It was getting late, but Changbin didn't really care. He was still messaging Astran to hear his ideas and work out a time to call for him to meet all the boys. Hyunjin poked his head into the bedroom to see what Changbin was doing. He was intrigued to see him grinning so happily at his phone.
"What are you doing?"
The older boy jumped and shut off his phone. "Uh, nothing."
Hyunjin rolled his eyes. "Bullshit. Who are you talking to?"
"It's just Astran, the musician we're working with," Changbin said.
"Right..." Hyunjin said, clearly not convinced. "Can I see his profile?"
"Sure." Changbin opened his phone again and navigated to Astran's profile. He scrolled for a bit until Hyunjin asked him to stop on a photo.

"She's really pretty," Hyunjin mumbled.
Changbin chuckled. "You can't even see her face."
"Okay well you can't see Astran's either but I can still see you drooling over him," Hyunjin retorted.
"Fuck off," Changbin said, lightly punching him in the arm.
"Yeah yeah, have you shown anyone else his stuff?" Hyunjin said while taking the phone to scroll through the girl's profile.
"No, I was going to show Chan tomorrow."
"Just show all of us now. Everyone's in the living room, you're just being antisocial," Hyunjin said, still scrolling through Astran's friend's profile. Changbin took back his phone and stood to grab his laptop. Then he followed Hyunjin to the room where the other members were sitting.
"So I found that boy's Instagram," Changbin started. "He's a streamer, and most of his friends are too. Look, them as a group are already kind of internet famous."

"Wow, ten thousand likes on that and it was only four days ago," Bangchan said thoughtfully.
"Who's the girl all the way on the right?" Jisung asked.
Changbin raised an eyebrow. "I'm pretty sure that's Ophelia. Why?" he said, suspicious.
"Um, no reason," Jisung laughed nervously. Changbin just left it alone and continued to YouTube, showing one of Astran's singles. Everyone had heard their audition tape at this point since Changbin, Jisung, and Bangchan agreed that they'd be the perfect person to work with. Hearing their voice on a recorded and produced track only convinced Changbin more though, and he could tell by the looks on everyone's faces that they were impressed. The rapper had only known this boy for about 3 hours but he felt a sense of pride at him being able to impress his group members.
"He's great, you were right for once," Seungmin said.
"Rude." Changbin glared at the younger boy. "I also want to point out that his friend Soomin helped produce all of his music too."
"I think it's settled then," Bangchan smiled. "I'll tell JYP that we've made our decision."
"Yes!" Changbin whispered under his breath. He would definitely continue to deny it to Bangchan and Hyunjin, but he did think this singer was a little cute. If working with him on music was what kept them talking, Changbin would definitely accept that.

Astran sat in the living room with their feet curled up below them, scrolling through their messages for the hundredth time that afternoon. Soomin, Ryan, Hana, and Izzy were scattered around in various chairs playing MarioKart together while Ophelia, Rome, and Amy cooked dinner.
"Come on, come on! Oh my god Soomin!" Ryan cried. They cackled in glee as their Bowser sped past his Yoshi.
"Suck my dick Ryan!" they shrieked.
Astran smiled at his friends and Hana looked over at him. "Do you want to take my controller? I'm not doing very well," she said as her Peach crossed the finish line in tenth. The blond shook his head at her. "You can't just keep looking at the DMs. They're real I promise and he's probably asleep now anyways." His phone dinged after she finished.
The biggest smile grew on his face. "Nope. He just liked one of my photos." He turned his phone around to show which photo he liked.
