i woke up wrapped up in one of doug's dress shirts. also, with a pounding headache.
"i guess 4 martinis wasn't a good idea after all" i groaned
doug let out a little laugh, his eyes still closed.
"merry christmas" i whispered, planting a kiss on his lips.
i began to get out of bed and let out a sigh.
"what?" doug asked, his voice was groggy
"where's my underwear" i whispered
i turned around and he threw them at my head.
i tiptoed out to the living room and turned on my christmas tree. it wasn't my first christmas being with doug but it definitely was better than the last.
as i downed a glass of water and some ibuprofen, doug came behind me and placed a box in front of me.
"doug" i groaned
"we agreed on no gifts"
he had a smile plastered on his face
"open it"
i did so, it was a necklace with a small diamond on it.
it was beautiful.
"i didn't get you anything" i frowned
"you're the only gift i need, y/n" he said, kissing my lips.
so cheesy..
a/n: hey, i hope you enjoyed this part!! i'm sorry i didn't post yesterday as i usually do.. i was having the worst migraine ever omg. i also have so so much homework to do :( also sorry that this part was sort of short. anyway, i will post as per usual on thursday!! pls vote & comment:))
