I fucked up, I don't know why I said that. Now I'm on the floor getting punched by Adaliah. I groan when she hits my nose.
Fuck I think she broke my nose.
I try to get her off me, then Marco barges in with Anna Adaliah's mom. Marco separates Adaliah from me and moves her across the room. He yells something in Spanish as he comes my way.
"HE HAD THE FUCKING AUDACITY TO SAY THAT HE HOPES THEY KILL MY FUCKING SISTER" she yelled, I could hear the hurt in her voice. She leaves the room; Marco helps me get up and brings me to the living room. Anna brings a first aid kit and runs upstairs.
"Are you alright?" Marco asked me while he cleans my cuts.
"I think my nose is broken" I replied, he chuckled and checked my nose, and he tells me everything is fine. Anna and Adaliah come down; I see that Adaliah has a bag. She turns to her mom and grabs her hand.
"You won't lose us ma; I will find her I promise. I love you ma" she tells her and kisses her cheek. She turns around and faces her dad, he asks her where she is going, and she replies and then leaves.
Anna goes upstairs, and Marco turns to me.
"I'm sorry Marco I didn't know what got into me" I apologize which I don't ever do.
"It's alright, is the alliance still going?" he asked me.
"Yes, my dad made a deal with you 10 years ago and I need to keep it," I said to him as I got up.
"I'm going to head home, if I find anything I will call you," I said, he nodded as I grab my belongings.
I got in my car and started to drive back home. I got back to the house and went straight to my office. I open a pack of cigarettes, grab a lighter, and light it up. Giovanni barges into my office.
"Damn brother who did that," he asked me.
"Adaliah" I replied as I looked at some papers, I looked at him to only see him smirking.
"What are you smirking at? Sit down, we need to find Alessia and Emma before it's too late" he nodded, and we started to work.
I approached the gate, since they already knew my car they let me in. He opens the gate and lets me in. I park the car and grab my bags. I enter the house and a house maid grabs my bag and takes it. I entered the kitchen only to see my grandma cooking and my best friend Kai talking.
"Abuela, ¿qué haces aquí?" I asked surprised and smiled, I approached her and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
[Translation: Grandma, what are you doing here?]
"Hola mija yo venía dale comida a Ghost, y encontré a Kai trabajando. Y nada más aproveché y le hice comida." she replied as she checked the oven.
[Translation: Hi mija, I was coming to give food to a Ghost, and I found Kai working. And I just took the opportunity and made him food.]
Ghost is my dog. He is a German Sheperd, one day I was coming back from work, and I found him lying at the front gate. I took him to a veterinarian to check, to see if he had an owner, which he didn't, so I adopted him.
Adaliah's Dog
I took a seat next to Kai and looked at him. "You're lucky she's here, if it was me, you would be dying of hunger" I joked.
Then I felt something hit my head. Kai starts laughing as Grandma looks at me.
"Abuela, that hurt," I said as I rub my head.
She just threw me la chancla.
"Then don't talk to him like that," she said sassy and she put her hand on her hip.
"I was just joking" I shake my head as I smile, she takes out a pan from the oven and grabs two plates and gives us a plate full of lasagna.
Grandma sat and started to eat with us, we talked and laughed until Grandma had to leave.
"Bye, mija love you" She kisses my cheek and turns to Cole.
"Bye mijo take care of this little one," she said jokingly and kissed his cheek too.
"Really" she laughs and leaves. And I looked at Kai, now my face turned cold.
"Let's get to work" he nods, and we go to my office. I sat down and we started talking about some shipments and meetings.
"Please tell me you found something about Estela," I tell him.
"Actually... I did find something... But before that I need to inform you about something" Slowly I nodded my head, frowning.
"So... I received a call before you got here, and the call was from Giovanni Moretti. Apparently, the Russians had kidnapped Alessia and Emma too. And they are asking for our help." He informed me.
What? Why didn't Lorenzo tell me?
Well, if I haven't snapped at him maybe he would have told me?
"I was able to track Estela, and Alessia's phone and I found where they are located... there in Russia Adaliah '' he finishes telling me, I take a deep breath and grips the table until my knuckles turn white.
"Alright, let the main team know about the current situation, I also want Victoria on this mission, she is the only one I trust beside you. The meeting will be here tomorrow morning. "
"Do I tell your dad?"
"Don't you fucking say a word to my dad nor the Italians. Dad hasn't found anything; he just talks and sits and takes care of Lorenzo. Only the main team. Understood?" I finished ordering.
There's something that they aren't telling me.
"Ok, I will inform the main team, if you need anything I will be in my room" I nodded and watched him leave the office. I let out a sigh and looked at a family photo I have on the desk.
I'm going to find those bastards, I promise Estela.
