MAISIE and LANDO were peacefully sleeping when a phone rang making them both to suddenly open their eyes.
It was her phone ringing. She sighed and looked at who was calling her and sighed even more seeing that it was her mother.
"and she woke us up, great" the girl ironically said as she put her phone on the airplane mode
"she?"
"my mother, but i'm so not answering to her. she can harass me i don't care" she declared "anyway, we should get up now, it's like twelve"
"yeah.."
So they both got up and did their things, shower, dressed up and were now in the kitchen to eat their breakfast. Yes at twelve.
"maisie, what are we doing today?"
"seeing Maria and Max"
"oh yeah i forgot" he commented
"so you also forgot that we were going to play golf.."
"yep, thank you for reminding me that"
"you're welcome" she chuckled "and i'm telling you now before you start mocking me-"
"me?? mocking you?? never"
"right.. but so like i was going to say i never played golf! if i suck you know why!"
"i still can mock you"
"annoying and mean"
"then why are you with me?" he playfully asked
"i don't know.." she answered jokingly
"you don't know?"
"i don't know" she repeated
He got up from the chair he was sitting in to approach her to whisper in her ear "i think i know"
After that they just stayed in her living room, next to each other on their phones.
Lando was scrolling on instagram but his attention got caught by Maisie. He could see that she was hesitating to click on one of her posts and he knew why.
"maisie give me your phone" he talked
"why?" she looked at him, confused
"just trust me"
he looked serious
he was being serious
So she just handed it to him,
"you can take mine if you want while i do something on yours"
"what are you going to do?"
"i'm not going to go through your phone or anything, I swear. I just want to see something on instagram."
"no i know. i trust you. so yeah okay" she simply said "and don't worry i'm just going to watch something on Netflix on the tv" she reassured him and he nodded
She turn on the tv and put on a show on netflix while Lando was doing this something on her instagram. It took a while but he eventually finished!
"you can have your phone back" he informed her and handed it to her
"finally, it took a while!" she chuckled "but thanks"
"yeah but now you can read the comments under your last post" he spoke and confused she went to her last post to see in the comments, only positive ones
He deleted the negative ones..
"wow, thank-"
"no, don't thank me"
"you're literally perfect?" she told him,
"i'm not but in the contrary you are"
"not true but whatever" she said and then clicked on her last post on instagram, she started to read the comments, reply to them and all that with a smile on her face
Lando was watching her and just smiled. He loved seeing her smiling and being happy. And all these negative comments were making him feel so bad for her, she didn't deserve this.
A WHILE AFTER..
MAISIE, LANDO, MARIA and MAX were at the golf.
"i'm so good at this" max proudly said
"don't talk too much too fast max" ria told to him
"yep i agree with her" maisie added
"you can talk you suck" max told her
"in my defence i told you guys i never played golf before!"
"she did said it.." lando commented
"aww he wants to defend his girlfriend" max spoke in a childish tone
"we shouldn't have told him we were together" lando looked at maisie and she simply nodded
"worst error"
Then Ria and Max just went away to search for water because they were all four thirsty. And so the couple was alone,
"you really suck at golfing" Lando laughed
"i know, no need to remind me that"
"need some help?"
"how?"
"place yourself" he indicated her and she complied. He then positioned himself next to her "so, you gain momentum and shoot" Lando told her and reproduced the gesture.
Maisie observed him attentively and before doing the same thing, he approached her and placed his arms over hers to help her. As the girl's cheeks began to turn pink she shot and..
"see you did it!" Lando smiled by moving a little away from her
"thank you" Maisie smiled back
He looked at her eyes, then her lips. Her eyes also squinted between his eyes and his lips. They both slowly closed their eyes, leaned in and sealed their lips. Perfect together.
They both smiled and Max and Maria came back, with 4 bottles of water.
"ugh again" max spoke, looking at the couple, disgusted
"we're not even kissing?" maisie spoke back
"yeah but you two are too close. and for now you two aren't even public, i'm scared for after"
"shut up" lando simply said
"i agree with lando" maria commented "and we have the water" she handed a bottle to lando and a bottle to maisie
"thanks"
After that they continued to play for a while and finally decided to go to Maria's place, they spend some hours there and decided to go out tonight. To a bar, them and a few friends. It was by the way soon so Maisie went back to her place and got ready.
About an hour and a half she finished! She heard the doorbell ringing. Maria, Max and Lando were outside. She quickly took her purse and got out of her house.
"red on you is a yes" ria immediately said when she saw her friend
"and yellow on you is just wow" maisie complimented her friend back
MAISIE, LANDO, MARIA and MAX arrived at the bar/club some time ago. They were now all talking, laughing. A good atmosphere was present.
But, at one point Maisie saw that she received a message from Lando. She discreetly opened it and he was asking her if she could follow him somewhere to talk? She smiled and replied that yes.
They both got up but Lando first, a few seconds later she joined him. With the famous excuse of the toilets. They moved away to a corner where no one was so people couldn't see them.
"i don't know if we are very discreet" maisie chuckled as she placed her hands around his neck
"i don't know either" lando said as he placed his hands on her waist "but what i know is that you are the hottest woman i've ever seen"
"shut up"
"what? i'm being serious"
"well, if i'm being serious too you are the hottest man i've ever seen"
"should i believe that?" lando jokingly demanded
"yeah, you definitely should. i can even prove it to you!" she played along
"oh yeah?" he questioned and she nodded "how?"
"like that" Maisie carefully placed her hands on his cheeks and put her lips on his, he kissed her back and once it ended they both smiled
"you should do this more often"
The girl laughed at the remark and smiled before walking towards the table they had been sitting in minutes ago. Lando watched her walk, a smirk on his face and after a few seconds also headed to the table.
