Few hrs ago before the attack in the training camp...
The heroes were preparing for the raid. Some were helping with the evacuation.

Principal Nezu-All right, team A will do the raid on the warehouse and team B will be in charged of evacuating the citizen.

The entire warehouse blew up. Few seconds after the explosion the news copter was checking out the scene. Endeavor came out brutally wounded. Then Goku Black came out of nowhere and punched him in the face. Sending him flying back. Then Deku called Goku Black.
Deku-You almost done ?
Goku Black-Oh yeah. Just need to kill this sinner and pase 3 will complete.
Deku-Good. Did the trap work ?

Goku Black-After all the sinners I met yours must be the worst. Everything you touch suffers! Endeavor tries he's ultimate attack but Goku Black used the Kiai attack sending Endeavor to the ground.
Goku Black-Ka-Me-Ha-Me-HA!!!!!
Goku Black unleashed a Black Kamehameha. Destroying Endeavor to ash. He went to the ground and found a skull, then he crushed it under his foot. Then he flew to the news copter. Telling everyone.
Goku Black-Hello mortals. My name is Goku Black. Your forces are defeated. So send all your heroes against me and the liberation. We will not stop until all heroes and villains longer exist. Bye bye.
Goku Black then left and contacted Dabi.
Goku Black-Did you broke out Lady Nagant ?
Dabi-Yep and did you agree to the deal.
