3rd Person POV
The moment that Marvin opened the door to let Kara and the others into the apartment, Kara had made a beeline for Willow's bedroom where the green-eyed girl was laying on top of her covers looking in bad shape
When Kara saw Willow's beaten body, her heart stopped and her cheeks heated up with anger. She could feel her frozen heart burning in her chest. She wanted to run to Willow but, like her heart, her feet were frozen and would not move
Alex rushes past Kara, rushing over to Willow and immediately checking her vitals. Alex and Marvin talk about what Marvin had already done to help Willow, what her condition currently was, and about next steps
J'onn stays back as M'Gann and Kelly also rush forwards to where Willow is laying on the bed, listening in on the conversation between Alex and Marvin. J'onn stands about two feet behind Kara, watching her
And Kara? Well, the Girl of Steel was not paying attention to a single word that was being said. She physically couldn't hear anything that was being said. Her ears ring with anger and pain as her eyes remain glued on Willow's body on the bed
And then, all of a sudden, a hand lays gently on Kara's shoulder. And as if it was a trigger, the girl is brought back into the present reality. She unclenches her jaw and her fists. "I'm gonna kill him." She declares. And with that strong declaration, the entire room goes still and silent, looking over at the Girl of Steel...

There was barely time for anyone to react to Kara's declaration about killing Rama Khan. The second the four words came from her mouth, J'onn had grabbed her hand and pulled her from the room, from the apartment, and out into the hallway
"J'onn, let go of me." Kara tells him through her teeth, trying to free herself from his tight grasp on her wrist
J'onn says nothing. Instead, he opens the door to the stairwell in the hallway and leads Kara up the stairs and to the roof. He closes the door to the roof and turns towards Kara, finally letting go of her wrist
"What are we doing up here?" Kara questions
"We need to talk." J'onn tells her
"I don't want to talk!" Kara shouts. "Willow is dying downstairs and we know who is responsible."
"So you kill Rama Khan, then what?" J'onn asks. "You go about your day? You kill this man and everyone will know, everyone will be against you, and there will be no hope of restoring your name or your image."
"I don't care about my image!" Kara shouts
"Killing is never the answer. Ever!" J'onn says the word powerfully through his teeth, growling
"This is different." Kara tells him
"Like hell it is." J'onn shoots back at her with a scoff. "How many bad guys have we gone up against?" He asks her rhetorically, giving a pause. "And how many have we killed?" He asks, pausing again and Kara is silent at the rhetorical question. "We don't kill."
"Willow is dying!" Kara exclaims
"I know." J'onn says and with those two simple words, Kara slowly lowers to the ground with tears in her eyes. "I know she's dying and I know you love her." He says, sitting next to her on the ground. He puts a comforting hand on her back. "I know that it would be easier just to go after Rama Khan... but you and I both know that you are not a killer." He tells her in a whisper. "And you never will be." And with that, it's silent
"Hey, sorry, I don't mean to interrupt..." Kelly says, opening the door to the roof and looking over to where Kara and J'onn are sitting. "You might wanna come downstairs."
"Is Willow okay?" Kara asks, jumping up from the ground
"She's the same." Kelly informs as J'onn stands from the ground. "Alex and Marvin think they've come up with something."
"Well, then, let's hear it." Kara says and the three go back down the stairs

"You want us to break into the DEO?" J'onn asks with a scoff. "You do remember who's in charge of the DEO right now, right?"
"We are well aware." Marvin states. "But we are also well aware of the fact that the DEO has the medical supplies that we need in order to help Willow."
Alex looks over at Kara. "It might be the only way to save her." Alex tells her sister. "I don't have medical supplies with me and neither does Marvin."
"And why not?" J'onn questions
"Excuse me?" Marvin asks, looking over at J'onn
"Why do you not have medical supplies?" J'onn questions. "Willow Greene is your soldier, right? Your responsibility?"
"Yes, she is." Marvin tells J'onn. "But ever since Ops was taken down, I was running on limited medical supplies from what I already had. And Willow got hurt quite a lot within the past two years but that wasn't an issue because we had the DEO. Now we don't. But we need it." He says seriously
"We already made a plan." Alex says and she looks over at Kara. "We just need you to hear it."

"I don't know whether I should be appalled or impressed by the fact that you managed to find a weak spot in the DEO and repeatedly access it." J'onn tells Marvin as him, Marvin, Alex, and M'Gann climb through the secret way undetected
"Actually Willow found it with the help of one of your other agents." Marvin says
"Which one?" J'onn asks
"I don't remember." Marvin says. "But he always called her 'Camera' as a nickname."
"That would be Winn." Alex speaks up from the back of the group as they climb their way into the DEO
"We're here." Marvin whispers, looking into the DEO and seeing that it was empty. "Stay here until I clear." He makes his way into the room to make sure there was no one else in there
"How long do you think we have?" M'Gann speaks up. Alex and J'onn look at her. "To get back to Willow, I mean."
J'onn looks over at Alex who takes a deep breath. "Not long." She says, her voice quiet but able to be heard. "She needs these med supplies fast."
Footsteps sound, getting closer to the group and Alex lifts her gun, ready. Marvin shows up and she lowers her gun. "We're all clear." He says. "No one's down here."
"I'm not surprised." Alex says as the group climbs into the room. "It's 3 in the morning and we're in the basement. Come on, let's get the med supplies." And with that, the group walks toward a medical storage room
...back at Willow's apartment...
Kara is sitting next to the bed where Willow is still unconscious, simply staring at the love of her life dying. Tears are in her eyes but no tears are spilling down her cheeks. Not anymore. She already spent the last few hours crying
Kelly stands in the doorway, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed over her chest. Her eyes are glued to Kara, watching the Girl of Steel with intent. She promised Alex she would make sure Kara was okay. Or as okay as the girl could be while watching the love of her life suffering
"Please..." Kara's voice whispers and Kelly freezes upon hearing her voice so broken. "...please, I need you. Please don't leave me." She whispers brokenly, staring at Willow's body on the bed

The team at the DEO was doing great until Alex's phone rang...
Alex's phone rings in her pocket. She quickly grabs her phone and answers, barely looking to see who was calling but knowing that not many people call her at three in the morning
"Alex..." A sniffly voice whispers on the other side and Alex stops in her tracks, her eyes widening
"Kara?" Alex questions, concerned and the others stop as well. Marvin makes his way over to Alex, gesturing for her to put the phone on speaker to which she does. "Kara, what's wrong?" She questions her sister as everyone gathers around
"It's..." Kara begins but her voice quickly fails and betrays her, breaking. Another sniffle is heard through the phone and Alex did not even want to think about what had her sister holding back sobs
"Alex?" Another voice asks, grabbing the phone
"Kelly!" Alex exclaims. "What's going on? Is Kara okay?" She asks quickly
"No." Kelly answers. "No, she's not. And neither is Willow."
"What's going on?" Marvin asks
"Marvin...you need to get back here. Now." Kelly says, her voice ringing with severity. And with that, the group rushes toward the apartment
