Even though I do need my space from Flau'jae, I crave her presence. Besides my mom, she's the only one who can tend to me correctly
Of course they tend to me differently, but I'm taken care of when needed.
"So now all of a sudden you wanna work again" Kimberly said causing me to nod, "Angel no, I'm not opening your bookings back up"
"Kim why?"
"The same reason you stopped the first time" she said causing me to sigh and shake my head, "You wanted to stop cause you're pregnant"
"No my wife wanted me to stop"
"I'm on her side, you don't need to be doing all that. Do she know you're trying to start back?"
No.
I'm not gonna tell her either because she's not gonna do nothing but stop me. I feel like once I'm actually booked, she won't react badly .
She actually might be okay with it
"Yes, we sat down and talked about it. She's okay with it, she said for me to stop again at six months"
She sat there quiet for a second as I just looked.
"Alright, we can put bookings on the calendar. I just need to talk with Jeanine first so that everybody's on the same page"
I finished talking to her before we said our goodbyes. I laughed to myself a little before doing a celebration dance.
I got up and made my way into the kitchen seeing my mom still standing over the stove.
"Don't come in here telling me you hungry and you see me cooking" she said causing me to laugh a little at her
Between her and Flau'jae, they're sick of me when it comes to eating . It don't help that I've become a picky eater, so they be on their last straw.
"I'm not coming to say I'm hungry, but it's safe to say that I am"
"You ain't gotta tell me" she said before I snickered, "Trust me, you eat every chance you get"
"Don't say it like that, you make me sound like I'm fat or something"
"No, I'm not saying it to sound like that but you know how you are" she said before I just shrugged slightly
I'm starting to hate when people make comments like that. I'll admit, I'm very insecure about my body now.

"We gone have to rush to your appointment because the food is taking longer than it's supposed to" she said before I just nodded "What's wrong?"
"Nothing I'm just watching you"
"Your tone changed, but if you said nothing wrong then okay" she said before looking at me and I looked down at my phone
I don't need her studying me cause she'll know that I'm lying. It's crazy how one small comment can shift my mood
Time passed by before we left heading to my doctors appointment. I love coming to get ultrasounds because seeing my baby is heartwarming
I can't wait to give birth so that I can hold my bundle of joy.
"So you get the option to find out the gender today or ma —" Dr.Fike said before getting cut off by Flau'jae
"Today, today, we wanna find out today" Flau'jae said immediately over the phone, "It's a boy, watch"
"Bae stop interrupting her before I hang up on you. We wanna mail it off, we don't wanna know yet" I said before Flau'jae sucked her teeth
Her diva ass.
"What you mean?" she asked before I looked at her
"We agreed to send a copy to our parents, so that's what we're gonna do. We can find out at the gender reveal like everybody else"
She sucked her teeth again before I scrunch my face up at her. Okay
"So mail it off or?" Dr.Fike asked now confused a little before I nodded
"Yes, you can mail it"
She started doing something on the computer as I just watched getting lost in my thoughts. I was snapped out my thoughts once I heard the phone hang up.
My mom was also giving Dr.Fike her address. How long was I in my thoughts?
"Okay, and the other address" Dr.Fike said before I gave her mama Kia's address
She typed it in before closing out of the screen
"It's a boy" my mom said before I shot my head at her, "It's a boy, I know it is"
"Oh my god please stop" I said getting a little sad
At the end of all of this, I'll be happy with whatever my baby's gender is. I really want a girl though, I just wanna play dress up and do girly things
I can do that with Flau'jae, but only to a certain extent because she's a nigga at heart. She's very boyish.
I want my own mini me.
"Somebody's confident" Dr.Fike said with a huge smile, which convinced me that it was true.
Wow.
We wrapped up everything before leaving and my mom dropped me off home. Flau'jae is on the way home from being with her troublemaking cousin Ivi, so I'll be here when she gets here.
I'm ready to be home anyway
I immediately got in the shower before getting in the bed. I turned on the tv and found something before turning over and going to sleep.
It's so quiet in here, I just need noise.
When I woke up the tv was off, which let me know Flau'jae was home. I got up walking throughout the house looking for her.
I didn't see her nowhere, which scared me a little. All I know is, whoever it is ain't leaving the same way they came in.
From the kitchen, I saw the backyard light on before I opened the door making my way out.
I know I'm not seeing what I'm seeing. She really be playing with her life, and one day she gone end up in a casket.
I picked up a basketball aiming for Flau'jae's head completely missing. Damn.
"So this what you do?" I spoke as Flau'jae got up from the chair looking at me, "You really be smoking?"
"Why you throwing shit?"
"Cause I can't put my hands on you, why you smoking?" I asked again while coming closer and she backed up
"So I can chill"
I knocked her entire set up over before she gave me a death glare. She don't need no weed anyway.
She really be pissing me off, it's not me.
"Why can't you have a cup of wine or something?"
"Angel stop asking me questions" she said before I tried to swing on her and she moved
"And you go out of town and be in other women face now?" I asked causing her to sigh and mumble to herself, "That's what you do?"
"I was having a regular friendly conversation, you know Ray Ray like to play"
"That ain't what I seen"
"You didn't see nothing but us standing there. I ain't even touch her" she said as I picked up another basketball
"I didn't say nothing about you touching her, so you was touching her?"
"Bae"
"Flau'jae let me tell you something, this your last time playing with me. Cut the shit because I'm over the games, okay?"
"Angel be for real"
"No you be for real, you rekindle with Rocc and start doing off the wall shit. I'm pregnant, I cannot be inhaling that shit"
"That's why I'm outside"
"It's in your clothes, you gone track that shit back in the house. You don't smoke anyway, so I'm not understanding"

We went through this years ago, and she said she wouldn't do it again. Lying ass Scorpio
I threw the ball at her before she tried to block it and it hit her finger. She winced in pain, that's what her stupid ass get.
"If you come back in the house on the same shit, you gone wish you didn't. I put that on your momma, so play"
"You tripping, we married so why would you think I'm cheating?"
"You heard what the fuck I said" I said before walking off and making my way back in the house
She better have her whole life turned around or she finna be lonely
