It was morning, Soren was already wake up from his sleep.
Soren: (Yawn) What a great sleep tonight. I'm going to train myself to be stronger.

Somewhere in a small town, Fang, Sai and Sheilda have arrived on Earth. They walking on the dirt road.
Fang: Where could he be?
Sai: I'm sure he could be somewhere here.
Suddenly they heard something.
Sheilda: Hey. Do you guys hear that?
*Clack*
Sai: Yes. I can hear it. But where does the sound come from?
Fang: Not sure. We need to find the sound.
The group hurry and find the sound.

Meanwhile, Decade is practice himself with a self-made dummy using some old metal.
Decade: Okay. Let do this.
Decade grab his Rider Book and turn into a gun then he shoot at the dummy. He then pull out his card and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Attack Ride: Blast!
He shoot at the dummy with a magenta bullet. He then turn his gun into a sword and he charged toward the dummy and slash it.
Suddenly, a giant shadow hand appear in front him. Decade slash the giant shadow hand and destroy it.
Decade: What was that?
Then a conical hat is flying toward Decade. Decade hear and dodge it. The conical hat bounce back.
Decade: What was that?
Fang: Surrender or we make you surrender.
The group come out from they hideout. Fang was in front of Decade. While Sai and Shielda was behind Decade.
Decade: Who are you guys?!
Fang: We are TAPOPS. We here to capture you.
Decade: I don't think so. You better stay away from me before I do something else.
Decade then charge toward Fang. Sai throw his conical hat at Decade and hit him on his head. His conical hat go back to Sai. Decade stand up and he changed his sword into gun and shoot at Sai and Shielda. Shielda use her shield and block his bullet and deflect the bullet at Decade and he dodge it.
Decade: Her shield can deflect my attack.
Fang: Now, it my turn! Shadow Tiger!
Fang use his hands and summon a shadow tiger.
Decade: A tiger?
Fang: Attack him! Shadow scratch!
The shadow tiger charged toward Decade and jump and use it claw to attack him. Decade was hurt by the shadow tiger claw. Decade stand up and saw Sai and Shielda then he charged toward them. Sai use his conical hat again and throw it and hit him on his body then sent him outside of the abandoned factory. Decade was lying on the ground. The group are walking toward Decade.
Sai: Give up already? I thought you can beat us like those Earthlings kid.
Decade stand up and pull out his card.
Decade: Yeah. I wasn't ready for that.
Decade open the side handle and insert the card on the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Kamen Ride: Blade! Turn up!
A blue hologram card with a picture of stag bettle coming out from the Neo Decadriver. They were confused what going on. Decade run toward the blue hologram card and he turn into Decade Blade. They were shocked.
Fang: He changed!
Sai: Then let hit him again.
Sai throw his conical hat at D-Blade. D-Blade pull out his card and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Attack Ride: Metal!
His body turn into a silver. When the conical hat make contact with him, it hit him multiple times when bounce back on him and go back to Sai. As D-Blade turn back to his base form, D-Blade was fine. They were shocked again.
Sai: What? How is that possible?
D-Blade: Sorry about that, dude. Your con hat can't harm me when I'm in my Metal form. Now, it time use my speed.
D-Blade pull out his card again and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Attack Ride: Mach!
He dash toward them and punch and kick them and also slash at them.
Fang: He also have power speed too. How many power do you have?
D-Blade: I'm not sure.
Fang: Really? You don't know how many power do you have? Then I challenge you! Shadow Tiger!
He summon a shadow tiger again. D-Blade slash the shadow tiger and the shadow tiger was defeated. D-Blade pull out his card and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Kamen Ride: Double!
Green and black piece cover him and turn him into D-Double. He then punch Fang and release a green gust and sent him to the ground.
Sai and Shielda: Fang!
Sai: How dare you!? Take this!
Sai throw his conical hat at D-Double but he avoid it.
Sai: Don't think you can dodge it!
He use his finger to control his conical hat and follow his movements and target at D-Double. D-Double was hit again by the conical hat and Shielda charged toward him and use her shield and hit the ground.
Shielda: Shield Smack!
She make the ground and make a quake and hit D-Double and cause to make a smoke dirt.
Shielda: How does it feel? Hurt.
Form Ride: Double! Lunar Joker!
As the smoke clear,
Shielda was shocked and saw D-Double right side become yellow.
Shielda: What?!
D-Double use his right arm and make his hand become elastic and whiplash at them. Decade pull out his card again and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Kamen Ride: Double!
He changed back and pull out his card again and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Final Attack Ride: D-D-DOUBLE!
A gust of wind surrounded him and levitate to the air. Fang was unconscious and he open his eyes and saw D-Double levitate himself.
Fang: What is he doing?
Sai and Shielda saw him levitate. Then D-Double preform his Rider Kick split half. They shocked and Shielda cover Sai and herself with her shield. When his Rider Kick make contact with Shielda's shield, it explode both of them. D-Double landed on the ground and he changed back to his Decade form. Fang get up and attach him with his shadow.
Fang: Shadow hand!
A giant shadow hand summon by Fang and try to grab Decade. Decade pull out his card and insert it into the Neo Decadriver and close it.
Attack Ride: Invisible!
When the shadow hand grab Decade, he disappeared from his position. Fang open his shadow hand and the shadow hand disappeared and saw Decade escape.
Fang: What? How did he do?
Sai and Shielda get up and try to look for Decade but no sight of him.

When try get back to TAPOPS station, Admiral Tarung was mad at them.
Tarung: HOW DID YOU LET HIM ESCAPE?!
Koko Ci: Admiral, don't need to be mad. They try they best to capture him.
Tarung: Don't need to lecture me, Commander! Can anybody explain to me what happened?!
Fang: Um. I can explain, Admiral.
Tarung: EXPLAINED NOW!
After many hours, Fang explain about Decade abilities and different form that he use. Sai and Shielda also explain to Tarung about D-Double Lunar ability and saw his finisher.
Tarung: I see. Is there anything you want to explained again.
Fang: Nothing, Admiral. That only we have for that.
Tarung: Good. All of you can dismiss.
Everyone: (Salute) Alright, Admiral.
The group exit from the mission room.
