The masked man strids towards me and I give him a sheepish smile. I couldn't see his face as it was covered with his hoddie, his lips curved upwards and he waved at me. Yay.
He was so tall. Not as tall as dari but definitely very tall. He had broad shoulders and muscular arms which bulged through his hoddie. His hoddie covered his face completely except for his plump lips. His left hand rested in his pocket while the other traced through the flowers.
"Hi! Goodmorning. How can I help you?" I ask rubbing my hands together.
"Tulips" he muttered deeply. His voice was dark and thick. A hint of Russian-mexican accent in his voice. His voice is so cool!
Don't tell Dari i said that.
"OMGEE. I love tulips too. Which one do you want? We have so many colours—pink, yellow, whit-"
"White" he replied. I nod at him tightly and start plucking fresh tulips. As I worked with the beautiful flowers, I bent trying to look at him face. Oops. I think he saw me and he immediately covered his face with the hoddie.
Maybe he is a little insecure about himself. Maybe I should write him a self-love note. Yes !
He shouldn't be insecure about his appearance. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. He couldn't change how he looked like.
I attach a small note with the bouquet and draw a small smily on top of it. Mr. Simon was busy eyeing the man and slurping on his latte. I quickly elbow him and he instantly fixes his posture.
"Here you go, Have a great day. I hope to see you again!" I wave at him, handing him the flowers. His sleeves stretched as he extended his hand displaying his tatted arms. A snake running along his left hand, wrapping around his veiny arms.
"Thankyou" he replied and left. I wanted to ask him if he wants me to write a letter for the person he's giving the flowers to, but he didn't seem interested in the conversation so I just let it slide.
Soon, the clock hit twelve and it was time to pick theo up from school. I decide to call Dari and ask if he was free.
"Little wife?" His husky voice filled my eyes. Melting me gently.
"Dari. Hello! Um....are you free?"
"Mhm. Is something the problem?" He asked, a hint of worry in his voice. Why is he so hot?
"Oh! No nothing. Just wanted to ask if you are willing to pick theo up with me. It's totally okay if you're busy. I understand. You don't have to co-"
"Shh. Breathe darlin' . I'll be there is ten minutes. Si?"
I continued checking the flowers when the engine roared and I knew Dari was here. Mr. Simon quickly got up and stuck his head by the window, gawking stupidly.
I shake my head, giggling at him.
Dari opened the door for me and put his hand on the car roof, not wanting me to bump into it. I always do. He shuts the door after getting in and rolls the window down.
"Say bye, pretty baby" he gestured towards Mr. Simon who was grinning widely. I giggle and wave at him excitedly which he returned with the same energy.
Aww, he's cute like that.
"Merda, you look so beautiful" he groaned, saying something in Italian.
"Thankyou! You too" I blush slightly when he smirks taking my hand in his. He interwines our fingers together and continue driving.
"Dari"
"Baby?"
"Thankyou" I smile gently. Hiding my tears with the smile. He looked at me with eyes filled with confusion and worry. He's too pretty to look at. I want to cry.
"For what little wife?"
"For doing so much for me and Theo. We are so grateful for everything you do" he bought my hand to his lips and pecked it.
"Everything I do is for you my love. Don't ever thank me for that. Si?" He drew small hearts on the back of hand.
As we reach Theo's school, he rolls the window down and I look at Theo waiting for us with a few of his friends. Dari roared the car engine and all the kids formed a crowd around his car suddenly surprising us both.
"Cazzo" he grunted and was about to roll up the windows when I start greeting the kids.
"Woah! Theo your brother in law is so cool!"
"Wow! It's so huge"
"Theo do you want to date me?"
"Shutup you're a boy. Theo you date me!"
"Theo is that your car?"
Theo had a proud smirk on his face as he got inside the car. He strapped himself, making weird faces at the kids who glared at him. I don't like how they glare at theo so I also poke my tongue out at them. Their eyes widened when they see me and they quickly gulp, looking away.
Woah! I scared them! Woww
I'm epic like that.
Dari stops at Wendy's and we pack some burgers for home. Theo sleeps the whole ride home and I also get sleepy after a while. Dari quietly passes us a blanket and i cover theo with it. He then passed me another one and I smile almost swooning at my husband.
"The other day...your feet were hurting so I bought you some comfortable ones for the car. They are under the seat" he gestured and I bend down. A warm fluffy feather like thing touches my hand and I pull out a pair of extremely adorable pink fluffy slippers.
"I love them so much! Dari! Thankyou so much." I chirp holding them to my chest. He smiled proudly at his choice and gazed out of the window. A very light tint covering his cheeks.
Is my husband blushing?
He is!
"You're blushing!" I exclaimed.
"No I'm not" he scoffed confidently. I smirk letting him enjoy the moment. Hehe, I know he's a softie.
I yawn and lean my head against the window. He shuts the music down and continues to drive in silence. Soon, my eyelids start feeling heavy and I fall asleep.

I wake up in my bed. Packed in a blanket. Dark room, air conditioner on and my husband on my side, working on his laptop with his glasses resting on the bridge of his nose. Woah.
He looked so beautiful. In his grey sweats and no shirt. He looks so good without shirt, I'll ask him to stop wearing them.
His golden skin covered with so many tattoos. A single gold chain resting on his chest. His throat was also carved with tattoos.
He licked his plump lips, his piercing shining under the golden lamp light.
"You awake baby?" He asked without moving his head towards me. I hum and get out of the bed.
He arched his eyebrow at me and I motioned towards the bathroom. Dari nodded and I quickly go to the bathroom and wash my face and mouth.
It was already midnight and Theo was asleep with Santo. As I walk of out after changing into my PJs, Dari keeps his laptop aside and patted his lap. Oh?
"Come here" my legs start moving towards him on their own. I stand infront of him and he pulls me into his lap, straddling his thigh.
"My sleepy baby" he muttered pushing my hair behind. I hum in content and lean into his touch. He carassed my jaw, his cold metallic rings running along my shoulder blade. I rest my hands on his chest, tracing his tattoos.
His padded thumb graze along my lips and I gulp. Dari's eyes darkened and he licked his lips, his eyes never leaving my lips.
He puts his hand behind my neck and pulls me in, my mouth almost touching his.
"Cazzo. Can I kiss you baby?"
"Yes"
