The sound of a sliding door being opened could be heard, and from behind it, the scene of Yuriko carrying Takeru was revealed to everyone inside the classroom.

Then just as Yuriko turned away, she made an expression of someone who just remembered something.

She was walking down the corridor while thinking about Takeru, as she made her way to her classroom, and once she arrived, she opened the door and was greeted by an awkward atmosphere.

Yuriko remained quiet as she looked at most of the boys with varying amounts of bandages and bruises on their faces, while the girls had faces as if they were regretting many of their past mistakes. Seeing that situation, and knowing that she still had some minutes left before the classes resumed, Yuriko turned to talk with a girl sitting near her.
"Nee, can I ask you something?"
"Hm? Eh!? Nanami-sama!?"
The girl who was too into her own thoughts, became really flustered when she noticed that Yuriko was talking to her.
"Ah! Sorry, did I interrupt you in something important?"
"Eh!? N-No! I was... I was... ... ... I was just reconsidering about some stuff that I'm into... Hehe..."
The girl looked away as she tried to make her current crush problem sound as vague as possible to Yuriko. Which was really effective, as Yuriko just cutely tilted her head to the side, clearly showing that she didn't get what the girl was implying.
"A-Ahem! S-So, w-what d-do you want to ask m-me, N-Nanami-sama?"
"About that, I just want to know if something happened during lunchtime"
"Ah! Yeah, something did happen, the many of the boys from all classrooms, started fighting about who would go out with you, Nanami-sama"
"... ... ... But I'm already going out with Takkun though"
Yuriko couldn't help but unconsciously make a very charming confused face as she tilted her head again in confusion, which was enough to cause the girl answering Yuriko, and the other girls in her classroom, to clench their chests as they felt their hearts skipping a beat.

Then just as they finished their conversation, the school bell rang, signaling that the lessons were about to resume, so Yuriko gave her farewells to the girl and went to her desk, which was located right behind a bruised and bandaged Daichi, which she paid no attention to.
Some hours later
It was after school, and as it was routine for Yuriko, she was dealing with the tasks assigned to the student council, with her colleagues helping her with said tasks, and Takeru serving as the stress relief mascot to Yuriko, by either sitting on her lap whenever she asked him to, or by brewing either tea or coffee for her and the others.
"Yuriko-sama, here are the papers for the budgets of each club"
"Ah! Thank you, Chiyoko-san"
"You're welcome... Hm?"
Then just as Chiyoko handed the stack of papers for Yuriko to check, she noticed something shining on her left ring finger, which immediately caused her gossip engine to start turning.
"Nee, Yuriko-sama, did you buy a ring recently?"
"Hm? Ah! This?"
Noticing what Chiyoko was talking about, Yuriko raised her left hand, and looked at the pretty ring on it for a moment, before talking again.
"Hehe, this right was actually gifted to me by Takkun"

Hearing that, Chiyoko, Takane, and Masami look at Takeru with surprised faces. To which he only responded by looking away with an embarrassed face, as he scratched his cheek with his dominant left hand, accidentally putting his ring in perfectly for the others.

And it only took a few seconds for them to see that the two rings matched each other perfectly.
"Oh! And I almost forgot! Takkun was the one who put the ring on my finger, he also presented me this collar, which he also put on me today, and he was also the one who made the first mo-"

Takeru finally jumped towards Yuriko to cover her mouth as his face was turning bright red. the others could only look at him with surprised faces because even for them, the idea of gifting their partners with a matching ring outside of marriage was... Too embarrassing.

Everyone in the student council room, couldn't help but feel soothed by Takeru's cute appearance when he was embarrassed and acting like the tsundere he was.
