"I don't know whose worst. Ashanti for always twerking or Trinity for filming it and letting her post it on Instagram," Joe said as he shook his head at another video of Ashanti twerking on Instagram.
"Hey, my wife is innocent," Jon said.
Joe pulls a face.
"You need to stop stalking her, Uce, then maybe you won't be upset with what she posts on her Instagram," Joshua said.
"Shut up, Josh," Joe said.
Joe puts his phone down and rubs his face. Lately, Ashanti has been on his mind more than usual, and it's driving him crazy. He finds himself checking her social media platforms when she's not around him. Asking his cousins if she called any of them. He just always wants to know about her and what she's doing when he's not around her.
"I'm telling you, Uce, you just need to tell her how you feel and you wouldn't have to be this obsessive," Josh said.
Joe shakes his head.
"No, I can't. I don't want to ruin what we have going on right now. She will quit if I tell her," Joe said.
"No, she won't. I think she likes you too, Uce," Jon said.
Joe raises an eyebrow at him in question.
"What makes you say that?" Joe asked Jon.
Jon chuckled.
"Dude, she stares at you like you're a bottle of water and she's parched and wants to drink you up," Jon answered.
"Everyone looks at me like that," Joe said.
"Okay, Ego alert! But I'm serious she does like you, and I think you should be honest with her and tell her how you feel. Who knows maybe we'll get some more babies running around," Jon said.
"You and this baby fever need to find something to do," Joe said but seriously thinking about what Jon just told him.
Does Ashanti like him?
"Hey, Trinity keeps pushing back on when we are going to have more kids so I have to live vicariously through you guys," Jon said.
Joshua shakes his head.
"Don't live vicariously through me, I'm done having kids," Josh said.
Joshua and his wife, Quannie had just welcomed their second set of twins and were done with having kids. In less than a year at that. Seven kids were enough for Joshua and Quannie. Jon better go adopt some more dogs or something. And forget about more children.
"Yeah, okay you said that after Ja'niyah and ended up with two sets of twins," Jon said.
"He just wanted to compete with me," Joe teased Josh.
"Hell nah, I didn't even know Quannie was that fertile that's the reason why we ended up pregnant right away after her six weeks was up," Josh said.
"You guys barely waited for the six weeks to be up and you know it," Joe said.
"Got my poor niece talking about whether she can live with me because she doesn't want any more babies around," Jon said.
"Or maybe because you spoil her ass, and say yes to everything she asks for," Josh said.
"Nope, she's just tired of y'all over there," Jon said.
"Then come get her and see how long she lasts at your house," Josh said.
Joe chuckles.
"Bet, I'm coming for her so have her bags ready to go," Jon said.
"Alright," Josh said.
Joe's phone starts ringing and it's Ashanti requesting a FaceTime call. Joe answers the call and Ashanti's face with a bright smile appears on the screen.
"Hi," Ashanti said.
Joe can't help but smile at her.
"Hi," Joe said.
"I'm calling to let you know that GQ requested an interview with you," Ashanti tells him.
"Just an interview or do I have to do a photoshoot too?" Joe asked her.
"Don't worry it's not a big photoshoot. It's just like a couple of pictures to go along with the article," Ashanti answered, reassuring him he wouldn't have to stand in front of a camera for hours.
"Okay," Joe said.
"Yeah, so what are you doing?" Ashanti asked.
"Talking about you!" Josh shouted.
Ashanti giggled.
"As always," Ashanti said.

"Look normally I stay out of your dating life, Joe, but I have to tell you that if you don't make a move on Ashanti, you're going to lose her," Galina said as Joe came to pick up the kids.
"What are you talking about? Is she dating someone? Did she say something to you?" Joe asked Galina.
"I'm just giving you a heads-up that your time with her is limited so make a move or you will lose her forever. I really like her so get a move on already, Mister," Galina answered.
Joe was confused as he drove home with the kids. What did Galina know about Ashanti that made her give him a heads-up? Was Ashanti seeing someone?
Is Ashanti not satisfied with working for him anymore? What the hell is up with Ashanti?
"Dad," Joelle said, getting Joe's attention.
"Yes, sweetie," Joe said.
"Are you worried about what mom told you?" Joelle asked.
"Do you know something about what your mother told me?" Joe replied.
Joelle nods.
"Yes, I do but you can't tell anyone that I told you because I wasn't supposed to even hear it," Joelle told Joe.
"What do you know, Joelle?" Joe asked her.
Joe knows he shouldn't use his daughter to gain information about Ashanti but he's desperate enough for any bit of information he can get from her about what Galina knows about Ashanti.
"Ashanti is going to quit working for you so she can work as a model full time. Her modeling career is getting more serious and she wants to focus on that more," Joelle revealed to Joe.
Joe frowned.
"Are you sure?" Joe asked Joelle.
"Yeah, have you not seen her Instagram? She's booked and busy so she can't keep working for you, Dad," Joelle answered.
Joe sighed.
"So, what are you going to do?" Joelle asked him.
"I don't know," Joe answered.
"Tell her how you feel and let her be a model," Joelle said.
"That's easier said than done," Joe said.
"It's because you're too hard-headed," Joelle said.
