What are they up to?
MY HEART is still in awe as i recalled what happened last week between Collette and i. Our secret meet up, i mean.
Natawa naman si Fourth habang nakatingin sa akin.
"Surprise of what you're man can do?" he asked.
Wala sa sariling tumango ako sa kaniya. His smiled widened as his eyes sparked with anything i don't care about. I faked a cough.
I sighed. "What are we gonna do now?" i asked.
His smile dropped and look away. "I don't know, maybe go with the flow?" taka din niyang sagot sa akin na ikinatango ko na lang.
Malalim ang naging buntong hininga ko bago tumingin sa labas at doon ay nakita ko ang mga batang masayang naglalaro. May silbi din pala itong bintana, eh.
Tumingin ako sa taas, nandoon kasi ang sampo na malamang ay ka-chat o kaya naman ka-video call si Collette. Kulang na nga lang, eh, doon na sila kay Collette.
I heard Fourth clearing his throat. "They're really close with him, huh? Is he their father?" he suddenly asked.
Napangiti na lang ako. "Yes, shocking as it was. Yes, magkasundong magkasundo sila. Aakalain mo ngang matagal na silang magkakasama, eh." sagot ko.
He nodded and smirked. "Huh, huh, huh. Avoiding something, tsk." he tsked while his shooking his head in disbelief.
Napangiti na lang ako. "Well, bahala ka diyan. Mamaya ba andito ulit parents mo?" tanong ko bigla sa kaniya.
With sadness in his eyes, he nod. "Oo, kainis." he sighed.
Napasandal na lang ako sa sofa at tumingin sa mga mata niya. "Hoy, Fourth, hindi ba pwedeng iharap mo na lang ex mo sa kanila para mas madali?" suggestion ko 'kuno' sa kaniya.
He was stunned but able to looked away after. "We're not that fine." sagot niya.
Napanguso na lang ako.
"Ano ba naman iyan! Ka-imbyerna sila, ah! Tsk." reklamo ko pa.
Tumingin ako sa pinto nang may mag-door bell doon. Nagkatinginan kami dahil parehas kaming walang alam o inaasahang bisita ngayon. Pero alam ko, sa sarili ko na may ideya na ako. Bruha at bruho iyan, hula ko.
Nang tumayo na si Fourth at pumunta sa pintuan para buksan iyon ay hindi nga ako nagkamali. Pero may kasama sina Brunette at Anilla, it is no other than Nagarathna Asvoria Venus Lopez with Bedeviere Collette Guiscard Del Echavierra who immediately looked at my eyes, i feel stunned as my teeth gritted in anger.
Ano na namang pinaplano nila?! Pilit na pinapakalma ang sarili ko ay tinignan ko ang mga magulang ni Fourth, Anilla smiled as she knows what's happening.
Bumaba mula sa taas si Arcturus, anak ni Zach at Uno. Uno is Fourth's older brother and Zach is Uno's husband. Arcturus eyes settled on Collette.
The young man approached us and his eyes won't look other than Collette.
He hold his chin. "You know what, mister? You're familiar. Yeah, did i meets you somewhere already?" he asked Collette who frowned.
Brunette faked a cough to steal his grandson's attention but still, Arcturus's attention won't really leave Collette.
"Maybe, on some public places?" tanong ni Collette. Arcturus shooked his head. "Definitely not, andito lang ako parati sa bahay, eh." Arc answered.
Uno who saw how his son behaved tapped his forehead and glared at Zach, his husband who scratch his nape and faked a cough.
Zach then approached us with a smile. "Hey, Arc-son, don't be like that with our visitors. Mom, Dad, nice to see you two visits with two other visitors. Anyway, Arc-son, come here. Don't middle on older's talk." he persuade his son who just rolled his eyes, playfully.
Natawa na lang so Zach at pabirong kinaladkad kunwari sa braso ang anak na kunwari nama'y nasasaktan.
Collette look at me and i smile at hik secretly, nakita ko kung paanong bigla na lang siyang namula at nagpigil ng ngiti.
Umubo si Anilla. "Tsk, gays are really disgusting." she commented as she looks disgustingly at her son's happy perfect-like family.
Fourth's jaw tightened and i sighed. "Anong ginagawa niyo dito?" hindi na ako makapagpigil kundi maging prangka. "At bakit kasama niyo ang dalawang... iyan?" maangas kong tanong.
Brunette smirked. "We just wants to drop off and visits with them. They're a very close friends of the groom and bride, after all." his voice, it really has something that shakened my nerve.
Nang-aasar na ewan ang boses ng matandang lalaki.
"Oh? Bakit hindi ako naniniwala?" maangas kong palag sa kaniya.
Fourth tapped my arms which made me glared to him. "Ano?" maangas kong tanong. He shooked his head, as if saying to me to stop.
Napasinghap na lang ako sa inis. "No, why would i stop? Eh, nanggugulo na itong mga ito, eh. Kulang ba kayo sa turnilyo sa utak, ha?" naiinis kong palag.
Venus looked down and sighed. "A-Ahmm, there's... Kids, yeah, teens. Around....? Yeah. So, maybe... Try to clam down?" her voice speaks not being sure yet tried to suggest something to calm the atmosphere.
Inis na nag-iwas ako ng tingin. Nakita ko kung paanong pa-simpleng lumapit sa akin si Collette para haplusin ang likuran ko at pakalmahin ako.
Para siyang may hawak nga siya na mahika, bigla ay kumalma nga ang kabuuan ng sistema ko sa ginawa niya. Pansin ko ang pagnakaw ng tingin ni Arc dito, samantalang ang tatlo nitong kakambal ay abala sa pangbuburaot sa mga magulang nila. What a happy family but i know they've face a lots of very hard situation before having what they're experiencing. Zach is an attorney and Uno is an singer who was accused of physical abuse before and he was proven guilty before but months later, the truth comes out and that is that the 'victim' wasn't really abused and in fact, it was the one who's the real abuser. Zach was able to fight in court and clear Uno's name.
Arc smiled when our eyes met. Just like Zach, he has a very magnetizing red eyes and white hair. Both him and Zach suffered in Albinism. Means, their skin and eyes are really sensitive.
Zach messed Soleio's white hair, Soleio's has Uno's eyes. One is green and the other one is blue. Redmond approached us, one of the quadruplets.
Redmond's eyes are ruby red. However, his hair's color is the same as Uno's, like an Light Colorado Topaz.
He looks at his uncle Fourth boringly. "Uncle, why are they here?" the eleven years old young man asked.
Fourth looks at him. "They're visiting, little Red." he answered his nephew who looks like a lion that ready to bite now. Well, he's name is literally Lionel Redmond.
Brunette looks at Redmond. "Why? Can't we visit the house of gays... grandson?" he teased him, no, insulting him. Redmond just rolled his eyes and look at Venus.
He hummed a familiar song, very familiar. "Yeah, you're that person... The one who released that song." he randomly said.
Before Venus could asked or say anything, Redmond walked out and started to bug his parents now. As if they're not busy painting.
Anilla look at me. "Anyways, since they're a pretty close friends of our bride and groom... Why don't we makes them the best man and bridesmaid?" nang-aasar ang boses niya.
Pumikit ako sa inis. "I don't think we should." sagot ko sa kaniya. They're eyes settle to me, as if i say something bad or insulting.
"And why is that?" inis na tanong ni Anilla.
I sighed. "Fourth has brothers, while i has sisters." i simply answered.
Ngumisi si Venus, proud and relieved. Akala mo nagdidiwang ang utak niya habang nagtatalon at sumisigaw ng "Yes!" habang sumusuntok sa ere.
Collette smile smugly too, proud and relieved too. With irritation, Anilla's face grimaced. And as much as she wants to try on hiding it, she just can't.
"Whatever you say, still, what about let's have some good talks, nah?" biglang pag-iiba niya ng usapan.
Lihim na lang akong napataray. "Yeah, ahhm, have a seat... Please." ginaya sila ni Fourth papunta sa sala. Palihim at pasimpleng nakasunod sa likuran ko si Collette habang marahang humahaplos ang palad niya sa likuran ko.
Venus looks so tensed as she look around and from time to time, either she will lick or bite her lips or she will pinched her palm.
Nang makaupo na kami ay agad akong nagpande-quatro ng upo na pangbabae.
Ipinatong ko ang mga braso ko sa hita't tuhod ko. Natural ding tumaas ang kilay ko siyaka matalim ang mga titig na tumama sa mag-asawa.
Anilla smirked. "You know that we're really looking forward to the wedding and nothing could stop us. Lalo na kayo, alam naman namin na mahal na mahal ninyo ang isa't isa, eh." panimula pa ng bruha.
Lihim akong nasuka sa sinabi niya. I wasn't and will never be wrapped around your fingers. Hinding hindi mo ako maninipula, bruha.
Nabilaukan mula sa pag-inom ng kape niya si Fourth at mukhang nahirapan pang lumunok siyaka masama ang mga tinginan sa mga magulang niya na nag-angat ng tingin.
Sa mga oras ding iyon ay nagtama ang mga tingin namin na may iisang nanatili sa isip. What are they really up to? What are they planning to? Why are they doing this... To us?
