It's been a week since Pablo's party, Him and I haven't talked well we only talked once. It was so weird. All of it. We kissed then he acted weird.
I walk downstairs to the living room, I look to the couch and see Pablo. Shit. I clear my throat to make myself known.
"Oh I didn't know you were here," I say, I say he turns around at looks at me with some sort of regret in his eyes. I look away.
"Joao and Pedri went to go pick up the food," He says softly.
"Yeah," I was walking away. Yeah this is awkward.
"Wait b," Pablo says as I turn around
"Yeah?" I say
"I'm sorry for what i said at the party, It was mean and selfish, I truly am sorry," He says. He seems sincere. Which I shouldn't be getting mad at him. He didn't say nothing to him. How could I?
"It's fine," I say before walking away.
It's kind of messing with me. Not talking to him, They have a game today, I have to go get ready.
I walk upstairs to my room, I walk over to my dresser and open the drawer where my jerseys are at.
I have two Brazil ones, one Argentia, 4 england, 3 spain and a lot of barca ones.
It's between Pedri, Joao or Gavi. I don't want Pablo to think he has a obligation to talk to me, I'm gonna choose Joao.
I do my hair and head to the stadium and take some pictures before the game. The barcelona team comes out for warmups when the announcer announces i'm here. the camera pans to me with Bruna Mendes at the bottom, I wave and smile at the camera when the camera then pans to gavi who is looking up at the teleprompter smiling when he notices he looks away and stops smiling, That's weird?

I head over to the locker room before i walk in
"Is everyone decent?" I say covering my eyes
"Yes come in bru," Alejandro says laughing
"Good Job ale," I say hugging him
"Thanks bru," he says with a smile.
Pablo walks in laughing with Pedri, we meet eyes as his smile fades as he walks out of the locker room
Ale notices and tries distracting me when I get up
"I'll be back," I say following Pablo. I'm done with this.
"Pablo," I say softly
"Pablo," I say louder making him stop, He turns around
"What b?" He says annoyed.
"Why do you avoid me? You are supposed to be having fun with ale and Pedri, But instead your not, It's like my presence ruins your mood," I say
"It's not like that b," Pablo says.
"Then what is it? Because clearly it's like that," I say
"I don't want to hurt you again," he says
"Then why did you even start talking to me again? If you didn't want to hurt me" I say
"I don't know." He says. I scoff. "Of course you don't." I say as I walk away
Two weeks later.
I haven't talked to him ever since then. I don't know why I was naive enough to think him and I would have been the same. I don't care anymore. Actually. To a certain point.
I have go meet with my coach today to see if she will let me go to qatar for the world cup,The boys have a game today, Joao is sitting out for an injury, it's nothing too severe.
I knock on the door. "Coach, Can i come in?" I say. "Yes Bru," she says. I sit down. I take a quick breath. I hope she says yes.
"I'm wondering if I can go to qatar? For the world cup" I say.
"to go support your boyfriend?" She says. I raise my eyebrows. "Pablo Gavira," She says. I clear my throat.

"It's about Pablo"He says
"What happened?" I say
"He's injured,"Pedri says
"What did he injure?" I say
"He crashed heads with another player." He says softly
My heart drops, crashing heads with another player is really scary, especially if someone you love crashes heads with someone.
"I- Is he okay?" I say
"I don't know, They rushed him to the hospital, This isn't going to be easy on him, he's already struggling," Pedri says
"What do you mean?" I say
"He hasn't told you anything?" Pedri raises his
eyebrow.
"No," I say
"His dad had been sick for the last couple of weeks," Pedri says.
"He didn't tell me anything." I say softly
I feel like an asshole, i've been so hard on Gavi and I didn't realize what he's going thru
Pedris phone buzzes
"It's the video of gavi crashing heads with the player," Pedri says showing me the phone
Oh my God. I have to see him now. Even tho him and I haven't been on the best of terms. I still care about him
"We have to go," He says turning on his car
"Wait what about mine," I say
"It will be okay," He says as we go to the hospital
Pedri and I walk to the reception
"Who are you here to see?" The lady says
"Pablo Gavira," I say
"The cute footballer?" She says raising an eyebrow
"Only family is allowed," she says typing something
"I'm his girlfriend," I say

I walk to Pablo's room, I walk and see the doctor
"How is he?" I say
"The procedure went well, It's just a matter if he wakes up," The doctor says
I feel a lump in my throat
"If he wakes up" He better wake up
I see Pablo on the bed and sit on the chair next to the bed, I grab his hand
"Gavira, You better wake up, You can't leave while we are on bad terms. Not again. Just wake up. Aurora needs you your mom needs you. I need you." I say laying my head on the bed as tears stream down my face
"You need me?" Pablo says softly
I quickly lift my head up
"Pablo," i say
"Hey b," He says wiping my tears with his thumb.
"I'm sorry for everything, I'm sorry for being so hard on you, I hope you can forgive me," I say
He laughs slightly
"Come on bru, I can never stay mad at you," He says with a slight smile ..
