training on their own.
Hearing your footsteps, they turned in your direction and called out to you with smiles on their faces. "Y/N!" They both yelled cheerfully. You opened up your arms letting them come up to hug you. "I'm back how are you guys?" You smiled as you soon released them from your hold.
"I'm doing great! I managed to learn a new move! I even cut my hair so it wouldn't bother me while I'm training." Yukako said while smiling. "I've noticed!" You chuckled.
Her short red hair flowed slightly with the warm breeze surrounding her. You even noticed how her purple eyes shined with determination. Turning to the younger boy in front of you, you spoke. "How about you Ahara? How has your training been coming along?"
"Oh...well, um..." His grey eyes looked down to the grass below him. He began to fidget around with his hands, unable to find the right words to speak. "He hasn't learned anything new! He's useless..." Yukako shrugged with a bored expression.
"Don't say that Yukako!" You scolded her as you sighed deeply. "Hm, how about me and you train together tomorrow Ahara?" You suggested.
"What really?!" He looked up at you with a hopeful smile. "What, no fair! I want to train with you too!" Yukako cried as she began to pout.
"But I thought you didn't need my help the other day?" You said that as you remembered the times before when you offered to train with her but were rejected.
"Oh, I was just joking..!" She mumbled as her face darkened with regret. Reaching for the boy's hand you smiled softly at him.
"Don't worry Ahara I'll keep my promise, just you and me." You told him while softly patting his head.
