Once the group finished their performance, Kalim jogged up to (Y/N), Grim, and Kanzaburou now smiling happily at them.
"(Y/N)! Kanzaburou! Grim! What did you think of our performance?" Kalim asked.
"You did a good job senpai." (Y/N) said now giving him a nod of approval as she gave him a headpat.
"You were on fire up there! Definitely looked like you had fun!" Kanzaburou grinned as he gave a thumbs up.
"The stage was way bigger than our practice room...but it felt kind of nice to dance without worrying about being cramped." Epel said.
"Heh. Even you're coming around." Jamil smirked.
"I'd like to review our footage right now. And not just the front, I want to know how it looks from both sides." Vil said.
"Great work, Vil! That was the best performance I've ever seen! I got goosebumps just watching! We're with a Shaftlands news program. Could you spare some time for an interview to be shown on our evening news?" A TV station staff said now approaching Vil.
"Certainly." Vil said as he gave a small nod.
"Thanks! Night Raven College got selected as this year's SDC host school...so I'm sure there was a lot of pressure on you. But I'd have never guessed it from the flawless performance you put on! Your powerful singing, your sharp dance moves...it wasn't just good for students it was professional to a tee! It's hard to find groups as good as yours the world over. And I'd expect nothing less from a team led by Vil Schoenheit!" The TV station staff praised.
"Thank you kindly. We went through some very rigorous rehearsals to get here, so I'm delighted you enjoyed it. We'll have an even better performance at showtime-no, we'll have the fairest in the land. Don't miss it." Vil said.
"Rigorous? Does he mean when he yelled at Epel and Deuce...even slapped (Y/N)?"
"How annoying..."
"After a first act this strong, I think I'll end up watching the following acts with a much more critical eye." The TV station staff said.
"Ooh! That's a promising start right there!" Grim excitedly said.
"Actually, we're planning on posting ten second promo videos to Magicam. They're going to include footage of the representative teams in their rehearsals, as a preview of what the SDC will be like live. The Headmage has granted his permission already. I believe his words were, whatever generates more hype for the SDC. Would you be willing to review our footage?" The TV station staff said.
"I'd be happy to." Vil said as he smiled at the staff.
"Ah, I see now. On the surface, the SDC is purely a school music recital. They don't reveal song titles or lineup order until showtime. But it gets a lot of commercial attention, which necessitates advertising to build excitement." Jamil said as the others nodded.
"Sounds like a lot's going on under the cowl. But it makes sense to wait until the last minute. That way nobody can come up with counter plays after watching another school's performance, or change their song." Ace said.
"Thanks for your help! We'll be posting this video right now." The TV station staff said now smiling at Vil.
"No, thank you. Now, if you'll excuse me." Vil said now excusing himself before leaving.
"Oh, hey! The video just went up on the TV station's Magicam account!" Ace said as he looked at his phone.
"Whoa, you're right! Gah, I saw myself for a second there...and I think my dancing is kind of stilted." Deuce said.
"It looks good." (Y/N) said as she gave them a small nod.
"Eh, would have been better if the clown wasn't there." Kanzaburou said as he looked at (Y/N)'s phone before crossing his arms over his chest.
"He's probably the most hated guy in Kanzaburou's eyes..."
"Better Vil than me."
"Let me see! Wow...the likes on the video just keep going up. It's getting shared all over." Epel said as he stared at the phone in awe.
"Ooh! I'm seeing lots of comments from Vil fans saying they've been waiting for this!" Kalim happily said.
"In fact, most of the video centers on Vil." Jamil said.
"Attention whore..."
"Let's see what viewers are saying...cool! Awesome! And more than anything else, beautiful! It's clear how eager everyone is for the SDC." Rook said now smiling at them.

In a further area away from the group, Vil looked around before taking out his phone.
"Mira, Mira. Tell me something." Vil said to his phone.
"What would you like me to look up?" His phone said.
"Who, at this moment, is the most beautiful of all?" Vil said.
"Displaying results for account with the most comments using the word beautiful: Vil Schoenheit." His phone said.
Vil's eyes widen as he then let out a chuckle. "Heheh! Finally. At long last!"
"Next up is a duo team from Night Raven College! Please stand by." The staff said.
"Night Raven College again? Is that fair?" Some from the crowd mumbled.
"I'm not sure but I heard the Headmage was responsible for it..." Another person mumbled.
"Someone was clearly threatened..."
"(Y/N) is lucky."
"Looks like that's us." (Y/N) said as Kanzaburou nodded in agreement.
"Good luck you two." Jamil said as he smiled at them.
"We don't need luck." Kanzaburou grinned as he held a mic in hand.
"If you guys win out there, remember my tuna!" Grim exclaimed.
"No, you starve." Kanzaburou plainly said as Grim gave him a horrified expression.
"Lighting and audio are all set!" A film crew said. "Alright, you two are next!"
"Right, let's go Kanzaburou." (Y/N) said as she walked over towards the stage with Kanzaburou.
"Yes Tomioka sama." Kanzaburou nodded as the two were now on stage.
Vil remained silent as he stared down at the pair from the seats he and the others were seated in.
"Hello everyone." (Y/N) said as she stood in front of the crowd before giving a small bow. "My name is (Y/N) Tomioka." She greeted as she gave the crowd a small wave.

"I can feel my heart pounding already...let's hope I don't mess up."
"And I'm Kanzaburou! Nice to meet you all." Kanzaburou said as he sat on a chair that was brought on stage.
"She's so pretty." A woman said
"That's the rising star from magic right?" A man pointed out.
"Their clothes are so strange yet they're very beautiful." Another woman said.
"Me and Kanzaburou have been practicing this for a while. We hope you enjoy it." (Y/N) said as Kanzaburou nodded in agreement. "I'd like to thank Idia senpai, Ortho, m- Professor Crewel, and Headmage Crowley for the help. It was very much appreciated."
"Idia? How did he help."
"I wonder what they'll perform..."
"Enjoy." Kanzaburou said as he gave the crowd a charming smile before the song started playing as (Y/N) unsheathed her sword.
"How charming!"
"It'll be ok." (Y/N) said to the crowd before Kanzaburou soon started singing.

"What type of performance is this? It's wonderful." Another person said.
The crowd commented as they continued to watch Kanzaburou and (Y/N). Both pair focused on the performance not allowing the comments of the crowd to break their focus.

The group stared in awe taken aback by the current performance as Vil narrowed his eyes now staring at (Y/N) as he listened on to the comments that the crowd would say.

When the duo was done with their performance, a loom of silence lingered among the crowd before soon being interrupted by cheers and praises causing the raven female to stare in shock now taken aback.
"Did...did they like it?"
"Whoa! Everyone looks so shocked."
After they were finished Vil stared in shock at them, now at a loss for words all while Kanzaburou and (Y/N) smiled and thanked the audience. Vil remained silent as he tightly gripped his phone in hand.
"Hn..."
"An incredible performance!" A woman praised.
"I've never seen anything like this before, it was amazing!" A man said.
"Please you have to tell us what that song was. It was magnificent!" A cameraman said.
"I...I'm sorry but I really don't know." (Y/N) said as she smiled nervously before sheathing back her sword.
"Idia senpai picked the song but...he never mentioned the name..."
"Thank you for listening and we hope you enjoyed our performance." (Y/N) said as she waved at the crowd before off stage.
"Hahah you guys were a great audience! Thanks for watching!" Kanzaburou happily said as he followed right after the raven haired female.
The two walked out of the stage and headed over towards Crowley and Crewel who watched their performance.
"So how was that? So was it great or was it great?" Kanzaburou said as he grinned at the two elder males.
"We put our all into it. I hope you like it." (Y/N) said as she smiled at them.
"It was magnificent, I had no doubts that the crowd would love it! The display you both out in was incredible." Crowley happily said as he gave the raven haired female a headpat as Kanzaburou happily smiled.
"Your performance was indeed amazing I never doubted you both for a second." Crewel said as he smiled at the female.
"Thank you very much. I appreciate it." (Y/N) said as she suddenly hugged both Crowley and Crewel who were taken aback all while Kanzaburou smiled at the sight when they returned the gesture.
"You're welcome." Crowley said as he smiled at her.
"It's nice to know you had fun and enjoyed yourself." Crewel said as he gave her a headpat. "Quite a breathtaking performance my dear."
"Thank you...I appreciate you both..."
(Y/N) nodded before excusing herself now walking over to the group with Kanzaburou following suit before the camera crew could get to them.
"That's a lot of camera people..."

"So many people...I really don't want to talk to them..."
Kalim smiled as he immediately hugged the female once she approached them. "You guys were fantastic!"
"Thank you senpai." (Y/N) said as she smiled at Kalim as Rook took a picture of (Y/N) and Kanzaburou.
"Magnifique!" Rook happily said as he looked at the picture of them now smiling.
"Mreow! You guys were great!" Grim exclaimed.
"Yes. That was quite an incredible display." Jamil said as he smiled at them.
"I'm glad you guys think so." (Y/N) said as she gave Jamil a small nod.
"Hahah yea thanks!" Kanzaburou grinned.
The others happily praised the duo meanwhile Vil remained silent as he stared at the female with slight annoyance.
"Tch...what a display indeed..."
"Next up is the Royal Sword Academy group. Please stand by!" A film crew guy said.
"Got it! We're on our way!" Neige said as the other turned at the sound of his voice.
"Royal Sword Academy's going right (Y/N) and Kanzaburou?!" Ace exclaimed.
"That's perfect. Let's see what kind of performance they've got." Deuce said.
"I wonder what they'll perform."
"Good idea! Let's take a break and enjoy the show." Kalim said as he sat back down. "Come on guys." Kalim said as he smiled at (Y/N) and Kanzaburou.
"Not so fast. I told you that reviewing the footage and ironing out our flaws comes first." Vil said.
"Now now, Roi du Poison. It's important to observe one's rival and get a full grasp of their capabilities." Rook said.
"...I suppose you have a point. Let's see what Royal Sword Academy's representatives have to show us. Not that it will hold a candle to our beauty, of course." Vil said as he smirked.
"Not to mention the performance the two spuds put on was nothing in comparison."
"Lighting and audio are all set! Royal Sword Academy, you're up!" The film crew guy said.
"Come on out, boys!" Neige happily said.
"Coming!" Multiple voices called out in unison.
Vil's eyes widened as he sat back in his seat along with the others now watching Neige's performance.
"Uhhh...what is this, an elementary school play?" Ace said as he looked at the dwarfs in confusion.
"I don't think those are children, actually. They're fae. Dwarfs, to be specific." Jamil corrected.
"Oh, those are the guys who got lost on campus!" Grim exclaimed.
"They're adorable..." (Y/N) said as she stared at the dwarfs with a flowery aura surrounding her as the others stared in shock.
"I want to hug them all and give them headpats..."

"Hello, everybody! I'm Neige LeBlanche, with Royal Sword Academy." Neige greeted as he then looked back at the dwarfs. "Say hello, boys."
"I'm Snick..." The male said as he then sneezed. "Achoo!"
"I'm Dominic!" The silver haired male greeted.
"I'm Grum. Hmph!" He said as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"I'm Shelpie..." The green haired male yawned before mumbling something to himself.
"Hiya! I'm Hop! Peace!" The blonde happily said.
"I'm T...Timmy. Oh no, this is so awkward..." He shyly introduced himself as he nervously looked at the audience.
"Hm? What was my name again?" The purple haired dwarf questioned.
"Quit playing dumb already, Toby!" Grum said.
Toby smiled as he gave Grum a small nod. "Heheh, that's right. I'm Toby!" He introduced as the crowd laughed.
"Seven tiny dwarfs..." (Y/N) said as she looked at them. "They're all so unique and cute."
"We've practiced day and night with the goal of putting on the best performance ever! I hope you'll enjoy our song!" Neige happily said.

"It's an arrangement of a Shaftlands children's song. Even I've heard it, and I'm from the Sunset Savanna. I'm sure it's quite famous." Rook said.
"Huh. All those dance moves are so simple, anyone could do them. They're not even in sync." Ace painted out.
"One of them almost fell over! Neige helped him catch himself, but all of these guys look like they could go toppling at any second." Grim said.
"I think it's cute." (Y/N) said.
"Frankly, the quality is nothing worthy of note." Jamil said.
"Well at least they look like they're having fun." Kanzaburou said as he watched their performance.
"You can't even call this competition. Am I right or what, Vil?" Ace said as he looked over at Vil.

"Huh?!" They all said in unison minus (Y/N) and Kanzaburou.

"This song really takes me back!" A film crew staff said.
"Just watching those cute, wholesome kids makes all my stress melt away." Another one said now letting out a small content sigh.
"I know! It's so heartwarming. Almost makes me wanna cry..." The film crew staff said as he got a bit teary eyed.
"Their dancing is out of sync, and their harmonies are clunky at best...but I'm glued to the performance. I want to root for them!" The other said.
"Whoa...Neige LeBlanche has everybody awestruck just like (Y/N) and Kanzaburou did earlier!" Deuce exclaimed in awe as (Y/N) gave him a thumbs up.
"Ah ain't never knew charm could come off like that..." Epel said in disbelief.
"Like I said before, it's cute." (Y/N) said as she watched the performance.

After the performance was finished Neige and the dwarfs all bowed and smiled at the audience.
"Thanks for listening, everybody! I love you all!" Neige said as the song finished.
"Woooow!!!" The audience all cheered.
"Hey, get in touch with Neige's agency! We're running this video on the evening news!" A tv station staff exclaimed.
"Yes, sir! I'll verify permissions with them now." The other said and gave his friend a nod.
"This is gonna go more viral than cute kitty videos!" The male said.
"What a coup we just witnessed...have you ever seen an image so perfect for the whole family?!" A music producer said.
"Neige LeBlanche...he definitely earns his title of most likable celebrity in the world. Mega hits aren't born from simple trendiness and beauty. They need to be accessible to all ages, from children to the elderly, not just the teen demographic." Another said.
"Just imagine how great it would be to have Magicam's rising star, (Y/N) Tomioka and Neige LeBlanche working together." The producer excitedly said. "That would be incredible publicity." He said as they all jogged up to Neige.
"Thank you for helping with our rehearsal, staff!" Neige said as he smiled at them.
"Hello, Neige! That was the best performance I've ever seen along with the Night Raven duo! I got goosebumps just watching! We're with a Shaftlands TV station. Would you be willing to share a few comments for your fans?" The staff said.
"Absolutely!" Neige said as he gave the staff a small nod.
"What made you decide to sing an arrangement of a children's song?" The film crew staff questioned.
"I wanted to have a fun time and share it with everybody watching the SDC. I figured something familiar would be the way to go. The reason why I decided to take part in this year's SDC...was because I wanted to share some special memories with my friends at school. And I thought that if we could get the whole world to sing along with us, it would make for an experience we'd treasure forever." Neige happily explained.
"So you weren't just thinking about yourself, you were thinking about people all over the world. I have to hand it to you, Neige. We just uploaded the clip we shot to Magicam. So cute! My kid was imitating their dance! That's the most wholesome, beautiful thing I've ever seen! That's just a small sampling of the comments people are posting I'd say you've got a real good chance of taking home first prize with this, my friend!" The staff said as Neige smiled at him.
"Oh, you never know with these things. Thank you for your kind words, though!" Neige said as Vil's eyes widened.
"Vil. Vil?" Rook called out to him.
"Huh?" Vil blinked as he looked at Rook.
"What's the matter? You look pale. Are you feeling out of sorts?" Rook said.
"No...I'm fine. Nothing's wrong. It was a school play hardly worthy of my notice and a stupid foreign song and dance display. I'll be in the dressing room." Vil said as he immediately got up and left.
(Y/N) talked among the others when her eyes suddenly widened as she stared ahead in a slight daze.
"Huh, that was..." She mumbled as she clutched her pain.
"Um, (Y/N)? You're staring into space. Are you all right?" Epel said.
"What's wrong? Getting hungry?" Grim said.
"Project much, Grim?" Ace said.
"I myself actually am hungry, though. Let's get something to eat before showtime." Deuce said as he smiled at the female who simply shook her head.
"Are you sure you're ok (Y/N)?" Deuce said as he put a hand on her shoulder now giving her a small smile.
"Y...yea, don't worry about me. I'm ok." (Y/N) hesitantly said as a staff suddenly walked over to her with a small gift box.
"A gift for you miss, it appears someone left this behind for you." The staff said as he smiled at the female who still felt a bit lightheaded.
"Oh...thank you." She mumbled as she took to gift.
"The tag says it's from Trey senpai..."

"Belle, are you sure you're alright?" Rook asked her now feeling a bit worried as the other stared at her with concern.
"Yea, you don't look too good..." Grim worriedly said as he looked at her.
"Yes...yea I'm fine. Just a little lightheaded. I think I'll just lay down in the dressing room for a bit." She mumbled as she got up from her seat.
"Would you like me to walk you over there Tomioka sama?" Kanzaburou said.
"No..it's fine. Don't worry I'll be ok." She sighed as she then left now leaving the group.
Rook was silent as he watched as Vil walked off before (Y/N) soon left as well. ".........."
"He's..." Kalim mumbled as he was now staring the the gift the female took with her as Jamil stayed silent.

In the coliseum hallway, Vil now stood by himself as he soon took out his phone.

After breaking his phone, Vil kept walking away unaware that he was being followed.

"Hey, Kanzaburou. What's the deal? We're done with rehearsal. We're allowed to go eat. So why are you following Vil?" Grim said now on top of Kanzaburou's shoulders.
I know, it's just...after the clown left I suddenly got a very bad feeling. I can't put my finger on it." The raven haired male mumbled. "The feeling felt worse when Tomioka sama soon left as well..."
"Oh hey, Vil's stopped in front of someone's dressing room. Who's he visiting?" Grim said as the two continued to watch Vil as he knocked on a door.
"Coming!" A voice called out as the door was then opened now revealing Neige. "Oh, hi, Vi. What's up?"
"We didn't get much of a chance to talk before rehearsal. I was hoping we might chat a bit more." Vil said.
"Oh, of course! I was thinking the same thing." Neige said as he stepped out of the dressing room.
"Where are your little friends?" Vil questioned.
"Oh, Dominic and the others went to check out some exhibit booths. Those guys just can't sit still for a second." Neige said.
"Ah. So you're alone." Vil said as he now smirked at the male.
"Alone, just like her now...."
"Your rehearsal performance was splendid. You have a way of captivating everyone around you. You always have." Vil said.
"Your performance was incredible too, you know! I could never pull off a song as cool as that one. And your dance moves were in such perfect sync. My eyes were glued to the stage!" Neige excitedly said. "Not to mention the other performance with that girl was amazing too! I bet you guys must be great friends huh?"
"Yea we sure are...." Vil said as his voice trailed off a bit before giving Neige a strained smile. "Well...thank you. I suppose we both want what we don't have. Say, Neige. Are you thirsty at all? I brought you some apple juice. I've been quite taken with this brand recently."
"Ooh, that's the one you posted about on Magicam! I've been wanting to try it. How nice of you to bring me some!" Neige happily said as he grabbed the bottle of apple juice from Vil.
"What are we doing?" A voice said from out of nowhere. (Y/N) now stood behind Kanzaburou and smiled as she held a box of cookies in her hand.
"Nice to see you're feeling better but you to hush and just listened to this." Grim hushed her as she gave a small nod before peaking around the corner just like they were doing.
"Hm...." (Y/N) hummed as she watched the interaction between Vil and Neige.
"By all means, then. Drink up." Vil said as he smirked at the Neige.
"Don't mind if I do!" Neige happily said now opening the bottle which caused (Y/N)'s eyes to widen.
"Now with this, that'll take care of the two of them..."
"Wait, don't-" The raven haired female tried to warn but was immediately cut off by Rook's voice.
"Neige!" Rook called out as Vil's eyes widened now staring at the blonde.
"Mrah?!" Grim said.
"My apologies for interrupting your chat, but the staff was looking for you. They have questions about the main show performance. Roi des Neiges...ah, pardon. Neige." Rook said as he smiled at Neige.
"Roi des...? Wait. Are you-?" Neige said but was immediately cut off by Rook.
"Oh, dear! My throat is positively parched from running around looking for you. That apple juice you're holding looks so cold and refreshing. Might I trouble you to let me have it?" Rook said.
"O...of course. It's all yours!" Neige said as he gave the bottle to Rook all while Vil stared with wide eyes.
"Thank you, Neige. You should hurry onto the stage. And I suggest not coming back here again." Rook slightly warned as (Y/N) silently watched.
"Huh? What do you mean by that?" Neige said as he stared at the blonde in confusion.
"Go on, off with you, now! Away, away!" Rook said now ushering the raven haired male away.
"R...right!" Neige said before soon running off.
"Ah...Rook, why?" Vil said as he watched as Neige ran off before looking back at Rook.
"Mmm...that sweet, tart apple aroma. It makes me envision a bright red apple, just waiting for me to take a bite. Epel's hometown specialty is truly magnifique. I shall drink it to the last drop, Roi du Poison." Rook said as he brought the bottle up to his lips.
Vil's eyes widened as he stared at Rook. "Ah..."
"Don't do it, Rook!" A voice shouted now slapping the bottle out of Rook's hand which caused it to shatter.
"Roi Doré! What brings you here?" Rook said as he looked over at Kalim now noticing that (Y/N) had a box of cookies. "And (Y/N), Kanzaburou, and Grim as well?"
"So there's two..."
"Geez, Kalim! Why'd you go and smack the juice right outta Rook's hand?" Grim said.
"I made it..." Kalim panted before facing (Y/N) and slapping the cookies off her hands.
"H...huh?"The female's blue eyes widened as she stared at Kalim in shock.
"What the..."
"Don't eat that, please!" Kalim immediately said as he hugged (Y/N) in an almost protective manner.
"Why are all of you here?" Vil said as the juice along with the cookies started to sizzle.
"Myah! The apple juice on the floor is bubbling and turning a poisonous purple color!" Grim exclaimed as (Y/N) stared at the sight in shock. Once she realized what was happening, she felt her heart pound in her chest.
"You used your signature spell to curse those cookies and juice, didn't you?" Kalim said as he finally let go of the female now standing in front of her.
"Wait what?"
I'm gonna kill him..."
"He what?!" Grim exclaimed.
"Am I a rival too? You...you were trying to take us out?" (Y/N) said as she stared in disbelief.
"I got a real bad feeling when I saw the look on your face after Neige and (Y/N)'s rehearsal. It was practically the same look I saw on Jamil's face when he lost control of himself over holiday break." Kalim said.
"..............."
"Rook. Why did you try to drink that? You had to have known that doing so wouldn't end well for you." Vil said as he turned to face the blonde.
"I wanted to believe in you. You, who strives harder and reaches for greater heights than any other. I didn't want you to besmirch yourself by doing anything foolish. And if the apple juice was cursed, I wanted to taste it. I wanted to taste the fruit of a poison derived from an obsession with beauty bordering on madness." Rook said.
"How could you say something like that?!" Kalim exclaimed as he glared at Vil.
"............."
Vil stayed silent as he looked at Kalim and then back at (Y/N).
"And Vil, do you have any idea how foolish that was?! You said every other team here would look like spuds compared to us..." Kalim said as he looked over at (Y/N) before apologizing to which she simply shrugged. "You said we were going to have the best performance in the world! After all of that, why stoop to this?!"
"Hahah... Ahaha...that's what I want to know. More than the rest of you, even." Vil chuckled as he smirked at them. "But you see, I've come to a realization. That I! Can never! Win! And that's why...I'm going...to handle Neige myself and I'll start off with her!" Vil exclaimed as the juice and cookies soon started to bubble up more.
"Myah?! What now? All the juice and cookies you guys just spilled is moving again! It's spreading all over the floor!" Grim exclaimed.
"What's this smoke?! C...can't...breathe..." Kalim said as he started to cough as the female covered her mouth.
"(Y/N)! Kalim! Don't inhale that mist! Vil's signature spell is Fairest One of All! He can use it to curse any object. The mist is the evaporated form of that cursed liquid. If you breathe it in, you'll be immobilized. Yet, would one glass of juice truly have such a drastic transformation? Would the same result if a single bite of a sweet?" Rook said as his eyes then widened. "Ah...you didn't!"
"Please. Don't look at me...don't look at me with those eyes!" Vil exclaimed as he then covered his face. "Why? I want to be the fairest one of all, so why am I so...so...ugly? Ugly?! Ugly?!"
"Roi du Poison, you are far from ugly!" Rook said.
"Eh you're about a 3 to me." Kanzaburou smirked as everyone looked at him making the raven haired male laugh nervously. "Aha...sorry, sorry not the time."
"Yea! And listen, Neige didn't drink the juice and (Y/N) didn't eat the cookies. Neither did Rook. You haven't hurt anyone yet. So please, Vil, snap out of it... " Kalim said as he coughed.
"Not yet..."
"It was a close call...." (Y/N) mumbled as she coughed.
"Silence! What do any of you know?! What does it matter who forgives me?! I can't... I can't forgive myself!" Vil angrily shouted as ink slowly started coming out.
"Vil's body is giving off black ink! It's like what happened with Jamil..." Kalim coughed.
"That poison juice and cookies are dissolving the floor and spreading!" Grim exclaimed now coughing.
"Ugh like acid." Kanzaburou said as he started to cough. "Looks like it will dissolve us if we touch it." He said as the raven haired female took in a shaky breath now staring at it in shock.
"I...I'm paralyzed. I can't talk! I...I feel so stupid now..."
"Heheh...yes, of course. If I just melt everyone else into a hideous mess... then I'll be the fairest one of all, won't I!" Vil laughed now smirking at them as he Overblotted. "Don't worry, this won't hurt for long. It will be over soon. Your blood will run cold, and you'll never wake up again." Vil said.
"Heheh...Ha ha ha! Aaah ha ha ha ha ha!"
"Oh, Vil... What a frightful, sorrowful sight you are. And yet so darkly dazzling. I can scarcely take my eyes off you, however clouded they may be." Rook sadly said.
"Don't praise him right now!" Kanzaburou exclaimed as he coughed again. "Now's not the time to be fruity."
"Argh! I'm getting...weaker...." Kalim groaned.
"I'm getting all...lightheaded..." Grim mumbled as something quickly flew past them.
"What?!" Vil exclaimed as it flew past him. "Rgh! Get out of here, you pest!" He angrily said.
"Is that you, magic carpet?! What are you doing here?" Kalim said as (Y/N) stared at the carpet in awe.
"Really, now. Why am I not surprised?" A voice said now revealing it was Jamil on top of the carpet. "Everyone, get on!"
"Do we have to?!" Kanzaburou hesitantly said before Jamil grabbed him by the collar now forcing him on the carpet.
"Jamil!" Kalim shouted as everyone soon got on the carpet and flew away.
"You shall not escape." Vil said as he flew after them.

After successfully escaping, thank you, Jamil, they all landed on the ground of the Purple Stage and now took notice of the dark sky.
"Whoa..."
"Ah you're a life saver, thank you." (Y/N) said as she hugged the carpet who seemed to enjoy the female's embrace. "And you too senpai, thank you." She said as she gave Jamil a hug.
"Heh it was nothing." Jamil said as he smiled at her now returning the embrace while the others glared at him making him smirk in return.
"What about my hug?"
"That's not fair..."
"The skies were clear and sunny before, yet now a tempest rages...truly, it is like a reflection of Vil's own heart." Rook said.
"Jamil, we need to evacuate the staff and students, now!l" Kalim immediately said before soon noticing the coliseum was empty. "Wait, why is the whole place suddenly empty?"
"Remind me again, how many years have I been covering for you every time you pull a crazy stunt? Of course I had the place evacuated already." Jamil said.
"Whaaa?! But how?!" Grim exclaimed.

"Who was the staffer looking for me?" Neige said as he looked around.
"Excuse me. You're Neige LeBlanche, yes?" Jamil said as he approached Neige.
"Yes, that's me. Can I help you?" Neige nodded as he smiled at Jamil.
"I am such a huge fan! I can't believe I get to meet you in person." Jamil said as he grinned at the male. "Could I get your autograph?
Neige nodded happily at him. "Of course. Where would you like me to sign?" He questioned.
"If you could look right...here." Jamil said now smirking as he used his signature spell on Neige.
"Ah..." Neige mumbled as a hazy feeling soon took off him.
"You're going to draw a crowd for me. Take this mic. Now go entertain the fans waiting outside the coliseum. Dance! Sing!" Jamil ordered as he gave Neige a mic.
"Very well..." Neige nodded as he then ran off.
"What?! Neige is performing for the people in the standby line?!" A tv station crew exclaimed. "I need all hands on deck, now! We can't miss filming a viral opportunity this big!"
"Yes, sir!" The rest of the staff all said in unison as everyone soon followed after Neige.
"...That should do it." Jamil said as he watched as everyone left the coliseum.

"You got everyone outside with the least possible risk! Good job senpai." (Y/N) said as Jamil smiled at her now blushing a bit from her slight praise.
"When I saw the look on Vil's face after Neige's rehearsal, I had a feeling something was brewing. And I also had a feeling someone would poke the hornets' nest and set off a worst case scenario." Jamil said as he then glanced at Kalim.
"Huh? Why are you making it sound like this is my fault? I couldn't just ignore it!" Kalim exclaimed.
"Whether your intentions were pure or not, the result is the same, the hornets' nest has fallen. Now we have to figure out what to do about it." Jamil said.
"Aaagh...well, you still pulled through for us. Thanks, Jamil!" Kalim happily said now grinning at the male.
"Hmph. If you'd stayed out of it, Neige would've been the only casualty. Now look at the mess you've made of things." Jamil mumbled.
"Merveilleux, Jamil. Your cunning eye doesn't miss the slightest hint of trouble from Kalim. Your bond runs deeper than that of a simple aid. Truly, c'est beau!" Rook happily said.
"Please. This is just years of experience for me. And more to the point...if I let this play out, my whole plan to clean up my image will be completely ruined!" Jamil said as he then glanced at Kanzaburou before crossing his arms over his chest.
"At least I'm making better progress than Vil from what it seems..."
Soon enough the sound of footsteps approaching immediately caught everyone's attention.
"Jamil! Ace called out as he approached the group with Deuce and Epel following behind. "We did as you said and made up whatever excuses we needed to get the rest of the staff and students out of the Coliseum. We were checking around for anyone else on our way out...but then this purple mist surrounded the whole coliseum."
"Just touching it was so painful, it felt like my skin was burning. We couldn't force our way through that. What's going on?!" Deuce exclaimed.
"Did he just admit to touching it?"
"I really hope Deuce didn't touch it..."
"The Roi du Poison has overblotted." Rook sadly said.
"What?!" Ace, Deuce, and Epel all exclaimed in unison.
"We'll explain later. He's coming for us!" Jamil said as the sound of crashing was soon heard.
"Ah!" Vil's voice was her as he approached them.
Vil grinned as he then landed in front of them. "You shall not escape me. No one who sees my ugly visage shall live to tell the tale! Aahh ha ha ha ha!" He laughed.
"This is a culture fair. Our school is playing host to a whole gathering of powerful mages. There's no way this state of affairs will go completely unnoticed. We'll need to hold out on our own until backup can break through that poison mist. This is going to get rough." Jamil said.
"Yea. Plus, if Vil runs out of magic before help arrives, it could be fatal to him. We need to get him back to his senses, and fast!" Kalim said.
"I'm mad at him still but I don't want him to die..." (Y/N) mumbled as she unsheathed her sword.
"Today...today, I'm not gonna lose! I can't lose!" Epel confidently said.
"Vil...I shall free you from your prison of pain." Rook said.

"We have your back (Y/N)!" Jamil said as the others nodded in agreement.
"Be careful!" Kalim said as (Y/N) gave him a nod now holding her sword in hand.
"You guys be careful as well." The female said as she took in a breath and glared up at Vil. "Enough of this nonsense. You're behaving like a child." (Y/N) said as she clutched her sword and exhaled.
Water Breathing; Sixth Form: Whirlpool
She said as she ran towards Vil's Overblot monster as she twisted her upper and lower body now creating a whirlpool of air at it.
"(Y/N)?!" The boys called in unison once seeing her pained expression.
"I'm fine." She grunts not getting up once again.
"Pathetic!" Vil laughed as he knocked back the raven haired female as she was hit by the purple mist causing her to hiss in pain.
"Oh, Vil...this act is an offense against beauty. Please, cease this!" Rook said as he attacked Vil with magic along with the others.
"Yea! This ain't like you!" Epel said.
(Y/N) stood up now panting a bit as she burning sensation in her left arm. Gritting her teeth she ignored it now focusing on the fight at hand.
Water Breathing; Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin
She let out a breath as she leaped into the air now heading for the Overblot monster. She slashes it vertically in a flowing motion putting all her strength into the attack almost decapitating it before being harshly knocked back by Vil causing her to crash into some rubble.
"Aghh..." She groaned in pain due to the harsh impact. Her sword fell out of her hands now beside her.
"(Y/N) get up!" Grin cried out as he looked over at the female in concern. "You have to get up, I know you won't let something like this beat you!"
"Come on (Y/N), we believe in you!" Ace said as Kanzaburou nodded in agreement.
"Give it your all Tomioka sama!" Kanzaburou said as the raven haired female slowly stood up again as she grabbed her sword from the ground. He head was bleeding a bit and her outfit was slightly torn, it was obvious she was tired.
"She looks worse now..."
"Just how badly is that mist hurting her..."
"I'm ok, don't worry...I promise I'll snap him out and save him!" (Y/N) exclaimed now coughing a bit before me taking her position.
"Rrgh... You meddling spuds! If I must, then I shall drag all of you down with me!" Vil said as he then glared at the raven haired female. "And I'll start with you!" Now throwing attack after attack towards her direction.
"Vil, please, you have to stop! You're not going to survive if you keep this up!" Kalim cried out as (Y/N) jumped back quickly dodging the attacks.
"Rgh! We're so close to breaking his blot form." Jamil said.
"I'm running dry on magic over here!" Ace tiredly said as he panted from exhaustion.
"Yea, I can't breathe another puff of fire!" Grim exclaimed.
"Stay on your feet, everyone. We need to at least get clear of the poison mist..." Rook said.
"Are you doing Alright Tomioka sama?" Kanzaburou said.
"How are you holding up (Y/N)?" Epel said as he look over at the exhausted female.
"Don't worry about me. Worry about Vil." She said as she jumped off a pillar with her sword gripped tightly in hand.
Water Bretahing; Tenth Form: Constant Flux
She yelled out as she performed various flow of attacks which took the form of a water dragon. Her hands feeling shaky and sweaty as she grips her sword. She was determined to end this once and for all.
"Everybody, get down!" Deuce exclaimed as he watched as the female attacked the Overblot monster.
"Huh?!" Grim exclaimed.
"Ah...I get it! Everybody, do what Deuce says, lickety split!" Epel said as everyone moved out of the way.
"Huh?!" Everyone exclaimed in unison.
"My brain doesn't work well under pressure. I can't understand things unless I hammer them in repeatedly." Deuce said as a strong aura of magic surrounded him. "But...if something is hammered into me enough, then I'm able to turn it into something worthwhile!" He exclaimed.
"What's this? An aura of power is rising up around Deuce!" Rook said as he looked at the blue haired male in awe.
"Wait, what?! Is that...?!" Ace said as he stared at Deuce with wide eyes.
"How...is that possible? How did you keep that much magic...in reserve?!" Vil shouted now distracted by Deuce.
"It's not my magic, Vil. It's the power you've hammered into me! And now it's a power that only I have! It's payback time! Get a load of this!" Deuce exclaimed as he then looked over at the female. "(Y/N) jump, move out of the way!"
Deuce shouted and with that, (Y/N) nodded as she lodged her sword into the Overblot monster's neck before twisting her body now out of the way as she fell. The blue haired male immediately caught (Y/N) in his arms as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Bet The Limit!" Deuce exclaimed as his attack successfully hit Vil as the Overblot monster was now decapitated thanks to the attack.
"The fairest... one of all is..." Vil mumbled as he then fainted along with (Y/N) who now laid unconscious in Deuce's arms.

• Everyone saw (Y/N)'s performance including Malleus.
• (Y/N) performed the Dance of the Fire God while Kanzaburou was singing the song.
• Idia and Ortho chose the song and dance specifically for (Y/N) and Kanzaburou because they saw it as best fitting.
• The moment (Y/N) received the gift from a staff instead of Trey himself was when Kalim immediately got suspicious.
• The dwarfs are still convinced that (Y/N) is a Princess.
• The stronger the Overblots get the more attacks (Y/N) has to do. This means she's pushing herself further to save the Overblot victims.
• The staff and audience agree that (Y/N) and Neige should collaborate and work together.
• Vil was the one who set up the poisonous cookies for (Y/N) under Trey's name. He knew if it was anonymous she wouldn't accept it so he put a familiar name on it.
• (Y/N) is flexible, this an another reason why her moves are graceful and she is able to move around the stage without a sweat.
• The first time rehearsing with Crewel, Ortho, and Idia, Kanzaburou really didn't want to sing. He was afraid he'd ruin the performance.
• Crowley pulled some strings and "kindly" told the crew staff that there would be another NRC performance but as a duo.
• (Y/N) and Neige are currently top trending on Magicam.
• The reason why Vil decided to use cookies instead of the apple juice from Epel's hometown was because he remembered how happy she got when Ace gave her Trey's sweets.
• Idia did not tell (Y/N) the name of the song for obvious reasons.
• Just like Crowley, (Y/N) also made a gift for Crewel. She just hasn't given it to him yet.
• (Y/N) found Neige's performance along with the dwarfs to be cute.
• Kanzaburou's smile during the performance helped get them more attention.
• (Y/N) didn't wanna talk to the camera crew due to not wanting to be crowded by the "strange devices" so she quickly left after talking to Crewel and Crowley.
• If Kalim didn't arrive on time, (Y/N) would have been cursed.
• Jamil has made better progress in Kanzaburou's eyes than Vil ever will.

• When getting that little "dream" while awake, (Y/N) did feel a bit lightheaded due to never experiencing something it that before.
• Crewel and Crowley were both proud of (Y/N) and Kanzaburou's performance.
• Jamil along with the others found it cute when (Y/N) hugged and thanked the magic carpet.
• Vil is not pleased knowing that (Y/N) has become popular above him.
• Princely characters like the RSA students (Chenya being about 50%) have a greater effect on Kanzaburou than the NRC boys do. Meaning that he won't mind or care if they get too close to (Y/N). The only exception being his favorite which are Silver, Kalim, Malleus, Deuce, Idia, and Epel.
• Seeing the bubbling defect of the poisonous cookies and juice slightly scared (Y/N) now making her think about a certain purple haired male back home.
• Kalim and the others were worried about (Y/N) each time she got hurt by Vil and his Overblot monster.
• After performing the tenth water breathing form and lodging it into the Overblot monster, (Y/N) managed to break her sword in half. She isn't aware of this.
• (Y/N) passed out in Deuce's arms which caused him to immediately worry about her.
• Rook picked up (Y/N)'s broken sword
• Shinobu once tried to poison (Y/N) which is a reason why she was slightly scared of the purple mist.
• Both Crewel and Crowley were flighty shocked when (Y/N) hugged them, but never the less enjoyed and returned the gesture.
• The next chapter is a flashback between Vil and (Y/N) this will also give away sad information about Kanzaburou.
• Vil's Overblot was the one to so far inflict a lot of harm and injuries to (Y/N).
• (Y/N) mentally scolded herself by telling herself she was stupid and weak for allowing Vil's mist to paralyze her.
• Kalim stood protectively in front of (Y/N) so Vil wouldn't get to get.

Guys this is what happens when I indulge myself in deep conversation with you all 😭 I start drawing weird shit. Lmao ok so lemme give you guys some contexts, this is based on the Descendants 3 scene One Kiss between Evie and Doug. This is started as a conversation between me and AllisonShion1201 but now this happened. I used a picker wheel to see who would be Doug and the winner was Rook while Tomioka is Evie, so this is the result. Vil js angry because he didn't get a staring role and yes, Neige made the cut which is why he's happy.
