Kenji wakes up yawns
Does a few quick stretches
Kenji: alright it's a day off what should I do today
He gets changed into his causal gear
Then draco slings himself around Kenji's shoulder
He walks outside too see Rin and Yukio leaving
Kenji: hey guys where you off too
Yukio: oh I got called out for a job and Rin is tagging along to watch
Kenji: yeah watching someone do it is way better than learning about it
Rin: see Kenji agrees
Kenji: alright where you going
Yukio: actually we are seeing an old friend
Kenji: are they blonde, likes plants and wears a kimono a lot of some reason

The two brothers leave
Kenji: I wonder if rin will fall for shiemi
He thinks back to when the two first met

He grabs a hammer and throws it up in the air and thinks

The hammer hits him on the head
Kenji: ouch that hurt oh I got it right draco would you please
Draco lights a fire
He throws the hammer in the air
grabs his headphones
He sets out the metal
And then catches the hammer and forges away while listening to his favourite music

He takes a break too eat and rest
Then he's done it's a Scythe
Draco bite down on it and it changes too more fit Kenji's whole theme
He swings it around

Draco absorbs it
The next day
Shiemi is standing at the front of the class
Yukio: so this is your new classmate shieimi moriyama
Kenji: Hey shiemi what's up it's been a long time
Shiemi: oh Kenny it's nice too see yo again
Kenji: yeah it's good too see you two he realises she's not paying attention to him and is hazing lovingly at yukio

The lessons go on
Kenji is bored out of his mind he already knows all this crap and then he notices rin sleeping and rolls his eyes
Rin then wakes up and it seems to make a guy mad

They go through their results
Kenji is doing the classic anime protagonist thing sitting at the edge of the class not talking to anyone
Turns out shiemi used her owns names for plants so she got all the questions wrong

Kenji sits back down Rin laughs at her saying

The bell rings

Kenji jumps up and runs out of class
He finds a nice roof top to sit on and chill out
He just watches Rin and Shiemi together at a fountain

He then sees Bon, shima and konkeomaru walk over

Kenji successfully stops himself from laughing

Then we cut to see Bon and Rin racing while being chased by a demon for training
Kenji is made to be on standby for the class in case anything happens he's in charge of stopping it
Rin is outpacing Bon easily
Shima: Bon's one if the fastest runners I know that kids keeping pace like a champ

Quick analysis
So far they don't know that Kenji is half demon but Draco is around his neck most of the time
Bon drops kicks rin knocking him to the floor but

The reaper backs off
The teacher pulls the demon back
Tsubaki the teacher: WOW are you two try to get yourselves killed what the hell is wrong with you Kenji thank you for saving them

Bon: I'd rather die then lose to a scumbag like you

Kenji swoops in and pushes them apart using portion of his demon strength
Kenji: alright you two if you're going to fight do it outside of class!
Tsubaki: That's not what we are supposed to be teaching
Kenji: oh right yeah

Shima: yeah sorry Bon's a good guy but he's so serious it's kind of hard for him to cut people slack the only reason he's here is because of his big ambitions

Shima: Bon's got a full plate that's why he's so intense but he's a good guy once you get too know him

Kenji sees Izumo cut in front of shiemi
Kenji sighs and walks over: what was that about
Izumo: huh what about it
Kenji: you could've at least said please before cutting in front of shiemi

Izumo: huh oh yeah now I remember you, you went to my junior high hmm I don't remember disliking you all that much you where always in the back of the class staring out the window looking bored
Kenji: yeah..I remember you too we where both outcasts no-one liked me and I didn't like them

Kenji: but as a word from your superior now don't be so harsh these are the people who you will eventually have to fight besides and trust to keep you alive just remember that or don't I don't care
Izumo: alright then get back to your job

Kenji jumps up and walks off
A phone goes off
Kenji: ouch that phone is loud
Bon: yeah whose phone is it anyway!

Bon falls on the floor

OK CLASS WE ARE TAKING A BREAK FOR A BIT

Tsubaki: listen up now most of the team the reaper is a peaceful demon however they can read peoples minds and attack when you least expect it until I get back stay clear of the reapers chains scratch that you are not to enter the arena
We clear good then I'm out of here

Bon: unbelievable and he calls himself a teacher true cross academy is supposed to be this amazing place where only the highly motivated gather what BS even the students suck here
Kenji and Shima both sigh
Kenji just leans up against a wall and doesn't pay attention

Rin actually takes the matter route and just ignores the guys insults

Bon: why don't you do something why doesn't anyone fight back doesn't this piss you off stand there and watch me
He goes into the arena and walks over to the reaper
Rin: Hey don't go down there
Kenji: idiot he's not ready! No matter how smart he is!
Bon walks over: I'M GOING TO BE A REAL EXORCIST SOME DAY AND I'LL DEFEAT SATAN
Izumo starts laughing: did you hear what he said he's going to defeat Satan seriously
Kenji: Izumo be quiet
Izumo: huh
Kenji: don't laugh at peoples ambitions that's not ok
Izumo: uhh what do you know anyway I'll laugh at him if I want too his dream is ridiculous!
And that's when the reaper attacks
Kenni leaps right past Izumo and lands in front of the reaper alongside rin
The reaper goes to bite them
Rin and Kenji: BACK OFF!
They successfully stop the reaper
Rin: what do you think your doing are you insane
Kenji: if your going to defeat Satan you can't die here right
Rin: but it doesn't matter anyway
Both: BECAUSE WE'RE THE ONES THAT ARE GOING TO DEFEAT SATAN
Rin: so stay out of our way!
Bon: YOUR BOTH INSANE DON'T COPY MY AMBITION
Rin: I didn't copy you it was mine first
Kenji steps away and let's the two argue
Kenji: (you know what this guy is growing on me)
