Val's POV
I headed downstairs and made dinner for Jay. I filled his plate and placed it on the counter. He comes down and eats. Every bite he took he just looked at me.
"When you're done, put the plate in the dishwasher" I say before making my way back up to the room to take a shower

After my shower, I put on my silk lounge set and did my skincare. I brushed my hair and let it air dry to it's natural curls. Before heading downstairs, I grabbed a light sweater from the closet. As I was about to turn the corner, Jay comes out of nowhere and grabs me spinning me around with my back pinned against the closet door.
"Jeezus you scared me" I gasped
"Please forgive me. I don't want to argue with you" Jay says
"Who says we were arguing?" I smirked looking at him mischievously
"Oh I see what you did there. Is that why you're wearing this set? To tease me?" Jay grins
"What if I did?" I said before leaning in to kiss him
The kiss became heated before the kids barged in and we broke apart.
"To be continued.." Jay whispers against my lips before tending to the kids
I make my way downstairs and into the kitchen. I begin to prep the kids birthday dishes for the party tomorrow. I baked the cake refrigerated to set it for it to be decorated tomorrow. Most of the placements are set up outside already. I have a cake and dessert table set up. All I need to do are the balloon arrangements.
"I'm excited for tomorrow!" Halston cheers
"Me too! I cant wait to see all my friends!" Kai says
"Tomorrow is all about you two" I said
"Daddy will you be here tomorrow?" Kai asks
"Of course I will. I wouldn't miss it for the world" Jay says
"Are there presents!?" Halston asks
"That is for you to find out silly girl" Jay says
"Could you two go upstairs and change into your pjs. I laid them out on your beds. Then come down to dinner" I said
"Yes mama" they both said before running upstairs
I grab a pan heated up some vegetables for the kids. As I was cooking them, a hand runs up my thigh then around my waist.
"You're one sexy mama, you know that" Jay says in my ear before kissing down my neck
"Can't you see I'm cooking here mister" I chuckled
"I just couldn't resist" Jay says still nibbling at my neck
I could feel his growing bulge against my thigh. To tease him, I pushed back a bit grinding my ass against him. I felt his hands snake up my shorts and caressing my ass squeezing it gently.
"You're such a tease babe" Jay lets out a groan
I turn off the stove and turn around to face Jay before we both kissed. I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him in to deepen the kiss. Right as it was getting intense, we were interrupted by the kids again.
"I guess you'll have to wait until dessert time" I winked before going to grab the plates and filling them with food for the kids
"I want pasta!" Halston said sitting down
"I made you both some pasta and veggies. If you finish your veggies, you get a treat" I bribed them
"Ice cream?" Kai asks
"Yes. Only if you finish your dinner" I said
Jay and I went out to the back and began to do the balloon arrangement. The kids party was jungle themed so lots of green and animal prints. I blew up the balloons and tied them while Jay sets up the rail and puts it together.
"How's it look babe?" Jay asks
"Perfect! Thank you!" I say
