In shadows deep, where silence weaves,
A haunting presence, a soul that grieves.
Depression, a specter, cold and profound,
Casting a darkness, where hope is drowned.

A tempest within, an internal storm,
Emotions raging, a heart forlorn.
Heavy clouds shroud the inner sky,
In the depths of despair, where echoes lie.

A weight on shoulders, an endless load,
A weary journey on a lonesome road.
Footsteps falter in the grip of despair,
In the caverns of darkness, where echoes tear.

The sunlit meadows seem distant and far,
In the landscape of sorrow, where shadows mar.
Whispers of joy lost in the abyss,
In the corridors of sadness, where echoes hiss.

Yet within the tempest, a flicker remains,
A ember of strength, despite the chains.
A soul's resilience, a quiet flame,
In the symphony of sorrow, a muted claim.

A labyrinth of thoughts, a tangled thread,
In the tapestry of anguish, where tears are shed.
But within the labyrinth, a path unseen,
A journey to healing, however keen.

Through valleys of numbness, mountains of pain,
A pilgrimage to the light, a quest to regain.
The echoes of hope, though faint, endure,
In the realm of darkness, a steadfast lure.

Reach out to the stars, though they seem afar,
In the night of despair, you're not barred.
For even in shadows, a glimmer may start,
A dance with resilience, a beat of the heart.

In the poetry of pain, let verses unfold,
A narrative of healing, a story retold.
Depression, a chapter, not the whole tome,
In the tapestry of life, you're not alone.

Seek the solace of compassionate ears,
Let vulnerability dissolve the fears.
For in connection's embrace, a balm is found,
In the echoing chambers where silence is bound.

Hold on to the threads of strength,
In the canvas of despair, go to any length.
For even in darkness, a dawn may appear,
A sunrise of hope, casting away the fear.
