You hate thunderstorms. You always have. So, when thunder rumbles around your room, you flinch in your husband's arms. He looks down at you and furrows his brows. "Baby, what's wrong?" He asks.
"Nothing, I'm fine." You whisper. Thunder rumbles once again, making you flinch. Rooster chuckles.
"Honey, are you scared of the storm?" He asks. You glare at him.
"Don't laugh at me." You state.
"Ok, I won't." He says. He pulls you closer and kisses your head. "It's ok, honey. I'm here, I'm gonna protect you."
You smile and rest your head against his chest. "Thank you, Roos." You whisper. "I love you."
"I love you too." He whispers.
