Ronnie's POV
I used to think I would never be able to possess any of my dreams. I knew the harsh reality of the world from such a young age, I stopped viewing the world from such a colorful and blinded perspective.
I grew up way too fast, but there was nothing I could do to prevent the reasons why I did.
My name is Ronnie. Ronnie Smallbone. I have two siblings, a twin brother named Joel, and a younger brother named Luke. Our friendships with each other are indescribable.
The three of us were close - we barely fought; we always were there for each other. We dreamed from a young age of sharing music with the world, all while staying together. It was us against the world.
Looking back, I often ask myself, "Why? Why have I, a faithful believer in God, gone through so much? Why do other unbelievers seem to escape the brutal realities of this world?"
My story is not a simple one.
But the fact that I get to share it, is a gift that I will always treasure.
