283. I Want No Wants At All

I wish to do nothing but the one thing I can't actually do
An inconvenient wish I cannot control
Can't even control my own wishes
Can't control myself can't control a damn thing
Control that's what life is all about
Lack of control
Too much control
Take a stroll
Through the pull
Of control
It's the only thing that matters to me
Or at least it seems to be
Can't control wants or needs or actions sometimes
What do I want
I want whatever it is I don't have
I want what might make me happy
It won't
It never does
It never did
It never will
The very idea of wants
Is an idea I want no part in
I don't want to want
A mental paradox
Mental treachery
I want to do what I am unable to currently do
And I want to stop wanting that
I want to stop wanting at all
