TAEHYUNG'S POV
I groaned as laid down on my bed, after a super tiring day finally I got some time to rest on top of that Yn was ignoring oh so desperately, I know she needs some time but it's been a damn week and she didn't even show her face to me. It's been a week since I went to Mr.Kang's house every day wishing to see her face but just hiding in her so-called room so I just take our kids to the park nearby. Yuri and I were back on good terms but Eun-woo still gives me the cold shoulder like his mother but he is better as he spends some time with me minus the fact he doesn't speak a word to me.
About Sunmi she was fully recovered by now, mom stays with her throughout the day while at night she stays there by herself, I visited her today only to check upon her, and she was doing fine physically, emotionally I knew it was going to be hard for her to let me go but she needs to. By now she got an idea about the change in my feelings for her because she doesn't try to get closer to me anymore, she just answers my questions and that's it. I decided to tell her the truth after the little five-day trip.
Jimin and Rose are getting married finally after three days, they invited me and YN along with the kids, Mr.Kang along his family too. So tomorrow morning we all are leaving for Jeju island, as Jimin decided to start their new chapter of life there, it was indeed a beautiful place and it's been years since I went there, after all, YN wouldn't be able to hide me anymore there, she needs to show up in front of me after all. Thinking about tomorrow I closed my eyes with a small smile on my face and in no time went into my deep slumber.

I knocked on Mr.Knag's door, and the door opened shortly revealing Fiona, she smiled sweetly, and I reciprocated her smile, bowing to her I greeted her,
"Good Morning, Finn."
"Come in Tae"
She said and I followed her inside the living room, as I got seated on the couch Yuri appeared from upstairs, as soon as her eyes fell upon me she chirped excitedly,
"Dad you are here"
I extended my arms and she gave me her infamous bearhug, wrapping my arms gently around her I pecked her head and uttered,
"Hello, Princess"
She pulled back from the hug, and twirl around flaunting her baby pink tutu dress, a smile plastered on my face as she expectantly questioned me,
"How am I looking, Dad?"
I cupped her face and responded,
"Just like a princess, Love"
I pecked her forehead to which she pecked my cheek in return, I pulled her in my lap and she sat comfortably ranting about the dresses she packed for our little trip. Today morning, Fiona called me and asked me to stop by before leaving for the Jeju but Yuri told me that they planned to force YN to sit in my car well, that's their plan. Oh wait let me tell you, they created two teams, Team Taehyung, on which there is Fiona, Yuri, and surprisingly Eun-woo too and their motive is to see me and YN end up together, on the other there is Team YN, which obviously, YN, Yeonjun and Mr.Kang was clearly their motive was totally opposite to Team Taehyung's.
"Eun-woo, Love, come downstairs"
YN yelled from the middle of the staircase looking upstairs, and I froze in my place, Yuri's words were long gone by now. I turned around and saw her, YN, finally, she was wearing different than her usual suit, the baby pink summer dress ending just below her knees, and the straps were tied on her shoulders creating a cute bow on either side, her hair was opened, resting teasingly against her waist. She looked ethereal, she didn't wear any makeup other than her infamous lip gloss, whose strawberry taste I still remember, I gulped nervously as her eyes met mine.
I noticed her steps slowed down while her body stiffened under my gaze, nervously she walked past by me into the kitchen and started fumbling with the utensils kept on the slab while I failed to look away from her. Unfortunately, Mr.Kang walked into the kitchen at the very next moment, he narrowed his eyes looking at me almost warning me to stay away from his daughter, he looked back at YN now with softened eyes and asked her,
"What are you doing honey?"
"Huh?"
She stole a glance at me secretly before giving her full attention to Mr.Kang, she replied to him,
"I'm packing some snacks for the kids"
"Oh"
Mr.Kang said and started helping YN, I looked at Fiona rolling my eyes at her husband standing in the corner of the house, she looked at me and mouthed,
'Help her'
I raised my brows confusingly, this time she rolled her eyes at me, huffed in annoyance, and walked towards them. She held, Mr.Kang's biceps and smiled meekly at him, he frowned looking down at her while she dragged him somewhere into the house not before gesturing me to help YN. I saw YN silently chuckling at the couple shaking her head in disbelief, a smile kissed my lips just by looking at her smiling happily, I made sure Yuri and Eun-woo were busy with their toys now.
I stood up and walked into the kitchen slowly, her back was facing me but I still noticed the way her shoulders stiffened as she sensed my presence, i cleared my throat walked beside her nervously, and spoke,
"Hi"
She just nodded and continued to spread fruit jam on the bread slices, I rubbed the back of my head anxiously and proposed,
"I'll do this"
Her head shot in my direction, and she looked at me with her slightly wide eyes clearly shocked to see me in the kitchen but hey I know how to cook a few things and a sandwich is obviously one of them, biting my lower lip nervously I nodded assuring her, she pouted and walked towards the sink behind me. I sighed and spread jam on the slice of bread, soon I made a sufficient amount of sandwiches, and I turned around to look at Yn packing fruits in a lunch box. I cleared my throat gaining her attention and spoke,
"I guess this much will be fine"
She just nodded once and walked past me, packing the sandwiches in another lunch box while I stayed there eyeing her every moment keenly. Abruptly she turned around hitting my chest, my hands gripped her waist while her left hand rested on my chest and her right one was clutching the lunch box tightly, her eye met mine and everything around us blurred. I look into her slightly widened brown orbs, staring back at me, I bet she could feel my heart racing beneath her palm resting right above my heart making it beat faster for a known reason.
Someone cleared their throat breaking our moment, YN immediately backed up walking past me continuing with her work while I groaned internally looking to the side from where the sound came and found Yeonjun standing in glory, I already hated him, and whatever he just did right now I really want to punch his face. He glared back at me walking closer to YN, I clenched my fists as he climbed onto the slab sitting beside where YN was working, he smiled at her and asked,
"Do you need help?"
She shook her head in denial making me smirk, he rolled his eyes at my reaction and stole a piece of apple from the box making YN glare at him instantly, I bit back my laugh and walked out of the kitchen to the living room where the kids were arguing whether fairy is real or not, I internally rolled my eyes joining their conversation.
Shortly Fiona along with Mr.Kang arrived announcing that we all were ready to leave, Fiona and the kids shared a look as we got out of the house making me frown. Yuri walked over to Yeonjun and extended her arms to him showing him her signature puppy eyes,, he immediately melted as expected and took her up in his embrace, this man has some problems about stealing my women.
Fiona smirked looking at me making me confused, she clapped looking around gaining everybody's attention, and asked,
"Okay, what are the seating arrangements?"
Yuri shouted,
"I want to get into Grandpa's car"
"Me too"
Eun-woo announced looking at me with a ghost of a smile on his lips, I blinked confusingly at the looks I was getting from everyone. Fiona cleared her throat and announced,
"Then it's final the kids along with Yeonjun will be in our car"
YN and I frowned together looking at her, while she smiled oh so sweetly looking at us and nearly ordered,
"You both come together"
I stood there frozen as the reality washed over me, the kids and Fiona planned all of this while YN was on the other side trying to change Fiona's mind but she didn't and in the end, they all went in one car and got stuck within the passenger seat of my car for next six hours. There was a well for me an uncomfortable silence, YN was staring outside from the window while some music playing the FM at a very low volume, and I was switching my glance from between the road and YN as much as I could. The silence became unbearable for me after just ten minutes so I cleared my throat and tried to start the conversation with the most lame question,
"How are you?"
"Good"
She replied shortly and again that awkward silence was there making me pout, she rested her head back on the headrest and closed her eyes, I turned off the music and decided to let her sleep for a few hours as we had a long way ahead. She slept peacefully beside me while continuously steel glances at her relaxed figure in the passenger seat of my car, her hair was scattered everywhere beneath her head some even on her face and her lips were forming a cute pout which was giving me a hard-to-to-control my urge to kiss her already.
Finally, after three hours of sweet torture, she stirred in her seat, opening her eyes slowly she took her sweet time to look around the surroundings, right now we were three hours away from Jeju, in the middle of some highway. She yawned and asked,
"Where are we?"
"Somewhere three hours away from Jeju"
I stretched her muscles and nodded again about decorating her lips, my grip around the steering wheel tightened and just then I realized, she was talking to me, well it was just a question but still she spoke to me, a smile kissed my lips as I steal a glance of her busy with her phone. I cleared my throat and hoping for the best asked,
"Do you want to stop by somewhere to eat or get refresh?"
She nodded and I swiftly pulled over to a restroom area at the side of the highway, parking my car in the huge parking lot, i got out of the car quickly followed by YN, and stretched my muscles. She looked at me squinting her eyes as the sun was directly hitting her face highlighting her beauty, she cleared her throat awkwardly and spoke,
"I'll use the restroom real quick"
I nodded and she walked toward the restroom area, i looked around and saw a convenience store walking it i decided to buy some stuff for us as all of the snacks we prepared were with the kids and they were nowhere near us. Grabbing YN's favorite Strawberry milk and pineapple milk for myself along with some treats and biscuits, I paid the bill and walked back to the car at the same time YN came back, she frowned looking at the stuff in my hand and asked curiously,
"What are those?"
I showed her the polybags and replied,
"Just some snacks for you"
She looked at me amusingly while I walked towards her side, I opened her side car's door and gestured for her to enter inside, she took a moment and then entered putting the polybag of her favorite stuff on her lap I got into the driver seat.
