JJ opened the door of the Twinkie and helped me out "Thank you, kind sir!" "You're welcome, my lady." We exchanged and we both laughed "I want a coke!" I told him and he was called over by one of his friends and I sighed "Go! I'll get my drink and come right back!" I yelled over the music and the crowd of hormonal drunk teenagers.
I leaned over to get a can but someone went to grab it to "Oh sorry I-" I looked up to see Taylor, out of jail and my eyes widened "Taylor?!?" "Hey Liv." He smirked and I pulled away "What are you-? How are you here?" "It's funny how much money my parents have." Taylor said and he placed a hand on my shoulder.
"You know I'm not going to hold it against you that you and your father put me in jail. Oh yeah I heard about your dad." Taylor smirked then leaned closer "He got what he deserved." He whispered in my ear, I couldn't move, I was quaking in fear. "So will you... because it's your fault." He muttered and then kissed my cheek.
"It was nice seeing you Liv." He said then walked away, my breathing started to hitch and I looked down at the cooler then took a can of beer and chugged it down. I needed to be numb, I didn't want to feel like this so I finished one can then opened another.
I walked through the crowd of people and I took someone's drink "Yo!" "Hey Liv! Liv!" I heard and I saw Kiara. "Hey. You alright?" "Yeah. I'm fine. I just need another drink." I told her turning around then I saw Taylor looking at me. "What happened to not wanting to be tempted? Liv? Liv, what the hells going on?" "I'm fine, Kie. Just leave me alone." I said as I know I was not fine, Taylor still had this hold on me and it was tight. Kiara looked at Taylor and I just walked away.

I turned to see what Liv was looking at and I saw Taylor talking to some guys and he saw me and waved, I frowned and turned around to look at Liv but she was gone. I turned around to find her but I couldn't see her, so I ran over to JJ and Pope. "Guys! Taylor is here!" "Kie, Taylor's in jail. How can he be here?" JJ scoffed and I sighed "Well he's here, he's over there." I told him and he frowned. He saw Taylor talking to his clique then JJ looked around "Where's- where's Liv?" "I don't know I lost her in the crowd..." I told him and he started walking through the massive crowd "Liv! Liv!" He started yelling and I help to find her. "I'm gonna find John B!" Pope yelled and I nodded.

I saw Liv sitting on the ground holding her knees close to her chest and she didn't look okay, she was shaking and her breathing was rapid "Liv, hey Liv. It's okay, you're okay. I'm here." I told her and she looked up at me, I saw she was crying. She glanced to Taylor then started mumbling something about it was her fault, i frowned then straightened up. I began walking over to him "Hey JJ." "You stay the hell away from Liv." I told him and he smirked.

Next thing I knew JJ punched Taylor in the face and I noticed Topper and John B were also fighting "Liv get up, please. The boys need us!" I told her and she looked up and saw JJ and Taylor fighting "Okay." She muttered wiping her tears away then I helped her up.
Olivia
I started walking over to the fight and something in me like a switch flickered because I just felt this rage now building up "Taylor!" I yelled and he turned to me and I swung my fist in his direction, it connecting with his face. "That's my girl!" I heard JJ yell.
Some girl pushed me "Get out of here, Kook." She yelled at me and I glared at her then slapped her "Bitch!" I yelled and she lunged for me pulling my hair as I tried to do the same. JJ pulled me away from her while some guy pulled the other girl from me too "Crazy ass Kook!" "Call me a Kook, one more fucking time! I dare ya!" I yelled and JJ carried me towards the Twinkie.
"Bye Bitch!" I yelled laughing then Kiara opened the door and JJ placed me inside. I calmed down and I sighed as everyone was looking at me "What?" "What the hell was that?" Kiara asked and I rolled my eyes "I was just having fun!" I told them and Pope frowned.
"Having fun?"
"Liv, you were just having a mental breakdown! What did Taylor do to you?" Kiara asked and John b looked back at me from the front seat, my smile faded.
"Did Taylor hurt you?" "No! He just talked to me." I told them and we sat in silence for a second.
"I'm sorry, I'm such a mess." I told them they shook their heads "You don't have to apologize, he shouldn't be here. He should still be in jail for what he did to you, Liv."

We got back to the Chateau and JJ laid me in the bed and I sighed "Here. Drink." He said handing me a glass of water and I smiled.
"Thank you for saving me." "Anytime princess."
"What did Taylor say to you?" JJ asked and I sighed "He- he said my father got what he deserved and that it's my fault... he's right... it is my fault." I told him and JJ shook his head. "No, Liv. This is not your fault." "He got shot because he was in debt... he invested in this company and they killed him." I cried and he shook his head. "That doesn't mean it's your fault." JJ told me and I shook my head "He invested because he was in debt with my moms medical bills and to top it off my bills from rehab! It is my fault!" I yelled getting up from the bed then walked outside passing everyone who was sitting by the fire.

I followed Liv outside and the others all looked at her then to me "What's wrong?" "Yeah, is Liv okay?" John B and Pope asked and I held my hand up for them to stop and be quiet then walked onto the dock where Liv went.
"Hey, it is not your fault, if it's anyone's it's Taylor's. He's the one who got you hooked on drugs in the first place." I told her wrapping my arms around her waist and rested my chin on her shoulder.
Liv laid back into my chest and sighed "I guess." She mumbled and turned her head so she was facing my face. "Remember we're here for you." I told her and she stared in my eyes.
"C'mon, Pope got marshmallow's... I know how much you love them." I told her and she smiled "Yay." She cheered and I grabbed her hand then pulled her back towards the house. "You good?" John B asked and Liv nodded "Yeah. I'm good." She said sitting on my lap and I handed her a Marshmallow. "Huh Mmm." She mumbled eating it and I smirked "You were supposed to roast it first in the fire." I told her and she chuckled.

"I've had more black eyes in the last month than I've ever had." "That was building up for years. Rumble in the jungle." JJ said and he picked up a hot pocket from a plate but dropped it back onto the plate "Ah!" "Careful it's hot." I muttered and he looked at me like dumbfounded. "I can tell it's hot, I just burnt my hand." JJ said and I smirked "Want me to kiss it make you feel better?" I muttered and he held his hand out and I lightly kissed it.
"Hey, did you really stick up for Sarah?" John B asked Kiara and she shrugged "Of course I did. She's not a real Kook." She said and I cleared my throat "Right." "Yeah, tell that to Topper." Pope said and JJ burnt his hand again "Really? You're supposed to use the sleeve." I told him handing the piece of cardboard and carefully placed the hot pocket in its sleeve preparing it for JJ to eat. "I just want one bite. That... Mmm." "What are you doing? No, stop!" Kiara yelled and her hot pocket fell to the ground "You're not having any of mine." JJ said and I smirked "I can have a bite right?" I asked and he nodded "Sure." He mumbled with food in his mouth and I chuckled then took a bite of his hot pocket. "I thought you were gonna share." "I spent my money on that." John B and Kiara went at it then I opened a bottle of water. "Sixteen years in most federal prisons." "I'm stealing your marshmallow."
"I believe that's a... not even a fair trade." Pope told her and she shook her head "It's not at all. Not even close." Kiara muttered and I chuckled "Hey, hey." John B shushed us and i frowned "Somebody's here." He told us and I heard rustling by the chicken coop.
We all got up from our spots and made our way closer to see who was here "You don't think that Topper would..." "I wouldn't put it past him." JJ said and I shook my head "Do you have your gun?" Kiara asked and JJ scoffed "Oh, now she wants the gun." "Oh, now you don't have the gun?" JJ and Kiara fought like an old married couple and I rolled my eyes "No." "Isn't that your "secret" weapon?" Kiara said in quotes and I sighed "Shut up." "You guys stop." John B and I told them and JJ rolled his eyes. "Jesus. Goddamn, now she wants the gun." JJ muttered and I held one of the skewers to defend myself "Hey, who's out there?" I yelled and Kiara held a stick "You Kooks better not try anything." "Who's there?"
The guy from the other day that was with my father and Limbrey "How y'all doing?" "It's this piece of shit." JJ muttered and grabbed my hand when I looked to see if my father was with him.
"You gotta be kidding me." "Lovely evening we're having." The guys said and i frowned "Look, I, uh... I don't hold a grudge with any of y'all, all right? But this can go hard, or this can go easy. You know what I'm here for. Let me give you a little demonstration." He added as he showed us his pockets and smirked.
"You see that swing?" He nodded at and I glared at him "I got the best bow hunters in the Army Rangers with me. Hidden." He said and JJ took a step towards him but something whizzed past, I turned my head to see a arrow lodge into a tree and my eyes widened "Now, they're out there. They'll stick you just as soon as I say so." He said and JJ scoffed taking another step but the guy whistled and next thing I knew an arrow landed a few centimeters at my feet.
"Uh, uh, uh. We clear?" He said and looked at Pope, JJ and Pope looked at each other then they looked at me. "Now, I'm not gonna give you a countdown or any bullshit like that. I'm just gonna whistle." The guy told him and he shook his head "No." Pope muttered and another arrows flew by this time nicking my arm and I screamed. My hand quickly went straight to my arm and I hissed in pain.
"Pope." I mumbled on the verge of crying as I held my arm tightly.
"This key belongs to my family." Pope said and the guy laughed "I'm losing my patience with you, Pope." He said and was about to whistle again but Pope held the key out for him "Did the right thing, kid... Could of been a lot worse for Nathan's kid." He said and I glared up at him as JJ dropped to my side and examined my arm.
"Knowing when you don't have a choice is an underappreciated talent... You be safe." He said and looked down at me then JJ stood up and was in his face "Easy there... don't want you in worse shape then your girlfriend." He told him then sighed "Y'all have a good night." He said then whistled. When he was gone we all looked at Pope and he shook his head "I'm so sick of this shit." He muttered then looked down at me "Are you okay, Liv?" He asked and helped me up "Yeah, I'm okay... You- you didn't have to give it to him, I'd be okay." I told him and he shook his head "You'd be a skewer." He said and I pulled him into a hug.
