1st trimester is almost over and so far so good. I'm so glad everything is gong smoothly. I know some woman who have a horrible first trimester. I couldn't wait to finally tell everyone it's hard keeping the siding from everyone.
I pray over my baby and family everyday. I pray that God put the right people in my life and anyone that means me no good he continues to remove them from my life. I want to be happy and stress free my entire pregnancy.
I could wait to start buying things for the baby, we are going to need a bigger space for sure. There's already not enough space for both of our things.
Fatima: Babe I know we still have time but we are going to have to get a bigger space
Zac: I know do you want to build or buy
Fatima: What do you think?
Zac: I think we can buy for now and once the baby is older we can build especially if we gone be popping out more babies.
Fatima: Slow down the first baby ain't even here yet.
Zac: I'm just thinking ahead in the future
Fatima: Okay I would like to starting looking here soon. I want to be settled and unpacked before the baby gets here. Because I know when the baby gets here I am not going to have much time. Plus I am already starting to get things started for my business.
Zac: Okay I can narrow down some places and we can go look together.
Fatima: Perfect, they say after the first trimester the rest of the pregnancy goes by fast.
Zac: That means we will have another rental property bringing us in money.
Fatima: Have you found a new tenant for next door.
Zac: I had a couple applications submitted but I and combing through them with a fine tooth comb this time. And please believe I will be checking out their references. I will not have another Deja next door.
Fatima: Let me know who you narrow it down to I can do my own background check.
Zac: You just do it all don't you
Fatima: Can't be to careful they don't put everything on the applications so I got people who know people that can get more information
Zac: What exactly did you do before working at the law firm?
Fatima: That's the old Fatima, we trying to keep her locked away
Zac: Let me find out you been cutting peoples water off and throwing them on the hoods of cars. Can we role play and you be gangster Fatima and I can wear my dick jango shorts and gold chain
Fatima: What lol you look like you getting turned on by me being a gangster
Zac: I can just picture you now throwing me up against the wall and choking me
Fatima: Really Zac I can't take you serious
Zac: You know you like it
Fatima: I do just a little bit it's kind of turning me on
Zac See I knew you like it
Fatima: Okay babe don't forget we got a session with Dr Reid today
Zac: Okay it's been a minute I'll meet you there.
Fatima: Okay I am about to head out I am already running late
Zac: Okay don't be speeding we know you can't drive
Fatima: I can to drive
Zac: Our missing patch of grass would disagree
Fatima: See you know what I am leaving
Zac: Drive safe
She know dang on well she don't know how to drive hell she hit me remember. I had some time to pass before I headed into the office I was about to make me some breakfast then the doorbell rung.
Who the hell is this we ain't have no unwanted visitors popping up in a minute and I know it ain't Deja because her ass is long gone.
Peeking out the peep hole Fatima momma was starring through the peep hole too. I tried not to say anything so she could go away but my damn phone went off.
Ms. Wilson: I know you're in there I can hear your phone, sounds like you're right by the door
Damnit
Zac: Hello Ms. Fatima what can I do for you?
Ms. Wilson: I was stopping by to see Fatima
Zac: Well you just missed her I'm sure you probably already seen her drive off
She started stretching her neck looking inside like I didn't just tell her she isn't here.
Zac: Excuse you what are you looking for?
Ms. Wilson: Is that a baby book I see over there on the table?
Zac: How the heck did you see that all the way over here nosey? Breaking her neck
Ms. Wilson: Are you two expecting, am I about to be a grandmother?
Zac: Don't get to excited that's for a friend they are having a baby shower this weekend if you must know.
Ms. Wilson: Well it would be nice to finally have some grand babies
Zac: Not that you will be present considering how things are going now
Ms. Wilson: I am trying to change, I really am.
Zac: It's not me that you need to be telling this too.
Ms. Wilson: You're right maybe I should try going to her job maybe she will talk to me then
Zac: I probably wouldn't do that
Ms. Wilson: Why not she's not answering my calls
Zac: She needs some space and time
Ms. Wilson: I gave her some space she's still not talking to me I am just going to go up there.
Zac: Don't say I didn't warn you
I tired to call Fatima to give her a heads up but she didn't answer
Fatima's Job
Receptionist: Good Afternoon how can I help you
Ms.Wilson: Hello I am here for Fatima Wilson
Receptionist: Is she expecting you
Ms. Wilson: No this is a surprise she isn't expecting me. If you could just let me go back to her office please
Receptionist: I am not sure she may be in a meeting
Ms. Wilson: Can you call and see if she is free, if she is I can just go back there.
Receptionist: Sure just a second.
Calling Fatima
Receptionist: Okay she is free you can go back there
Ms. Wilson: Thank you so much
Knocking on Fatima's office door
Fatima: Come in
Ms. Wilson: Hello sweetie,
Fatima: What are you doing here
Ms. Wilson: Well your not taking my calls and when I stop by your place you are never there
Fatima: That should tell you that I don't want to talk to you right now. You have to leave
Ms. Wilson: I am trying to make things right Fatima, Can't you see that I am trying
Fatima: I think it's a little to late for that
Ms. Wilson: Okay before I go are you pregnant?
Fatima: No why would you ask that
Ms. Wilson: Because I seen a baby book on the table at your place.
Fatima: Zac invited you in?
Ms. Wilson: No I seen it from the door.
Fatima: No mom I am not pregnant, that wouldn't be the Godly way right kids before marriage blah blah blah
Ms. Wilson: I was not going to say nothing like that
Fatima: Sure you weren't you're always judging and throwing things in my face just because I didn't do things in the manner you wanted me to do them.
Ms. Wilson: That is not true
Fatima: This is my life so please stop putting your insecurities and past trauma off on me. I am allowed to make my own decisions and if I make mistakes along the way then that will be a life lesson for me. Now if you can please leave I have a meeting.
Ms. Wilson: I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you can you just think about doing dinner with me.
Fatima: I will think about it can you please go. I will walk you out
Walking her out as soon as she walked out the door I couldn't wait to tell the talk to the receptionist
Fatima: Hey next time she comes please don't let her come back to my office
Receptionist: I'm sorry she said it was a surprise
Fatima: I don't care what it is next time just give me a heads
Receptionist: Okay I can do that
Fatima: Thank you
Therapy Session
Dr Reid: It's been my minute my favorite couple is back on the couch how have you two been?
Fatima: Great we've both been doing really great
Zac: I second that things have been amazing
Dr. Reid: I'm glad to hear that? So Fatima I hear we got some good news
Both her and Zac looking at each other like how he know about the baby
Dr.Reid: You have finally reunited with your father
Fatima: Yes
Dr.Reid: How was that for you?
Fatima: It's amazing it's everything I could have hoped for, we have plenty of catching up to do.
Dr. Reid: Zac how are things going with you and your mom?
Zac: It's not, and I am okay with that. I had to block them they were coming in-between my relationship and only reached out when they wanted something. I also had to let go of one of my best friends.
Dr. Reid: What happened there
Zac: He did a really foul and untrustworthy thing that I couldn't forgive him for. Years of friendship over.
Dr. Reid: I know it hurts to let the people you love go but sometimes it's needed. People will hold you back from becoming the best version of yourself. And it's okay to let people go without feeling guilty because guess what did he feel guilty when he did what he did to you?
Zac: I'm sure he didn't
Dr. Reid: Exactly, so as you both take this next journey in your life it's okay to say no and set boundaries. Just know you both are not your past and you should give yourself grace during the times you feel it's too much.
Any more good things happening in your life?
Zac: Business is doing good and Fatima passed the bar
Dr. Reid: Congrats to both of you those are great accomplishments
Fatima: Thank you
Dr. Reid: Growth is hard but you two have been doing a fantastic job at it. For our next session Fatima would you like your dad to come with you
Fatima: Sure that would be great.
Dr. Reid: Okay I will set that up, you all have a great evening
Fatima: Thank you Dr. Reid
Dr. Reid: My pleasure .
Fatima: Thanks for the heads up about my mom even though I got it to late
Zac: I told her it wasn't a good idea but I see she came anyway. How did that go?
Fatima: It didn't, I just feel like I can't do nothing right in her eyes. She's always saying what I could have done different.
Zac: You're doing just fine babe you've accomplished some big things. Who says your path has to be perfect. You are not your mom
Fatima: I know but the little girl in me still feels like she has to be perfect to please her mother.
Zac: Do it for you not your mother, and if you do decide to give her another chance you may have to have that hard moment of truth and make her listen.
Fatima: I hear you but I am not ready.
Zac: That's okay take your time. Now can I feed my babies I know you're hungry
Fatima: You know me well I am hungry
Zac: What do you have a taste for?
Fatima: I don't know you choose
Zac: Lets do Italian
Fatima: No we don't have a taste for that
Zac: Then why do you ask me to choose if you just gone shutdown my option
Fatima: I'm just playing we can do your choice
Zac: Thank you let's go
