your hands are fidgety right now and you were looking back and forth, checking if someone was following you behind.

draken notices how you were so nervous and sweating bullets so he couldn't help but to get a little but confused at your expression.
"are you okay? " he side-eyed you making mikey halt his eyes towards you. you couldn't look at them completely as you stared down at the floor, and nod as answer.
draken did already know what happened through you. the moment when he arrived at the sano's residence yesterday, he immediately asked mikey out who were you and why were your face had bruises.
he specifically didn't know what to say after that as he look at you pitifully. even he was a delinquent, he couldn't hurt any girl. the same with his friend, mikey. they created toman to save people and fought those villains continually trappings and breaking lives apart.
you almost flinched when suddenly mikey held your hand. you dumbfounded at his actions when he intertwined his fingers onto yours. the warmth on his hand was making the nervousness in your body changed with relieved.
your heart pounded furiously as you looked at his and your hands. you were just look like boyfriends and girlfriends in the middle of the school hallway.
students had start noticing you especially who were you with. it freaked you out again, making you squeezed your hand through mikey.
some of your classmates were shocked seeing you holding hands with him, some even of them stopped on what they were doing to look at you and mikey, while draken was just guiding you two behind.
"is this your classroom? " draken's deep voice echoed the hallway as you shyly nodded, avoiding the stares of your classmate who was their eyes dug deep into you.
"y-yeah." you said as you let go on mikey's hand. he felt it and his mouth agaped while steal a glance at your nervous expression.

but he really felt pity about you.
"y/n." he called before you could even stepped inside your classroom. you stopped at your tracks to gained your strength to look at him. thankfully, your teacher hasn't arrived yet.
"i'll pick you up later. be safe." the moment he emphasized the word 'safe', you felt your heart flutter. you nod and gave him a smile reassuring that you were still okay before you completely got inside the classroom.
mikey froze on his spot as you gave him a smile. his mouth was slightly hung open as he realized that he was holding his breath.
"l-let's go, ken-chin." he stutter a bit as he couldn't forgot the picture out of his head. it was the first time he found you smiling, and god ... his heart frantically pounded hard at that time.
"mikey." draken called as they walked out through the hallway.
"are you completely sure that you will skipped your school today? " he asked, making the blonde nod as they already passed the second floor down to first floor of the building.
"gotta ensure her safety." he seriously said while he dug his hands through his pockets. his jacket was still hanging on his shoulder, it makes him even flew his charisma to some students watching them in the hallway secretly.
he couldn't help but to clench his fist inside his pockets. it makes him grit in anger hearing that he wasn't just abused by her brother but also blackmailed to rape her. that made him even clenched his two fists inside.

meanwhile, you couldn't think straight and listen through the teacher as it was discussing infront of them about the upcoming exam after the winter was already done.
you were thinking about mikey. on how he holds your hands mindlessly without further even noticing people watching. but you had to admit it that it made all of your monsters calmed for a little bit of time.
thankfully, no one appeared on your classroom that time. you felt anxious if someone will suddenly barged in through your classroom and you was really afraid if that was really your brother.
you tried herself to focus on the lesson. five subjects had passed and your body already felt the familiar relieved when seeing that it was almost lunch time.
a part of you still felt anxious because you were meeting mikey again. you can't completely forgot mikey's hands on your palm and it made you blush secretly. it made you shocked and you also felt your knees almost give up by his sudden touch. an electric feeling runned down through your spine the moment you felt that.
you didn't realized that the teacher had already bid goodbye. but before you could even stood up from your seat, your classmates had barged in to your seat, asking you tons of questions about you and mikey.
"is you and mikey already after you almost commit suicide?"

"why are you suddenly take mikey out of us?! "
some of them had a bad comment about you, some of them even mentioned the word 'commit suicide' that triggered you the most. the anxiety went on the next stage level as your classmate were already thrilling you, leaving you almost being coward just staring at them one by one.
"one another question again and i will not hesitate to beat outta hell out of you."
something hit your spine making the hairs of your skin crawl. hearing mikey's voice just behind them, they almost lost their soul as mikey was staring at them also, absolutely darkened his eyes.
"what were you doing with her? you didn't even knew what happened to her."
that was his last sentence through them after he immediately pulled you out of the noisy crowds. your hands are shaking again uncontrollably as you couldn't speak a word. tears had spilling out of your eyes as you were really freaked out.
mikey noticed that and he was surprised so he stopped for a bit before pulling you into a hug.
it's enough for you to feel butterflies playing on your stomach. it was more flattering than holding his hands, and it was giving you more warmth. the safetiness in someone's embraces was the most thing you wanted to gain for almost years had passed already.
"shh ... i'm here. don't worry," his voice was so soft. you felt slightly embarrased because you were comforted with him, but what you're feeling right now was to be by his side.

after you had done crying, he brought you outside making you confused. the cafeteria was just lying inside the school building but he just brought you right now on his bike. it was the second time you had ride his bike though. the first time you ride was earlier this morning, when he lend you behind him.
strand of your dark black hair was scattering in the wind, as well as mikey's golden locks. you could smell the lemon shampoo on his head ... and you almost fell for the fragrance you could smell it.
"where are we going, mikey-kun? " that was the first time you had said his name. the moment also you uttered his name, mikey felt his heart pounded again and it play soundsfully through his ears.
"just call me mikey. no need to be so polite." you peeked at the sideview mirror and you saw him eyeing you with a smirk on his lips, so you looked away immediately.
"okay." you cleared your throat. your mind was really fighting earlier on what you will call him.
mikey stopped the car in the middle of the river bank, making your mouth agaped. you got out on the bike as you saw a nearby tree a few meters away from the river. a grassy field sorrounded you as mikey parked his bike.
"uhm ... what are we doing right here? " you asked in confusion as you seen dandelions on the grass field.
"i don't really like hanging out inside that crappy cafeteria. it was so crowded and people were gossiping." he said. 'oh, he got a point.' he said. the same with you. when you were doing your lunch alone, you prefer eating outside the building and hanged out in the field area of the school where you were watching students doing their sports activity.
you really hated socializing people and that's what your brother wants. he just wanted you to focus on him and on your studies. when someone get close to you especially a boy, he didn't hesitate to beat them aback.
"are you okay with here? " he asked as you started to walked towards the downward hill, you spot draken in the tree while he was holding box of bento's and snacks.
"yeah. it's relaxing." you nod and smiled. you couldn't get further into the relaxing and calm spot where you completely forgot all of your problems.
"glad that you're okay now." he said as you two reached toward's draken.
"yo, y/n. we prepared lunch for you." the tall guy said as he opened the foods. it made you surprised as you've seen some of your favorite sushi in that box. you couldn't help but stare at it while your mouth's melting.
"o-oh, it's so many. thank you. " you said as you three had already sat down behind the tree. the sun was clearly perfect for the river to flow, the water had sparkled illuminating the light as it runs down endlessly.
you were munching the sushi in the bento while draken was also eating his also. while mikey sat on the spot a few meters behind you, he was eating his dorayaki while staring at you eating the sushi like it was gone forever.
he couldn't stop admiring you. the way his heart don't have the time to calm the moment you cried earlier. he was completely out of his mind just seeing your calm face right now.
he was also a little but worry and confused as to why he was acting like that everytime he see's y/n. but he's not dumb to feel it. he already see rom-com manga shinichiro had left him.
he started to fall in love.
